So a few days ago I felt pretty h*ckin professional.
I'm an intern and my job was to get the last 2003 server off the racks (It's a government job, so it's a wonder we only have one 2003 server left). The problem being that the service running on that server cannot just be placed on a new OS. It's some custom engineering document server that was built in 2003 on a 1995 tech stack and it had been abandoned for so long that it was apparently lost to time with no hope of recovery.
"Please redesign the system. Use a modern tech stack. Have at it, she's your project, do as you wish."
Music to my ears.
First challenge is getting the data off the old server. It's a 1995 .mdb file, so the most recent version of Access that would be able to open it is 2010.
Option two: There's an "export" button that literally just vomits all 16,644 records into a tab-delimited text file. Since this option didn't require scavenging up an old version of Access, I wrote a Python script to just read the export file.
And something like 30% of the records were invalid. Why? Well, one of the fields allowed for newline characters. This was an issue because records were separated by newline. So any record with a field containing newline became invalid.
Although, this did not stop me. Not even close. I figured it out and fixed it in about 10 minutes. All records read into the program without issue.
Next for designing the database. My stack is MySQL and NodeJS, which my supervisors approved of. There was a lot of data that looked like it would fit into an integer, but one or two odd records would have something like "1050b" which mean that just a few items prevented me from having as slick of a database design as I wanted. I designed the tables, about 18 columns per record, mostly varchar(64).
Next challenge was putting the exported data into the database. At first I thought of doing it record by record from my python script. Connect to the MySQL server and just iterate over all the data I had. But what I ended up actually doing was generating a .sql file and running that on the server. This took a few tries thanks to a lot of inconsistencies in the data, but eventually, I got all 16k records in the new database and I had never been so happy.
The next two hours were very productive, designing a front end which was very clean. I had just enough time to design a rough prototype that works totally off ajax requests. I want to keep it that way so that other services can contact this data, as it may be useful to have an engineering data API.
Anyways, that was my win story of the week. I was handed a challenge; an old, decaying server full of important data, and despite the hitches one might expect from archaic data, I was able to rescue every byte. I will probably be presenting my prototype to the higher ups in Engineering sometime this week.

Customer care guys are stupid
Me : yeah, OS crashed. It keeps getting into bios setup saying there's no hard drive detected on this system and no recovery file found as well, what do ?
Him : "well sir, your OS has been corrupted and now you have to buy new licensed one, if you can just give me your location I can help you locate out nearest service centre which will help you install a new licensed instantly"
Me : *WHAT THE ACTUAL TRIPLE FUCK* atleast try to understand the problem first.
Him : No need sir, I already come across this problem and now you have to pay, as I was saying *beep*
*I smashed the phone*
After that I fixed it myself
These low level shit licking faggots need to get themselves fucked in the ass by horses and then apply the same conversation when the intercourse begins with the horse.
Also, if I could be placed in the same customer care cell, I would do better.
So wk62 too I guess3 -
So my friend was in a hurry when she was setting up the passocde for her phone and later she forgot the code.
So she takes it to the service center.
SC guy: Ma'am we have to do bla bla bla. And you will lose your data. It will cost you around $10.
She just came back and later gave me the phone.
*unlocks bootloader *
*flashes a custom recovery*
*delete passcode file*
Phone is now unlocked with all the data intact.
PS: I got a small treat at McDonald's. 😋6 -
'Sup mates.
First rant...
So Here's a story of how I severely messed up my mental health trying to fit in university.
But the bonus: Found my passion.
Her we go,
Went to university thinking it'll be awesome to learn new stuff.
1st sem was pure shock - Programming was taught at the speed of V2 rockets.
Everything was centred around marks.
Wanted to get a good run in 2nd sem, started to learn Vector design, but RIP- Hospitalized for Staph infection, missed the whole sem and was in recovery for 3 months.
So asked uni for financial assistance as I had to re-register the courses the next semester. They flat out refused, not even in this serious of a case.
