I was in the middle of coding and checking our server status when this high-rank employee from the Admin office called me and was told to do this compliance document what has nothing to do with me or even our IT unit. So yeah, this is how crazy some government office work here in PH.

Someone was made redundant because of me.
Or so I think?
So two designers - (senior and junior) work in our company and I'm a UX designer but I don't really interact with them ( I'll get into that) and so the junior designer just told me our senior designer was just made redundant. Apparently when I was hired they weren't even told I was being hired and he became redundant.
I feel so guilty and so awkward.

Also the reason I don't interact with them cause when I was hired i was told I won't be working with them I will be working with other seniors... They feel very left out of the process and I feel for them.
I was explaining my frustrations about design and how certain things suck to the junior designer and my boss I think overheard and it's been a bit awk..
I don't know how to make everyone happy... I want to help the designers and my boss .... But I dunno when I try to fix the designs I don't want to hurt anyone... Sigh

Since my last update, I got a new screen. We reorganised the office, so I got a new spot in the office (corner with no one behind me). Got a monitor stand.

I’m costing the Norwegian people so much. All this stuff I request, is financed by the tax kroner.

What exactly is a junior developer?

I mean what it depends on?

I ask because some colleagues have told I'm not junior but I have a junior role at my company

I don't even care and I don't like these classifications of devs but when someone asks me if I'm junior I actually don't know what to answer

I thought it was getting crazy when I read about ninja developer role but let's not talk about it

PS: I have been coding for 5 years now if it matters

Software just destroyed half a year worth of work today. God bless developers. I'm getting myself a psychologist over a broken fucking server. Because software fucking killed it. And killed me with it. Do I really have to build everything from component to end product myself? Without even being a developer?

A bit of an anecdote here:
The project I am working on at my internship has to function perfectly in IE11.
There are users using it on fucking IE6, but no one paid extra for IE6 support.
Meanwhile, Microsoft themselves doesn't support IE11 anymore.
