Under one filed I read "both of the above".
Someone didn't realize that you won't see the "above" when you read it...

IT description of remote access tool on IT wiki page:

Also same page:
"macOS Mojave is not yet supported (...) Please do not upgraded until instructed"

Just another day in corporation.

I got a guy in my team but different location who is completely useless. He doesn't do anything useful, yet always have something to say.

Manager(M) asking him for progress on some task via email:
M: Any progress on this?
Useless guy: oh yes we have to tasks to solve *long description of the tasks*
M: Yup I was asking if there was any progress since we agreed this yesterday

And now there is radio silence since Friday :)

Corporation.
Meeting with middle level managers.
Me - data scientist, saying data science stuff, like what accuracy we have and what problems with performance we managed to solved.
Manager 1: Ok, but is this scrum?
Manager 2: No they're using kanban.
Manager 3: That's no good. We should be using DevOps, can we make it DevOps?

So yea, another great meeting I guess..

"We will make you a programmer in 6 weeks" - course in programming.

6 f*king weeks! I've been studying 5 years, wrote down butt loads of code, debugged billions of bugs, read hundreds pages of documentation and I wouldn't call my self a full developed programmer.

But hey, those fu*kers will make you a programmer in 6 weeks!