So, time to register courses for third semester, turns out most of the 2nd year courses are full, I had to take 3rd year courses like:
Social and Informational Networks
Human Computer Interaction
Image processing
And
Parallel and Distributed Computing (They had no prerequisites listed, for the cucks they are: BIG MISTAKE)
Turns out the first day of classes that I attend, the Image proc. teacher tells me that it's gonna be difficult for 2nd years so I drop it, as the PDC prof. also seconds that advice.
Time travel 2 months in: The PDC prof is a bitch, doesn't upload any notes at all and teaches like she's on Velocity-9 while treating this subject like a competition on who learns the most rather than helping everyone understand.
Doesn't let students talk to each other in lab even if one wants to clear their friend's doubt, "Do it on your own!" What the actual fuck?
Time for term end exams and project submission: Me and 3 seniors implement a Distributed File System in python and show it to her, she looks satisfied.
Project Results: Everyone else got 95/100
I got 76.
She's so prejudiced that she thinks that 2nd years must have been freeloaders while I put my ass on turbo for the whole sem, learning to code while tackling advanced concepts to the point that I hated to code.
I passed the course with a D grade.
People with zero consideration for others get absolutely zero respect from me.
Well it's safe to say that I went Nuclear(heh.. pun..) at this point, Mentally I was in such a bad place that I broke down.... Went into depression but didn't realise it.
But,
I met a senior in my HCI class that I did a project with, after which I discovered we had lots of similar interests.
We became good friends and started collaborating on design projects and video game prototyping.
Enter the 4th sem and holy mother of God did I got some bad bad profs....
Then it hit me
I have been here for two years, put myself through the meat grinder and tore my soul into shreds.
This Is Not Me
This Wont Be The End Of Me
I called up my sister in London and just vented all my emotions in front of her.
Relief.
Been a long time since I felt that.
I decided to go for what I truly feel passionate about: Game Design
So I am now trying to apply for Universities which have specialised courses for game design.
I've got my groove again, learnt to live again.
Learning C# now.
:)
It's been a long hello, and If you've reached till here somehow, then damn, you the MVP.
Peace.9 -
So probably about a decade ago at this point I was working for free for a friend's start-up hosting company. He had rented out a high-end server in some data center and sold out virtualized chunks to clients.
This is back when you had only a few options for running virtual servers, but the market was taking off like a bat out of hell. In our case, we used User-Mode Linux (UML).
UML is essentially a kernel hack that lets you run the kernel in user space. That alone helps keep things separate or jailed. I'm pretty sure some of you can shed more light on it, but that's as I understood it at the time and I wasn't too shabby at hacking the kernel when we'd have driver issues.
Anyway, one of the ways my friend would on-board someone was to generate a new disk image file, mount it, and then chroot to that mount path. He'd basically use a stock image to do this and then wipe it out before putting it live.
I'm not sure exactly what he was doing at the time, but I got a panicked message on New Years Day saying that he had deleted everything. By everything, he had done an rm -fr /home as root on what he had thought was the root of a drive image.
It wasn't an image. It was the host server.
In the stoke of a single command, all user data was lost. We were pretty much screwed, but I have a knack for not giving up - so I spent a ton of time investigating linux file recovery.
Fun fact about UML - since the kernel runs in user space as a regular ol' process, anything it opens is attached to that process. I had noticed that while the files were "gone", I could still see disk usage. I ended up finding the images attached to their file pointers associated with each running kernel - and thankfully all customers were running at the time.
The next part was crazy, and I still think is crazy. I don't remember the command, but I had to essentially copy the image from the referenced path into a new image file, then shutdown the kernel and power it back on from the new image. We had configs all set aside, so that was easy. When it finally worked I was floored.
Rinse and repeat, I managed to drag every last missing bit out of /proc - with the only side effect being that all MySQL databases needed to be cleaned up.3 -
*edits file on remote server*
WanBLowS: naah you can't 😈
*le wild BSOD appears for the over 9000-th time*
... Yeah. Windows, great job. Who needs system integrity when they're working on remote servers anyway, right?!
