apple is overrated, I don't bother to buy instead I prefer to buy another high config system and run ubuntu

Wow guys, calm the fuck down. Macs are 5% of the PC market. Just because you use Linux and think you're an 733t hacker doesn't mean everyone else is a victim of marketing.

Friend went to a college in Virginia that "gave" everyone used MacBooks (probs hidden in tuition fees). So everyone had one

Should I feel guilty for deserting to Mac after years and years of Windows?
I hate the dualism, just embrace the advantages of both systems.

In fact, I don't care for any computer brand or OS. They all have their advantages and disadvantages. I just don't get what all this Apple fuss is about. How can a computer with no noticable technical advantages cost twice as much? @xroad

@Lukas would you not get a BMW over a Toyota because both cars get you from point A to B? Many Japanese cars have better tech than luxury European and American cars. Does that mean European cars are overpriced and only idiots with rich parents get them?

Besides that, the Apple hardware and software work much better together than any other ecosystem. If I had to put a dollar amount on how much time I save not tweaking my computer to get it to work exactly the way I want it, a mac is much cheaper

Mac's suck, no it's that simple.

So many reasons ....
Viruses ... Most users think their system can't get infected so do nothing.
Apple over price obviously. Argument for os that is built for that hardware.

Apple heavily build in obsolescence. They want your device to fail to sell more, now big companies do this.... They over do it.

Their security is shocking. For a company that makes you jump through hoops to do anything security wise , their encryption is outdated.

They are currently alienating their designer buyers, the software you get from them they have been removing features it's becoming unusable. Especially with video.

Can't upgrade, last couple years they glue in components making it near impossible to fix it upgrade.

And most of all they lie, making it sound like they are innovating , they literally are behind they take inventions only after other companies risk putting it in their devices. They risk nothing.

@xroad 😂😂, I had to try and fit in that you can argue either or. But apple sucks ... Fuck apple.but I do honestly think any positive you can put forward about their devices. There are more negatives that out weigh it.
