Name suggestion for a new startup?

A year ago I and my friend started a startup with equal share but in a year I have invested a lot more time for business than him and also posses far better skill than him, so asked if we should reconsider our share. He has declined to reconsider our share but willing to increase my salary which I am not comfortable. I am in great dilemma what should I do next. Should I leave the company before it's too late?

I am planning on leaving my current office and work on freelancing projects. Any suggestions where I can find such projects?