And to top it all off, le reboot mentions that they're working on fucking "features" again. That's what you needed to BSOD for?! For a goddamn motherfucking feature?!! Fucking piece of shit.
At least when I opened vim on that server again, it's saved everything neatly in the .swp files, ready for recovery. Now that's neat, isn't it? Microsoft, the Linux community has already moved on to nvim in terms of development, but maybe, just maybe, you can learn a thing or two from our "legacy software", vim.
As for me, maybe it's time to take out my Arch laptop again. At least that won't crap out on me because the sun and the stars are in a position that the OS doesn't like, or something stupid like that. FUCK YOU MICROSHIT!!!11 -
Last week I was erasing a 2Gb USB thumb while copying some really important shit to my backup disk. I look at the terminal and see it's taking a lot of time to did zeroes on dev/sdb.
Then I realized that dev/sdb is the backups drive and I just erased the firsts sectors of my only fucking backup.
It's ok, I said, let's see what can TestDisk do for me. And it only could find an empty sad partition that had useless shit on it. Whdd couldn't even find the drive. Cat and dd vomited 160Gb of nothing to a file that couldn't be read. I was lost, because I failed doing something I'm really good at. And I did it because I was to stupid to check fstab...
It's the very first time I couldn't recover data, so I'm thinking about delete "Data recovery" from my resume skills and put "Data cleaning. Really effective. I can send you 160Gb of pure horse shit to prove it" instead.2 -
DO !!!NOT!!!!! USE 'X' AND 'P' TO 'CUT AND PASTE' A LOT OF LINES ACROSS FILES IN VIM!!! HOLY SHIT I JUST PWNED MYSELF SO HARD I LOST SO MUCH CODE HOLY FUCK IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY! WHERE DID AT ALL GO YOU ASK, WHY THE FUCKING REGISTER, OK LET'S CHECK THE REGISTER, COOL THERE IT IS, BUT WAIT, THERE'S ONLY LIKE 20% OF IT BECAUSE WE CUT A SHIT LOAD OF LINES AT ONCE, AND THE REGISTER OVERFILLED.... Ok let's calm down, doesn't Vim have a recovery option? Yes it does, but WAIT A FUCKING MINUTE, MY CHANGES ARE NOT IN THE SWAP FILE BECAUSE IT'S NOT LIKE VIM CRASHED OR ANYTHING, MY DUMB-FUCK-ASS WILLFULLY WROTE THE CHANGES WHEN I SWITCHED OVER TO THE NEW FILE, AND NOW, WELL THAT'S IT, YOU'RE DEAD KIDDO, YOU WROTE THE CHANGES TO DISK, NOTHING YOU CAN DO, AND I AM SO SCREWED I SPECIFICALLY MADE A DEVRANT ACCOUNT TO MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE PWNS HIMSELF AS HARD AS I JUST DID HOLY FUCK16

nearly cried.
I had been working on this file for the last 4 or so hours.
And accidentally deleted it with NerdTree (mdy).
300 loc. poof.
scoured internet for recovery procedure.
and.......
... to no avail. just about to give up.
here comes the climax: .....
It was stillllll...... in the NEOVIM. BUFFER.
vim got my back.
praise you vim lord.

Cracking old recovery CDs for the 9x/2000/XP era shines some light into how companies operated and when concepts came to be in that time:
Packard Bell: An EXE checks that you're running on a Packard Bell machine and reboots if it's not. How do we bypass it? Easy: just fucking delete it. The files to reinstall Windows from scratch come from...
...
C:?
Yup. Turns out Packard Bell was doing the recovery partition thing all the way back to the 9x era, maybe even further. Files aren't even on the restore disc so if your partition table got fucked (pretty common because malware and disk corruption) you were totally fucked and needed to repurchase Windows. (My dad, at the time, only charged at-cost OEM prices for a replacement retail copy. He knew it was dumb so he never sold PB machines.)
