So, we’ve a small UK based dev team, we follow good practices and get good results. But ‘they’ want to deploy quicker (it was suggested we skip the test phases...) but don’t want to invest in more staff.
So their suggestion is to outsource development to Bangladesh and have us in-house devs work on discovery and innovation.
I’m uncomfortable with this as it feels they are thinking they can get quicker and cheaper dev done abroad (which I hate as it feels disrespectful to my fellow dev brothers n’ sisters).
Also disjointed as in my experience planning and dev’ing work best when you can talk face-to-face.

Ughhhhhh. This fucking code is a disaster! The guy says he built it DRY, but it's WET as fuck! So much fucking repeated code!

I'm annoyed most because I know that it'd be a fucking waste of time to try and rebuild what these guys have built over the past 5 years, but goddamn it, it shouldn't be an excuse to keep on making code like this!

I know that I'm not super experienced in C# but pick up a goddamn book on good coding practices. This thing is a disjointed mess and it never had to get this way.

Somebody needs to look at the whole user admin side of all of google products from a users perspective. Then realise what a disjointed dysfunctional, horrible, confusing, pile of shit it all is. I would say the same for zoho, another example of how to put as many obstacles in the way of doing straight forward tasks.

TLDR: I'm switching between many webstacks and its starting to hinder my progress. What is the best stack to use with bootstrap?

Ok, guys I really need your help with this.
Currently, I'm working on a bootstrap page and it requires more dynamic pieces to work. It has become frustrating to continue moving on from where I'm standing and thus I would like to switch it up a little. I'm not used to dealing with several languages at once. Right now, I'm pulling data from the server with PHP, and I'm trying to quickly pick up AJAX to update data asynchronously in the page. However, the problem I'm running into now is how do I connect everything within my page in a coherent way that doesn't become a disjointed mess?

My question is in order to start building a dynamic bootstrap website --that communicates with a server to get data-- what can I do to keep myself sane and make everything a little more organized?

I have discovered my biggest irritant when it comes to the tech world and that is fragmentation and visual disorganisation and once again, Microsoft and Google are the fucking worst for it, all applications have different design languages in play, their OS's are disjointed (Chrome OS shits me just because of how much android is leaking in yet they refuse to use similar navigation and the like)...

Apple did it right, oh we are redesigning our mobile platform and desktop platform at the same time, oh I know! Let's make them follow the same fucking design...
