So I am working 12+ hours a day so as to finish the story assigned to me in the sprint.Turns out after completing the tasks allocated to me,I am given the stories of the people of way higer designation than me just because they are working for 8 hrs a day and therefore don't have the bandwidth to do their own tasks...So I have to come on weekends too,to finish my tasks and their tasks without getting anything extra in return....🙁😶😐😭

Recently joined a company (as a fresher), don't even know java spring but have been assigned user stories to be done in java spring batch. I know how to do my story normally in java but in batch it's like a nightmare.I am just unable to do it and today on my way back home,I started questioning if i am good at coding or not....Never felt so low about myself...
