We are now in a full swing enshittification of the entire internet. Almost no companies are interested in providing any value, it's the phase of securing the position between those that provide value and clients - and just collecting rents. Capture enough of the market, milk the product and the client, turn the service into shit while charging progressively more until it all burns and crashes. And then, well, pass go, collect $200, rinse and repeat.

Found a nice house I want to buy. It is at the moment in foreclosure. So, we need the documents for it, to see if it worth it.

Documents are held by an agency. They want 360 € as an annual subscription service to share it with us. Sure.. No issue, let's contact the court.

Oh, the court says they cannot give us a copy, we can just look at it. After making an appointment in person and driving down there. How is the agency getting it, then? After all, the agency promises access to all foreclosure documents Germany wide. They can give me a fucking copy. Court states on its website, there won't be any answer via email. I need to call them and go down in person.

Well, this is why the game is rigged. I have nothing against a service that accumulates all these information from around the country. That's a fair business model. But then the enshittification started and everyone else gets worse service so I have little choice but to use their service.

So the age of enshittification continues.

Apple is working on IPhone Air, which is rumored to be 5-6mm thick. I am sure Samsung will follow suit.

Why the fuck can't I have a simple bloody phone which just works for calls, texts and I can hold it without it feeling like cutlery.
I do not want to play games on a 6" device and give myself carpal tunnel.

I have switched to S22 Flip phone (dumbphone), it works flawlessly, lasts for days on a single charge.
