When the manager decides you're the one who should build a website and you're not the front-end developer at the company 🤬🖕17

Trying to find a summer internship. It's mandatory for my degree, so I need to find someone who wants me. 😓 Suggestions?4

Update from the hackathon:
We decided to create a co-op game where you there is an agent on the field who has to reach an objective, while the operator guides him toward the exit on each level and opens/closes the remotely controlled doors for the agent. We want to add enemies that somehow will try to kill the agent, but we'll see what we manage to do. 🙄
Now I'm currently trying to sleep, but: Went to sleep at 2:15 and I have barely slept 2 fucking hours. Now it's 6:56. Still trying to sleep, but my brain is a cunt. 😲4 -
I'm gonna participate to a 48h hackathon tomorrow in Glasgow. If you are going to be there, let me know! Also, since it's going to be my first time, do you have any suggestion? 😀4

Why the fuck do I have to follow DB lectures when I fucking know all the stuff already? Fuck you university and your policies about attendance!5

I'm finished with university for this year, so I can finally dedicate all my time to work and personal projects. Knowing that I can do whatever I want because I won't have to wake up at 7am... I feel GREAT! Now it's 4am, I just finished a section of a project, and I don't feel tired at all. FUCK YES! -
!Rant - birthday gift 🎂
3 days ago was my birthday and my girlfriend still has to buy me a gift, but she doesn't know what to buy. Now the problem is that I don't know either.
I'd like to start programming something related to IoT and maybe learn a bit more of C/C++ (I guess they could be useful to know), so I'm asking you, what should I (she) buy? Arduino or Raspberry PI 3? Is there a kit of sensors I can buy? I accept any suggestion!
Thank you 🙂13 -
RDBMS class: I have to fucking attend every class even though our lecturer just reads slides from Oracle to us.
In order to pass that module, we have to take the exams on their shitty website full of stupid questions, I.e. "Oracle academy is beautiful? a) true b) false" (I put false and they obviously marked it as wrong, ffs).
Multi-user operative systems: I was the one teaching our lecturer stuff on Linux.
WHY THE FUCK I CANNOT STAY AT HOME AND BE FUCKIN PRODUCTIVE INSTEAD?!
The only fucking interesting class is Data Structures & Algorithms and they pretend that we also attend every other useless class. FUCK YOU!
PS: I know the 90% of the stuff they are trying to teach us because I actually want to learn something and I know how to use Google, but no, I have to waste 2 hours on the bus every single day I have lessons.6
