Sunday is one day before a big math test, so a huge no-no.

@OmerFlame Yep. It isn’t final yet though; we’re still going through the last bit of paperwork and requirements before closing, hopefully this Thursday.

Back then was when the seller accepted our offer, we got the title paperwork started, etc.
