I know this isn't Dev related but some people shouldn't own a PC. If your going to call me to drive half an hour to your house to show you how to open word because you can't take instructions over the phone you shouldn't own a PC.

I don’t know what’s worse:
1) The dev that whitelisted .jpg and throws an exception when .jpeg is used.
2) I’m having to educate business users how to rename a file.

Support elevates a ticket.

Ticket: customer is getting a weird error uploading photo.

Me: can you get the customer to open the pic in photo viewer?

Support asks as much.

Support: uh, he says he gets a similar error opening this photo in the photo viewer.

Me: 🤦‍♂️ that is a corrupt file!

Makes me wanna strangle my 490 days younger self..

current site issue, client and pm cant see the full list of people in multiple select box because they cant find the scroll bar.

Not sure how to tell my client that it's just an ID10T error...
