Hey guys.
I've been using instructables a lot for arduino tutorials. Do you guys know other sites like that?14 -
Hey guys...
Ever visited https://www.instructables.com ??
DMNNNN I just can't leave... So many cool Ideas...
I don't have anything to do with the site, found it yesterday while searching for arduino stuff, and MANNNN .... It has the best pratical tutorials I ever saw... Not like most, where they teach you the basics...
Most sites, first arduino APP, light a Led
Instructables, First App, Instructions with pictures and videos on how do connect the Arduino, install IDE (this is the most basic tutorial after all). then the tutorial, Light 4 leds and do a lightshow...
:p

My Tutorials.
Hey guys.
Since I already got fired I don't have problems start uploading my tutorials at the middle of next month...
First... Where should I put them? I'll Make a written tutorial, and Video tutorials, so I need a good cheap web provider and some places like Instructables, but I would like the possibility of gaining some money with some of the stuff.
Btw, Already have one... Maby some can help?
I have an unmounted HDD (3 pins or 4 pins, must work: With no driver and no extras... I know it's possible, just can't find the Information. Then I'll make a video on how to make the same thing with chips (not MCUs) and finally with MCUs). Since there isn't much information around there about this, would be a great 3/4 video tutorial.
I know I can make it work without the board or drivers since I already saw two Indians doing it on youtube, just couldn't understand them and the video quality is shit.
Shit will probably my first Video, but I need to find ways first.

The problem is using a 300w power supply for tools that require so low power. -
I hate those "simple DIY" instructables. Just had to build something I had to get. Found out one "simple DIY". It requires owning a power drill with a table mount. And a pipe threading machine. Yes, I surely have a drill mount for drilling thru some steel, I know how to use a CNC machine, and maybe have a little metal foundry in my flat. But hey, it's a DIY not 'go to nearest store and buy that friggin piece you need' so you should have prepared yourself for some difficulties.
It's not supposed to be easy!
I still wonder why the author not assumed everyone own a metal foundry, after all. It would be much easier for all of us.
And I ended using PCV, glue, and a spare bottle. Had to buy drill for glass, less than $3. Wasted few bottles to cut out what I wanted. Beer was quite good, thou.1 -
I found every book of Arduino a total waste of money. There are lots of courses free and a lot of documents, projects in Instructables or Hackaday to start to learn. I say it as a teacher and course/document writer.
