Discovered Dribbble.com today. What an absolutely wonderful resource for so many difference design pieces and animations. Wow. Very impressed.3 -
Anyone else annoyed that they can code a really good website (as in PSD to HTML) but just aren't creative enough to come up with a design? I find myself on Dribbble a hell of a lot of the time coding designs that others have done out of boredom, but stunned by how amazing their designs are. I'm just not creative enough.13

Yay. I was yet again asked to make a whole module that is meant to compete with stuff companies have made who have funding of millions - without even a designer to help out. I'm the single frontend guy in the team.
"Let's make our website like that super beautiful website we saw that actually paid a designer, UI/UX guy, interaction designer and graphic guy. But let's not hire any of them. Who needs them anyway? Such a waste of money which their high fees"
I guess I'll just take "inspiration" from Pinterest/dribbble/behance1 -
If you're like me and you suck at picking out colour pallets check out https://colorbook.me, it aggregates colour pallets from the top few most popular designs on dribbble (yes that's 3 b's because designers).
My inner limey is in pain right now, I was forced to spell colour incorrectly more than never.3 -
A few hours ago, I randomly got a Dribbble invitation from someone.
Very surprised because I only uploaded one design in potato quality half a year ago 😯
