Visual studio keeps switching between dark and light themes automatically every couple minutes and it's infuriating.

Drunk coded my entire assignment the other night without running it once. Went to debug when sober and the only thing I had to fix were a few typos.

When the company running my student accommodation not only stores the passwords for their resident portal in plain text and emails them straight to you in the case of a forgotten password. But also generates your password at sign up according to a specific general pattern...

Please tell me there's an alternative to speedfan than lets me set up a custom curve for fan speeds. At the minute it's either constant server level noise. Or adjusting speeds manually every time i want to do something that requires high CPU load and putting them back to acceptable idle noise levels afterwards

Your go to linux setup for dev && office work?

When one of you assigned group members does no work and then just doesn't even show up to the presentation, and the other does one slide of copy and pasted text.

Need to analyse the sentiment of any given text input in C# for assignment.
Can't find a library for it but i might not be searching the right thing.

Any ideas?

Client wants an app compatible with IOS, Android and desktop. I only have experience with Android and desktop.

Would you guys recommend anything I should look into to make this process easier, without having to develop 3 separate versions for each platform?

Taking over development of a system from some other guy who just straight up dropped it with zero documentation. The code looks like he wrote it after watching some getting started tutorial. There is no structure. Some methods and statements are just empty. And he spelt 'connection' three different ways in the same file.

God help me...
