Advices looking for a job in Canada as a foreign?

I've been a software developer for 4 years now. I started in small company in Rome as jr developer where I'm now the CTO... I now feel stuck in this job cause the company makes a lot of money from the core product and there is no room for innovation.

I was looking for a drastic change in my life and career and Canada seems a good place to me.
So, any advices?

I've always loved to change technologies to work with...I developed Desktop applications, Web applications, android applications...and now I'm working on an IOS app and I have just one message to whoever came up with the brilliant idea of a drag & drop system for views in XCode:

Sometimes I feel like Linux users are the Vegans of the tech world...

I am the only engineer in my company, we develop and sell software solutions to a niece market.
In 1 year and a half i developed software for Android, IOS, Windows Desktop, web applications and an IoT solution........... My code has not a single line of comment....

So...the internet is a beautiful place..

When you find out your office's bathroom is really active on Github (yep that's my beard and yep I'm a tall guy)

Thinking about an amazing app.
Me: "I will start doing it tomorrow"
Brain: "yeah cool... LET'S DO IT!!"
tomorrow arrives.
Me : "I will this other app...it's fantastic!"
Brain:" oh my god...I can't wait!!!!"
a month passes.
Brain: "weren't you supposed to do your 46 side project apps??"
Me: "I remembered I already work 12 h/day......"

Just lost all my morning code because the multi-socket adapter decided to die...it has been a week I am asking for a new one...

Management approve new project;
Start the project;
1 week before deadline project += 146 new features;
In dev mind: suicide || kill them all;

worst interview was about 2 years ago. I found this job as on a famous website, I applied for a desktop dev. position...the job seemed really easy, after 10 minutes the so-called CTO asked me:" how much do you know C hash?" me:"what?" him:"C hash...the Microsoft programming language" I thanked him for his time and went home crying ( he meant c# )...after a month I found out the company had gone bankrupt...I think I know why..
