Do recruiters directly ask for tests ?

All I get are people who tries to call me...

'When does it fit you to talk about x position, i've seen that it is the perfect match for you blablabla'

@C0D4 Well if they are recruited by a similar process, I wouldn't be surprised some vacuum salesman wanted to do something new.

Yup. Got a google recruiter telling me that the recruitment time was 2 to 3 months.

Not to mention I'll be tested on stuff that I haven't touched since college.

But I started doing leetcode problems for fun thanks to this which is fun.

From a guy's perspective, this is almost the worst thing that could happen when taking a piss.

Honest mistake... you actually need to bring a spray can of mosquitto repellent in your pockets and spray 2-3 shots in the recruiter's eyes before they manage to speak up.

Seems common practice, as people can ljeanr and pass quite some automated tests and exams but lack the understanding, apparently.
Though some recruiters really take the mick and ask for full implementations, then ghost people.