Compaq:
Computer check? Nope, remove one line from a BATCH file and it's gone.
Six archives, named "WINA.ZIP" through "WINF.ZIP" (plus one or two extras for OEM software) hold Windows. Problematic? Well... only because they never put the password anywhere so the installer can't install them. (Some interesting on-disc technician-only utils, though!)
Dell:
If not a Dell machine, lock up. Cause? CONFIG.SYS driver masquerading as OAK (the common CD driver) doing the check, then chainloading the real OAK driver. Simple fix: replace the fake driver with the real one.
Issues?
Would I mention this one if there weren't?
Disc is mounted on N:. Subdirectories work, but doing anything in them (a DIR, trying to execute something, trying to view shit in EDIT.COM) kicked you back to the disc root.
Installer couldn't find machine manifest in the MAP folder (it wanted your PC's serial before it'd let you install, to make sure you have the correct recovery disc) so it asked for 12-digit alphanumeric serial. The defined serials in the manifest were something like "02884902-01" or similar (8-2, all numbers) and it couldn't read the file so it couldn't show the right format, nor check for the right type.
Bypassing that issue, trying to do the ACTUAL install process caused nothing to happen... as all BATCHes for install think the CD should be on X:.
Welp.
well that was fun. Now to test on-real-PC behavior, as VBOX and VMWare both don't like the special hardware shit it tries to use. (Why does a textmode GUI need GPU acceleration, COMPAQ?????)4 -
Stopid mf fat fingers, worked 2 weeks building a design system and 2 hours ago I accidentally shift deleted the scss folder and lost every fcking file, no git, no backup, no nada, guess what, tried to recover the files with 2 Permanently deleted file recovery softwares and from fcking 20 files, 17 were corrupted and weren’t readable, I and my designer friend use a folder sync app, the fcking app synced the delete and she lost the files aswell, fooockiinggg shieeeet, to my don’t know how where luck I managed to recover the copiled javascript chunck from my vue app that had the css styles embeded in the file, you know where I found the js file? iN ThE fcking cache of google chrome. Today I almost broke down to tears, but nonetheless it was a reeee moment for me.

So, idiot me decided it would be a good idea to never get around to configuring my UPS to gracefully shutdown my server after a powercut lasting more than x duration...
Long story short, we had a powercut that lasted 4 minutes or so longer than the battery in the UPS could keep the server up for...
UPS died, server went pew, and after rebooting itself once the power came back on, my raid array wouldn’t mount anymore...
After Googling around, it seemed like running e2fsck would solve the problem.
Didn’t seem to do the trick... and tired me at 3am decided it would be a good idea to poke around.
Pretty sure I ran a command wrong, or two, because now I can’t even mount the fricken array in read only, and fsck complains with a shit ton errors...
Been researching for hours, and no dice...
Test Disk shows the ext4 partition, but fails to list any files...
I may have destroyed the tables or something... I’m a noob at this point.
I’m able to access files with the RStudio tool, however this doesn’t help with file names and directory structure 😭
Is it all over for my 5 years worth of photos and other bits and pieces that I don’t have any backups of ? 😂😭😭
If any of y’all are pros with data recovery and can help a fellow boi out, I’d be more than happy to pay for ya time !2 -
Accidentally rm -rf a git repo, one of the branch still not pushed to remote yet. I managed to use file recovery software to recover the .git folder, any idea what to do next?25

Update on my previous rant -
Mac restart after upgrade got stuck due to a fucking corrupted kext file, had to switch between recovery and safe/verbose mode to isolate that bastard, move him out of the folder and then do a clean restart.. Then, after 7 hours, it said 15 minutes remaining to complete installation...
Finally, it came up fine, doing healthy :)
Dear Mac, You, Sir, gave me a scare during a restart and are becoming like Windows (note: bsod) :(

!(!(!(!(!(!(!(!rant)))))))
My new HTC smartphone hates me.
First it started to shut down all of the sudden yesterday night, when I was solving quadratic equations on my laptop.
