maykdev4177ybasically anything that has a bit of adventure or brain dead shooters (any shooter that can be repetitive)

Video games are a huge problem for me since I remember myself as a child. I'm addicted as fuck and it distracts me from productive work.
I'm a huge fan of Strategy and History.
EUIV, Civ VI, Civ V, AoEII, Tropico 4, Cossacks, American Conquest, Empire Earth
I also love games with philosophy like Bioshock, Papers Please, Half Life, Portal, Metal Gear, Red dead redemption, Dead space, Killzone and such.
In addition, up until 2 years ago I was extremely addicted to RuneScape, playing for almost 10 years straight. Had several 99's and 0.5B bank -
exelix11297yI don't play a lot because of school and programming in the free time.
I play mostly jrpgs, today I started persona 4 on ps2 , also got a Nintendo switch with splatoon, and I'm waiting for xenoblade 2 -
@Greggergalactic really like it, only played it with a friend. But first week we played it for like 30 hours

CWins48117yI play different single player games. No more multiplayer, I'm so sick and tired of people on the internet.
I think we live in a great time for gamelovers, because there are more games than anyone can play and prizes drop so fast after release.

Python55587yI like to play on my PS4 because it keeps myself from playing when I'm on my computer. It's a bit more relaxing to have one unit to develop on and a separate for playing games.
With that said I play Overwatch mostly. -
maykdev4177y@Python I agree on this statement but if you are like me and have a beast pc and a shit laptop you'll find out gaming on console is cheaper and for some reason more enjoyable because you know when you can you will instead booting shit up while you "can't"

Overwatch is my main game atm, I play Lucio, Pharah and Junkrat because the floor is lava.
Sometimes minecraft modpacks, project zomboid, rust, space engineers and the like with friends. Constructive games plus beer and voice chat equals good times.
Single player... I recently enjoyed Shenzen IO, a programming / electronics puzzling game, and love Space Chem. Factorio is brilliant too.
Diablo 3 if I need some zen grinding.
I used to play WoW, GW2 and years of Eve online — but MMOs get a bit in the way of life at times. -

Cyanite85577yI play a random mix of games..
Minecraft (With my girlfriend <3), Endless Sky, Project Zomboid, and, of course, ExitCode! My original game! ^~^ -
I'm enjoying Dreadnought lately...it's free (or open beta); it's like cs, just with huge spaceships.
-
Recently started to play overwatch. Great multi-player game.
As for single-player the last I played was Gothic 3 because I never finished it when I was younger (too many bugs and didn't discover the community patches until recently 😅).
Best game imo: Undertale (and don't get me started on the toxic fandom there...) -
Numinex10867yRecently played Pillars of Eternity. I heartily recommend it. Really really good game.

I play (or more sort of spectate) the games my eldest son wants to play with me, that is Roblox, Trollface Quest, The Sims (1,2,4) , GT-R, MS Flight Simulator (2004,X), Prince Of Persia Sands Of Time, Little Big Planet, Wipeout, Sim City, Sega Rally 3, Red Ball...I've probably forgot some game. If I'd have time to play what I want to play that would include Unreal Tournament, GTA and Civilization, my all-time favourite games.

It's random and dependent on my mood and how much time I have. Recently I got a free copy off of a 100% sale of Psychonauts and have played it a bit. Usually I like single player games, not too much into multiplayer ones. Sure, I will sometimes play Team Fortress 2, but just for being goofy. I've played through BioShock, bits of BioShock 2 and all of Infinite except the Burial at Sea DLC, American McGee's Alice(one of my first games on PC), and the sequel, Alice: Madness Returns, Portal, Portal 2, Shadow Warrior, Shadow Warrior 2(I love the series), I've also played Need for Speed: Most Wanted(the original one, not the crap remake), Carbon, Underground(not remembering which one exactly as there have been a few), Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation, Chronicles, Angel of Darkness, Legend, Anniversary, Underworld, the 2013 reboot(not played Rise of the Tomb Raider yet), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Warrior Within, The Two Thrones, The Forgotten Sands.

olezhka25767yI don't particularly like MMOs due to commitment they require. That being said I did hook up with various MMOs over the years, like Dransik, Runescape, MU Online, Lineage 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic and Guild Wars 2... Silkroad too.
Really like single player games with a storyline. So, diablo series fits the bill, but moreso Mass Effect, The Witcher, The Elder Scrolls, Gothic, SW:Knights of the old republic, Deus Ex, Grim Fandango, and 400 more games on my steam/gog collection, some of which I fear will never get to be played -
@BlueNutterfly I have Psychonauts too, have only plaid it like once though and that was many years ago. Cute little game, perhaps I should install it again some day :) Didn't know it is still available, is it some newer release/sequel that you have?
-
@olezhka I like multiplayer like Q3, but I like singleplayer too, like Q4. The latter is actually one of a very few games that I've played through.
-
olezhka25767y@TerriToniAX @BlueNutterfly Psychonauts is still playable! Mine is on Steam, good ol Raz still delivers and hold his ground against most of today's AAA games!
@TerriToniAX Have not tried Q4 - it's single player? Nice! Well, yeah Q3 and original UT are gold, can't argue there ^^ -
@olezhka Yep, don't remember if Q4 had a multiplayer mode, I only played singleplayer. Bought the game, played it through, bought the T-shirt. I really did :)
