I finally got to releasing a devRant client for Android!
Note that many features are still missing but will be comming soon.

skyRant, an unofficial devRant client has received a new update!
You can now read devRant's unofficial magazine in the app! Plus, view the latest matrix messages. The user interface has been updated too! [and more]

About skyRant. I really like what you're doing for establishing it as a third party app with the verify login thing. Technically there is no way for me to verify if the app I'm using is using that source code unless I built it myself, but still nice.
I do feel a bit odd about having additional data such as reactions on the skyRant platform. It's cool and all, but it degrades the experience for anyone not using skyRant. If I like someone's post with a ❤️ there is no guarantee that user will see it. Idk just some random thoughts, but very cool app! :)

So ive made some big improvements to skyRant the Android devRant client and the new version is out on Github!
There's now a fully working Avatar Builder (which actually took a while since it was not really documented to this point) and search, profile editing and community projects page have been added. :).

so i made a JSON file to collect devRant projects
it can be accessed by a get request to the API endpoint:

im pretty sure the api will always work even in the future, aslong as github exists
most of the projects at this point ~40 come from the devrant-awesome Github repository made by Skayo.
If a project is missing feel free to create an issue!
the use cases are to bring projects closer to users, by adding showing them in clients.
and i've also added an implementation of it to skyRant (see picture)

The best thing about SkyRant is that it shows the unread notifications marker in the main text font and not alarm red, so when the counter bugs out and stays on 1 it doesn't make me feel like I need to act on something that doesn't exist.1
