1 hour later we still dont have the internet restored.

Just got a job offer without using a recruitment agency. Major success!

Just got word. I start in two weeks. Reducing commute by an hour. Bigger team, more possibilities. I could not be happier.

My advice for developers: A.B.C. Always. Be. Coding.

Stack Overflow is my rubber duck. I can't tell you the number of times I've figured my problem when I'm typing in my question. Something about trying to find the best way to word the problem helps jumpstart my brain and so I can figure out the solution.

Worst realisation of myself when I was a greenhorn dev? Nobody gives a f***ing damn of what you achieve as a software developer. For them you're just the uncool nerd - end of story. That's where I just stopped having any conversations about my job at all... unless it's with other devs.

I've tried everything. Going on airplane mode, uninstalling everything but the essentials, blocking all other links on my internet except what I need. I got distracted by the undo feature from my IDE instead. FML.

FOR GOD'S FUCKING SAKE! IF YOU OPEN SOURCE YOUR LIBRARY AT LEAST REPLY TO THE ISSUES IF YOU CAN'T PROVIDE A DECENT WORKING SAMPLE!!!!