I thought that it might be due to low battery. So I have restarted it. After putting itself into a bootloop for 4 start sequences, it was able to fully start to the page where it told me to enter the security pin to decrypt my files. I also had 30 attempts left. Like a ransomware.
I was like "tf I didn't set anything up".
So I decided to use my first attempt as I had 30 attempts left.
I entered the pin (I can swear that it's correct) and it told me that it has to wipe the /data partition.
I did that. I pressed that button. After waiting for 30 minutes I gave up and rebooted into the bootloader.
Bootloader -> Download Mode -> wipe /data (stock rom + stock recovery btw.)
Some error with "e: mount /cache failed[...]e: mount /data failed"
So, I tried using the adb sideload - no success.
Fastbooted into RUU Mode - HTC keeps rebooting itself into the RUU Mode - no success
Tried to flash the firmware and twrp recovery from Download mode - no success
Then I tried to flash all these things from the sd card - no success
Searched for revolutionary (I know this from my old HTC sensation device).
It wasn't big of any help.
Then someone on xda recommended htcDev (htc's <b>developer-friendly</b> lol site)
I followed every step. Everything seemed to be okay.
I got to the last step.
I needed to get my encrypted token by entering "fastboot oem get_identifier_token" to be able to submit it to HTC, and after they would send me an e-Mail with an .bin file that would let me unlock the bootloader to be able to flash my way through all this headache giving fucking piece of dog shit!
But since I can't back to the phone settings to select the bootloader activation box that would let me get my token... but nah.

Living on the edge!
One or two years ago I managed to deploy a DDL change directly on the production server. As I knew there was a backup job which will run every day at noon and at midnight. So I run my script some minutes after noon. So far so good. But somehow I tested it badly in my test environment and the UI of the application throws error after error now in production.
Well, just revert the db to the latest recovery point with the backup, I thought.
It became clear then after a couple of minutes of searching the backup folder for the db backup that there was no such file. The youngest backup file was 3 years old.
Now what happened: The backup script had a switch "simulate=true" and then simulated a successful backup on each run. Therefore the monitoring system got no alerts for not correctly executing those jobs correctly. Then the monitoring job which should do the backupfolder surveillance stuck with green, because there was a valid backup file inside. But it did not check for a specific creation date.
Now this database is the one we need for doing our daily business and is really crucial. Therefore It was easier to emergencyfix the application than doing a rollback of the db 🙄
Well, not really a data loss story, but close to one. -
At one point, my laptop's hard drive went down. Turns out, windows had written some garbage data to the mft, and fucked up the file structure. Luckily i was able to restore a big chunk of the data using recuva. I cleaned the disk after saving the most important files, cleaned the disk, reinstalled windows. All good so far. I put the laptop's drive and my recovery disk into my desktop to put back the files. During the install in forced me to make an account, which I wanted to delete. So I ran "rmdir /users /s" and went to grab a cup of coffee. Turns out, cmd was pointed at my recovery disk instead of my laptop disk. My whole backup wiped.1

Whenever I have my mac crash and corrupt its OS, I just get a backup harddrive and it copies itself FLAWESSLY. I have all my programs, settings, settings in programs and files.
When Windows crashes, and I use the recovery tool, I LOOSE EVERYTHING. The only thing I get to keep are my files, and they most of the time have permission issues after a restore.
Windows is like the toddler that stares out to void of existance and can't do anything but drool on their shirt, while its parents say he's highly gifted.
Fuck me we're able to choose between only a few OS'es that my clients know and allow me to work on but things like this just make me want to go be a chicken farmer or something.25 -
So last night I ran out of space on my root partition, apparently 30GB isn't enough for `/` besides `/home` and `/data` because both `/var` and `/usr` used around 14GB each so I decided to create partitions for them, had 500GB unallocated disk space on my SSD for if I wanted to install windows on my machine besides Arch Linux.
I edited the fstab file and sure enough, the partitions were mounted on boot, everything went fine. Then U realised the data wasn't actually removed from the first partition so I decided to mount the drive again and remove the files, the system still worked fine.
