quite a bit. It's straight still, but the lumbar and interscapular regions hurt af.
I do stretches, which helps a bit. Not enough though.
I like to joke that in the evenings I'm under my wife's feet, but it's not a joke when it's literally what happens. Turns out, it's an amazingly good massage when she uses heels/feet to put some proper pressure on those tense areas. It's so good that I'm yet to find a massage salon (I've tried quite a few) that's at least remotely as good as the heels-rub.
I know I'll probably get teased and joked inappropriately (considering the words I used). Joke all you like. I've had a sore back for almost 10 years now and this heel-rub is the real deal. So real in fact, that it puts me under in less than 10 minutes more often than not, no matter how much I try to stay awake.. -
I use one of those laptop stands that tilts the laptop a little. It does help with the posture. I never take my laptop to my bed.

Physical posture? Surprisngly ok I'd say. Not the straightest but no pain at least
