“Why do you want to work for us?”

Honest answer: cuz you pay and I got bills!

Politically correct answer: because I believe in your mission and share the same goals and objectives, and so I think we can help each other make it happen! (Throw in some random stuff like a charity project they did or something)

It's basically a practice to see if you can lie through your teeth and be polite simultaneously. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't. I plan to only work about 4 hours per week. The rest of the time I will stare at the screen zonking out. Meanwhile in my head I play Candy Crush.

Because i'll get paid for thins that I normally do for free. Besides, there's not much else to do. I can't wait to start on cloud native solutions ready for the future. Integration is my second name

You have money. I want some of that money. I will trade my skill and experience for it. But within limits. And with a likely chance of getting more of that money, and more prestige and time off, the more value I provide.
