I dedicate a spare phone to be my two factor device. This way I have a device with all my auth apps and my primary phone has sms protect.

So if I fudge up by losing one I can still get into my accounts.

My breakdown is.
Mage/wizard = average coder
Warlock/necromancer = black hats
Priests = white hats

Haven't decided what grey hats are yet.

I automatically assume my chats are being logged at work. That and it was in the employee handbook.

My work mates learnt this the hard way. Long story short we we're in a chat and they were rating the women we work with. The logs got shown to everyone at the next quarterly meeting as a part of a inappropriate behavior at work talk.

Do they print the file out on A3 give everyone a copy, then fill it out in the meeting to update the digital copy later to email out.

And then repeat process for each meeting? Cause that what I deal with day to day. It saddens me greatly.

@MadMcCrow I'd say the bashing stated two years ago when two directors left. No one wanted to take responsibility for anything so the goto was pin it on the software which seems to have stuck.

From my experience I'd say it depends on what it is. Someone not sure how a process they've requested works yup no problem telling them it.
