This post is about Americans.

Or to be more precise and put it this way, this post is about Indian Americans.

They made their way through everything and somehow landed in the US to shit on streets.

They feel themselves to be entitled to another level.

I work with multiple colleagues who are based out of the US. ALL of the American people are very friendly and accommodating since we have a timezone challenge.

BUT these Indian Americans think they run the world. Slight inconvenience and they create an issue out of it.

My entire non-tech team and I am struggling to align to these fucks and none of them are supportive. While scheduling a meeting

fuck it.. I am so done that it's not even worth ranting about it.

On the other news, I am in the job market, actively hunting jobs while they keep rescheduling meetings. I have a couple of connects with recruiters lined up.

I am expecting few interviews and maybe in some time, I might be able to close a decent offer. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

I don't understand why I was ghosted like that, at least they could've sent a message to reject me or something? Seemed like a waste of time.

Fffffffuuuuuuck me! I got some days off for working longer hours on a priority project than healthy humans should. Now they want me to take part of one of those days for a Very Important video call. Now canceling and rescheduling plans for that day so I can be on duty that whole day because there’s no way my head is getting or staying in relaxation mode with this interruption.

I’m thankful for my team. I had an upsetting personal incident and it was affecting my ability to be present. I even missed a meeting. They are giving me the space I need and rescheduling other meetings for me. It’s hard for me to accept compassion because I haven’t experienced a lot of that when I needed it. I was very distressed at the beginning of the week, but now I’m starting to feel better and getting back to functioning.

I was supposed to have an interview for a software developer internship at a bank today, but they rescheduled last minute due to a "time conflict". This was to be my first summer internship interview. As if they didn't put me under enough stress already... Now I find out all my stress all week long was for naught.

God fucking dammit.

Amazing how leaders keep rescheduling 101's, but will find the time to do them as soon as they have negative feedback to share

The senior engineer on my project is working with Kafka. Completely unaware of the possibility of rescheduling failed messages with a fixed delay he was trying to put a Thread.sleep somewhere in the consumer to emulate the feature.

Sometime i would like to burst out crying because I feel like I'm the only one who care about writing good code and using best practices.

The more in the industry the more I realise titles don't matters. Everything is shit, everything...

Calendar event literally has information about why the presenter is busy and it's being rescheduled. But then colleague comes and everyone is already there waiting me? Like what kind of retarded fuck writes rescheduling on the event memo? My god communication error and language barrier is fucking my mood so much. Honestly, I said things in English last year to a colleague and he thought I was angry and told the boss. I was warned to be careful talking to people. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK.

Checking my work email, found three meeting invitation emails, got a mini heart attack, then noticed the other two are just rescheduling...

Not a nice way to start a Monday with meetings invitation 😅
