No-contract client stops the project in the middle and wants his complete deposite (25%) back. How to tell this asshole that he has to pay even more??

website dev on hold cause i am waiting for texts/images.

client: why i dont hear from you. site will launch on oct. 1st.(real: late oct.)

me: on hold tull i get those things from you as we said in mid aug.

client: i am really pissed of. you got 90% of the stuff so work with it.

the thing is im waiting for some images to create the design. now i am really pissed of. hate clients that wanna tell you how to make your job. what would you do?

client looks on my awsome logo draft and hates it. wants it to look like a 90s logo with a jpg instead of vektor art.
and he is absolute impressed by bullshit cms content-slider landing pages.

sometimes you are forced to do bullshit work that you cant put on your portfolio.

any suggestions for a layouting tool thats not PS?

All the projects where you are doing an awsome design and code work and then the client wants pizza pictures... more pizza pictures everywhere... and then he wants more of them again.
