yes? with SVG you can do it with javascript and svg text variable and that way you can make a configurator. Then run a instance of a headerless browser which flattens the svg to png or gif.

Honestly, you should be able to calculate darkness in the chosen background-color to make the text the inverse color.

So, if more orange, then white should be defaulted. If more lemon, black...

In my opinion if you want the text to be there but you don't want to add emphasis on it, go with white (like the word "Rant" at the to of the screen), but if you want it easily seen, definitely black
