Google really needs to allow people in South Africa to sell apps and iaps on play store

Hey guys! I'm new here, and also in programming... I'm finishing my studies in Python and I would like to ask you a question, if I can... what else should I learn that would help me? I intend to start my "career" as a web developer, at least for now... did I do it right? am i starting wrong?

Sonuva bitch thought he's so smart. He made a mod of a game, and a launcher for it, APK while bullshitting that "Games shouldn't have IAPs because it's just a game". I got ticked off, I called him out for bullshitting, he got ticked off, I asked for proof of the mods, this is what he gave me. It's on an iPhone mind you, and he said he made an APK. My fucking god. I sworn at him with another programmer friend for a solid 10 minutes, breaking the community's rules 20 times over non-stop (I'm Moderator so.... (not Reddit, Discord (Yes mom I use Discord (Yes I moderator)))). My fucking god. AT LEAST MAKE SOME FILES INSIDE WHILE YOU'RE BULLSHITTING US! OH WAIT! YOU CAN'T! Why the fuck why are tslint and prettier are always sucking their dicks and fuck each others asses.

Do you know this moment when you think:.... 🤔 They have millions of downloads, why do I bother formatting my code so much. Mabye all this people are smarter and saving so much time.

Then you set up eslint and prettier adjusting 10000k rules just to find eslint and prettier five minutes later in one file fucking their asses again how to indent on save😠😱

In our game, we have occasional problems w/ IAPs where for whatever reason a purchased IAP doesn't get redeemed, which leads to players requiring aid from the support team.
On our end, a tester reported an issue where he had such problems. 100% reproduction rate, mentioned the affected account to be safe.

Caught the following conversation between two leads regarding that report:

Test Lead 0: Upon rechecking the issue we've discovered that the issue can't be reproduced on our end. We have however confirmed that the one account mentioned in the report is affected.
Test Lead 1: Since we can't reproduce the issue, should we close it?

So, yeah... why bother a poor programmer w/ this issue that is 100% reproducible but w/ one account affected only. Definitely zero chance of fixing at least one instance where this issue might occur.
