Minecraft was one example that I would consider more surreal than the 1980s pixel games. Squared animals and Lego-like characters that don't resemble any living creatures whatsoever.
Maybe I'm too old, because in the 1980s the home computer color palettes were limited to 16 colors, later the IBM compatible PCs were even quirkier with their nerdy orange, cyan, purple, and grey CGA palettes making every character look like a punk rocker who just dyed their hair purple for the first time and made their face turn purple as well.
Millennium games I perceived more sexist than racist, with that Lara Croft character, otherwise the same old story: humanoids fighting aliens. Racist somehow, but in an abstract way. Star trek had their pseudo diversity since Leutenant Uhura and Mister Spock, later the Wharf dudes or what they were called. Possibly racist on a another level.
That elven stuff of Lord of the Rings, Dune, perpetuating fascistoid aesthetics, maybe Star Wars as well. -
Oh man. I forgot about the mod Millenaire in Minecraft. It adds real world races to the game as separate civilizations (towns). I was building a railway through a Japanese town. They started digging up my tracks and ruining my rail system. So I went to war with the Japanese town and burned their houses down.

Call of Duty 2 made me racist against Germans as a young teenager, lol. Then, as my brain developed, I eventually learned to dissociate modern German people from Nazi Germany.
A lot of political thriller media in the '90s and '00s depicted Russia as still being enemies of the Free World... which they weren't that wrong about, as time has proven, as much as it did get backlash from both Russians and Western media back then. -

I'm actually very non-racist. my mom was extremely racist... and classist. she viewed the common man as peasants for she was part of USSR intellegentsia. I disliked it so heavily she was like that. she just thought anyone not rich was a criminal (which is a little ironic I guess considering now lefty communists think anyone rich is a criminal)
I suppose I dehumanize somewhat automatically. foresworn, Minecraft villagers, the average brainwashed by Disney, Oscars, paid for media outlets person... urgh
endermen and Minecraft animals felt more human to me than the villagers. I think them cowering and those annoying noises they made really made me hate them. they also have to hide behind iron golems, really?
I guess in KOTOR there were these weird greyling things in the underground levels and I didn't know they were humans... that made me feel bad. great game

And kanyes like "nooooo. But I'm one of you guys!" and the germans are like "Wir sprechen kein Englisch."
The last imagine is kanyes panicked face, looking through a glass window and yelling "but i'm one of youuuuuuu!" as the gas begins to swirl around him.
Sounds like a bad comic.

What games made you racist? Or had racist content when you thought about it? (Whether intentional or not.)
Skyrim (somewhat Morrowind too, not Oblivion). I hate piss elves (high elves). They are condescending cunts. Didn't much care for Dark Elves in Morrowind. They were always swearing at me. Orcs are kinda stupid, but their abilities made me respect them. I have great respect for the Nords. Some of them wanted to murder all elves. I am okay with this. The Foresworn are gross.
Minecraft. Didn't make me racist, but had some interesting inclusions. First off all the villagers looks Jewish and are the arbiters of trade. Weird that. Then there is the Endermen. They are black, they steal blocks, they were introduced with watermelons (maybe not true, what I heard), and want to fight you if you look at them. I wonder if they will get changed later because of this...
You know a game is doing something right on their stories to get you wrapped up in the politics to choose sides. I think this may be part of the success of Skyrim. I hope to make my own players polarized on topics in my games, but in a good way.
