I find it a lot more fun to write backend with php+laravel than nodejs+express crap. Code looks so much nicer, authentication is just a few lines of code and everything works instantly. Wooh!

I love Laravel too. But Laravel ships with Vue. And Vue is the bane of my life at the moment...

There will be an artisan command which will give you empty frontend, bootstrap, vue or react.
Works pretty good.
