Fuck android studio updates, fuck OpenGL libraries, fuck nvidia graphics on Linux, fuck it all to hell.
These bullshit updates keep breaking stuff in apps, and then the emulator itself gets broken somehow, then I need to run a bullshit shell script I found on some esoteric Arch Linux forum to symlink OpenGL .so libraries on my Linux machine every time I update because fucking OpenGL and nvidia crappy drivers on Linux, which also broke my xrandr configs and segfaulted the xfce4-display app.
Seriously that's horseshit. Linux will never ever ever break through the glass ceiling and become idiot-proof non-tech user friendly like the botnets Winblows and macPrison.6 -
Got ncmpcpp/cava/mpd working! (if you're wondering why it's ubuntu, just read a few rants ago :'^> ) and loving it. i gues i'll just open this up for people to post rices or any sort of pretty config. i still shill arch, just not if you like steam and have an nvidia graphics card! i'm in school and i don't really have time to sit down and learn what i broke and how to fix it, even if its a minor issue.

Was using tmux with mouse enabled before and now post-reinstall tried tilix, gotta admit - it can replace xfce4-terminal for me entirely, except for rice screenshots, because it doesn't support w3m lol

Rant about my stupidity.
*Deep breath*
For a full day I've been trying to get the desktop environment on my fresh Arch installation working(on a spare laptop).
Guess what? I was running startx instead of startxfce4 and wondering why isn't xfce4 starting.
Guess I have more such stupid acts to be encountered.2 -
Just switched from konsole to xfce4-terminal as my x11 terminal on my debian vm. And boy does it ever look beautiful right out of the box compared to konsole1

what is the best work flow for FPGA based design using vivado tools
1. a i3- 9th gen Linux box running vivado, and i vnc to it using my main computer
Or
2. Or just get a good main machine and run vivado in VM
I am up for 2 days now trying to get vivado up in VM running ubuntu 12.04 /xfce4 it shouldn’t be this hard !!12
