@aitkotw when i take my windows10 laptop to a client meeting scheduled for one hour and we both watch in awe as it updates slowly for one hour...

@dontbeevil did that a long, long time ago, Laptop is not on at 3.30 am lol so it does it whenever it can and usually when it's not wanted...

In the new update you can configure when to restart and when not

@Skayo to be fair this was a long time back, I'd always resisted windows 10 due to the metro shit. I'd not had a good time with windows 8 previously so didn't pay too much attention to windows 10 when it came out.

Then the day comes when you have to get a new laptop...

@cervantes01 let me further add, that I'm not a windows hater, windows 10 is getting better and better, i just don't like change that feels forced or needless, but it does have some nice features.

    Windows needs to restart.

@dontbeevil @Skayo the rescheduling never really works. It will simply choose the time with the most activity and force an update.

Just have to set some Group Policies...

They've changed it now. Now it's just an annoying notification with 3 options.

@dontbeevil this is heresy, please guide this lost soul through the loving ways of MICROSOFT/Windows, or as I've recently taken to calling it, MICROSOFT plus Windows.
