Hey is there any iOS dev who can help me with this?
Is there any way to trigger a context menu in UIKit with only tapping the view instead of tap and holding? 🤔 -
Let’s see what are you currently working on guys 🤘🏻
I’m currently fixing bugs from an internal app from my job... it’s the first we do a fully functional application using SwiftUI21 -
Hey iOS devs 👋🏻 have you ever released an app internally without the Apple developer program? 🤔I need an alternative and I hope you can help me please3

Hey guys, it's been a while since the last time I saw devRant... I cannot believe that just a couple of years ago when I finished my System Engineering Technician, also was on that time I started to use devRant. Those times I was learning as much as I could and try to find a job while I was starting the university and I wanted to be iOS dev but because of the money, I had never thought that would be possible soon, but 6 months ago I had the opportunity to take a trainee program, but that meant going to live in another city, and leave the university for a while, but believe me, it was the best decision I took, now I'm an iOS dev and I'm Working on that company, and the next year I'm going to retake the university.... I was a difficult decision at the beginning, but I learned a lot, and I'm learning more things while I'm getting a lot of experience and now I'm just back here where I started, I took a look to my old rants, I cannot believe what I have done and I'm excited because of all the incoming things to do and I hope you are achieving your dreams and work hard to get more. Never give up that's the key 👌🏻3

1 - I love coding because since when I was a kid I really loved to solve problems and create things
2 - I always tried to understand how computers worked, and how could yo make a program because when I was a kid I was almost always on the computer and my dream was to create a virus 😂
3 - I was studying my baccalaureate and I hadn't decided what to study in the university. I was only playing videogames and installing software to make jokes. So, my computing teacher taught me to code in VB.net and how to manage a local network so I decided to study and IT degree before going to the university, and when I was studying that I falled in love with programming so I'm currently in the university studying software development engineer -
My favorite place to work is my University. It has a really nice Library and it's really quiet
I feel relaxed when I'm coding there except when is the ending of the semester jaja those days the library is full and rarely you can find a place to stay -
I was developing a c# project as a final project on my university and I had a NullPointer error supposedly because the Class didn't exist... I never knew what was the problem because the only I did was create another project then I copied and pasted the code from the first project1

It was on my first year of university. I had to develop an administrative system for a tattoo studio.
But practically the only I did was consulting to db and saving information 😅 and the girl who was the owner of the studio told me that using the system was a wasting of time. It was easier to her do those things handmade
But I learned a lot from that experience -
🤣 in the university I have a teacher who is really a Microsoft hater 🤣🤣 I'm always coding another things when I'm in his classes but yesterday I was coding in C# so he got angry and kicked me from the classroom 😂😂😂 what do you think?21

In my house I'm the only one who "knows" about tech. My sister and brother, too but they're too lazy to help our mom 😂😂 so I have to help her... The last time was because she wanted to scan a document and she didn't know how. Because we change scanner. So I let everything ready to her and she just had to click on scan document 😂😂 I don't know what she did because when I got home she told me the scanner was a piece of shit 😂 and I had to scan her document

Jajaja a friend of mine told me that he was going to pay me if I helped his father with a small system. He told me he was going to pay me %20 and I only had to do the design... Then almost finishing I figured that he was going to receive the %20 from the total payment and I was going to receive the %20 from his part 😓😓 obviously I didn't finish my part and I didn't give them6
