Watched some documentary about Russian hackers. Journalist: I need to learn their language. - starts programming/hacking course, sees a shell and a python: runs away. 'That ain't for me.'
At least he tried tho.
Later he finds some Ukrainian hackers. One had a strangely familiar logo on his laptop. Rewind a bit: its hackthebox.
Just had my first blood there. So.. I'm a hacker, too? Good enough for Arte doc's?5 -
[UPDATE]
As some 6 of you might know from my previous post I was gonna start with my OSCP course. Well, I didn't.
I thought maybe I needed some more practice before I do, and I joined this wonderful platform called HackTheBox (hackthebox.eu)
It's a really amazing place to test a lot of your skills in pentesting. You practice on various machines, each having it's own challenge different from another, it really helps in thinking differently and learning while you move forward.
I'd really like to recommend it to anyone who is interested in it! :)4 -
If a team of two counts, did some hackthebox challenges, wrote some funny scripts, found a way to using nodejs as an attack vector.

I tried hackthebox but I'm not good enough even with cracking the invite code. I don't know what to learn and where to begin. Any tips or help would be appreciated :)2
