Whenever I see someone swear, for example, 'fucking managers'. I think of fucking as a verb.
Which makes it 'managers that are fucking'. Pretty entertaining when you're bored or having a bad day. 😅

I'm planning to make a dashboard web app with data analytics. It'll also include subscription option. So I'm trying to decide which language to use on the back end which I planing to make as RESTful api.
Current options for the backend are python, Ruby and php.
I'm not really sure about python. Ruby seems interesting, but I've read its a bit slow and some of the codes does look like magic. I'm very familiar with php, so I'm very biased toward it right now to use php with Lumen framework.
I'm also hoping to scale up the system in the future.
So, can you guys gimme a little help here in choosing a language and framework.

php doesn't work in apache after all the trouble i went to get Puphpet to work with vagrant. Not sure how this supposed to improve the work flow if i have to spend a day trying to make it work.
Maybe I'm missing something coz I'm still new to vagrant stuff. But geez... Isn't these kind of things supposed to make your god damned life easier 😒

Spent almost an hour modifying Puphpet coz Vagrant kept throwing errors on startup. It turned out the error actually was caused by Vagrant itself... 😑😐

Going to try Vagrant now. Spent half of the day deciding which one to start with; Docker or Vagrant. 😯
As Vagrant seems less fancier than Docker, gonna start with that. 😄

Today my girlfriend and I are celebrating our 2nd anniversary. 🎊🎊🎉🎉
It has been a really amazing journey for both of us. She's not really into coding stuff but tolerates my weirdness anyway. There are disagreements sometimes. But the important thing is to keep yourself open and be patient. She has really helped me to become less of an smartass and be more understanding and patient. I'm really looking forward to all the new adventures we both will have together in the future....

Just had the worst time ever. Tried to register to a web portal of my ISP. Couldn't even get to the dashboard. It randomly redirects back to login page. Doesn't save info. Asks for info already given in the profile when I try to add my connection and then says info doesn't match with what's in the profile.. WTF!!! I just copy pasted it from the profiles info page. :/ just gave up after trying for the 50th time. I just can't understand how someone could design something with this level of shitty user experiance.
I would just like to say fuck you to the assholes who designed that worthless portal. :/
