On Monday i have a Skype Interview.
Now i've bought a green screen because i thought that would be fun for showing my design stuff live as a virtual webcam. But this stupid Java 6 SE "Chroma Key Live" programm does not recognise any camera... and it's so ugIy... I hate java gui's.... :-/5 -
Since the last post did not have the gif correctly attached, and @C0D4 suggested how to do this properly, here it is again.
With virtual camera, now I join meetings like this, and it is a live demo not just a video
Here is the repo to achieve the effect
https://github.com/txstc55/...
You will still need a virtual camera software to project it in the meeting, for me I used OBS6 -
With the help of obs virtual camera, now I can join meeting like this
It’s real time not just a video, idk if gif works correctly on devrant now, but it’s me dancing
Edit: apparently gif still doesn’t work on devrant15 -

Friendly reminder for hackathons, a great idea is better than a great app.
I saw amazing creations, from a virtual reality rowing machine to a camera that read a Connect 4 game into a AWS server live.
Yet, the hack that won the popular vote was an app that would tell your friend, through texts, where you were when you're heading over to pick them up.
A simple concept to implement, but a great idea.1
