Thank you for honest telling me about this question! First question free software platform make me confusion with every weekly update and lots bug with low test before release update often messy and bug! That's why they cannot make sue!

And second question when purchase the software it make more serious update because they able fill lawsuit!

I'd say your English is not that great, and that leads to some misunderstanding (you also seem to miss a bit of irony and jokes).
Please be assured nobody will see bad English negatively (everyone was bad at it once), but be aware people might be confused.

Anyway about the updates: You can't sue somebody selling software either, Microsoft explicitely limits (or at least used to limit) damages to 50 dollars.

So why do they do not require money then? My guess is, people just don't want to buy it. If I pay 2,000$ for a Macbook, and am then told to pay 100$ after few years - why shouldn't I switch the OS if I have to pay money anyway?

They money with Android (as operating system) is made by selling phones or tablets. Updates (besides some companies and generally the premium segment) are only available when buying a new device.

Windows stopped releasing new versions (there won't be a Windows 11), but instead introduces new features every half year. Most people never wanted to buy Windows anyway, but just wanted a working system. So old Windows versions are/were still used for years. With the free upgrades, there is one reason removed for staying and an old version.

Xentra's "English" is worse than the explicitly uglyfied (they do it to get only answers from easily exploitable people) scam mails.
That in itself is not only an achievement, but also seen very negatively by me.

He should at least try to come up with something that is at least somewhat interpretable.

It really looks like the untranslated original texts already contained too much errors for the translator to be able to do his job...
