A friend who's working as a contractor for a huge client decided to rewrite their interface cause it's old and not user friendly with new tech. Fast forward the client said it's not what they asked for, he should'nt have done that and they'll not be using it. He replied: "I've done it for myself to be up to date. I found a new company here's my resignation".

Oh my god the only type I'll never ever respect or consider is those bunch of suckers that treat people differently. Say hi with a big smile to managers and not even an eye contact to others (same with those who disrespect waiter, etc.). You can be anything: extrovert/introvert, shy no problem I get it but a coward no thank you.

I get it some people need music to work or do whatever. But I don't want to freaking listen to your music. Lower your volume what are your expensive (noise cancelling and all that shit) headphones for ? Hope they explode.

Wtf firefox ? are you serious ?

I made an extension (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/...) that uses the Storage API to store preferences. In their website the permission section it displayed "Access your data for all websites". Some guy gave 1 star and let this message "This does not need all my browsing information."

For firefox I'm worst than facebook. Get your facts right.

I get it there is some adaptation curve. If I still uncomfortable with the new devrant theme by the end of the week I'll make an extension to bring the old version back.

- Lead: we need an iteration of 3 weeks to stabilize our code (bugs, code quality, ...)
- Manager: ok go ahead
- Lead: cool thank

3 weeks later one day before the end of the iteration :
- Manager: are you ready for the demo ?
- Lead: ...
- Manager: I invited the boss and the clients

Long time reader. Switched to firefox recently it's kind cool but i miss a lot of my chrome extensions (I deved this one https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/... maybe you'll find it useful).
