How to become a freelance web developer?

Why are all the developers non-athletic? I have never seen a bodybuilder developer and not much sports events happens in a software company !!

Is it better to learn NodeJS while learning JS or after I get everything else out of the way

Just started as a remote dev and I found that it's IMPOSSIBLE to work from home.

Get annoyed from something not compiling/errors? Go play some video games two feet away. Nothing going your way? Go lie down on the bed behind you.

But for some reason I can work from home way better at night.

Any other tips for working remotely?

Me: "What? I got a .txt file here, I just want to get it to you, does it really have to be a picture?"

"Has to be a picture or a PDF, we can't take txt files"

Me: "fkin.. srsly? Fine"

I can't believe Asus's system srsly. I think it's for virus protection, but viruses can be embedded in both picture formats and PDF, but not in txt. So wtf is going on lol

Now don't get me wrong, I love the multicultural aspect of open source coding.

But for the love of everything that that is sane, please do not write the basic readme and code in English, and then write the entire documentation for the code in another language.