Untill I rebooted. Apparently the bit scripts require files in the`/usr` folder which wasn't mounted at boot, but right after. F*ck, system won't boot and now I'm in a recovery shell in busybox. After googling and reading the arch wiki I noticed a small message saying what you should do if you want to have `/usr` on another partition. I didn't do any of that.
After a couple of hours and a lot of reboots and chroots from a live USB to the broken installation it was fixed without losing any data! I did learn to read the manual or wiki to see any specifics when using more partitions. 😂2 -
Ended up dong an internship for my school (not really internship, more along the lines of formal volunteering, but whatever) helping set up laptops for a statewide standardized assessment.
I made a program to log the machine's identifying info (Serial, MAC addresses, etc), renames it, joins it to the school's Active Directory, and takes notes on machines, which gets dumped into a csv file.
Made the classic rookie mistake of backing things up occasionally, but not often enough. Accidentally nuked the flash drive with the data on it, and spent a good while learning data recovery and how grep works.
Lesson Learned? Back up frequently and back up everything -
Okay new Rant
INSERT TRIGGER WARNING HERE
OSX still sucks I have been using the bloody darn thing for last 8 months still I found things that are obnoxiously trivial missing.
Latest incident I was trying to plug in my android phone(soft bricked) in recovery mode and I had to push a file with ADB (i save this mutherfuker for another day). So back to the original topic now I plug it in and but turns out it doesn't recognize my device now as a preliminary check I decide to check my USB cable and my DONGLE both seem to be working fine now I try rebooting back into recovery. Now after scrapping the internet for a few hours I find that this problem is caused because sometimes due to a recurrent bug in OSX the operating system sometimes fails to recognize the difference in between directories "Adam"(just an example) and "adam" which in turn can interfere with some of the flags used while checking if a device might be connected.
I mean this is fucked why the fuck can you not simply use your device as an external storage that would have made the process easier by a fucking lot.
I think the people at Apple are going the destroy a UNIX powerhouse just to make their OS more CUPCAKE friendly.
And all of this is in addition to the problems with AFS.
I just wish I had not bought mac for development5 -
!rant
I had that installation of windows 3 to 4 years now.
I'm using a third party software for backup so everyday at 23:00 the backup service starts. The image is stored on a second HDD.
First i want to point out that i set up the windows maintenance around that time too. So any updates should occur then and i remember finding my PC at login screen couple of times meaning a restart had taken place.
Everything was fine all this time.
Couple of days ago i returned home late around 2 am to find a blue screen saying that the computer did not boot property the last time. Had two options, just restart or try to fix.
Of course i will fix it, come on.
Everything failed. Everything. Even safe mode won't boot.
Who cares i have the back up system image. Boot from the bootable usb stick and restore. Well nothing is happening. It's just freezing at 5%. Cancel. Try again. Cancel. Verify the image. Success! Try again! Nothing.
Damn. Im really tired, off to bed.
Woke up tried fixing and restore but to no avail.
Fuck it i will just install Windows fresh. I was set up after an hour or so installed the necessary drivers and such. Let's see that image of any file i want to get back.
Image is corrupted. What the fuck? How? Damn it. Mount and recovery also failed.
That's it. I did not lose any important files. I save everything on a different drive and also the backup.
But I'm wondering what had gone wrong.
My guess windows rebooted when the backup was running. If that's the case shouldn't be a check if such service is running?2 -
This happened to me sometime back.
I want to try out a WordPress plugin in my local machine before installing on a production server. It is an Ubuntu machine. Downloaded and installed Xampp, then setup WordPress with MySQL. Now tried uploading the plugin zip file, it throws some permission error, asking to fix permissions or use FTP. I thought of just chmod 777 recursively for the WordPress directory to fix this easily.
Ran the command, looks like it is hung. Terminated using Ctrl+C and then ran the same command. Again it is taking much time. It should not take so much time to recursively change the permission of just a WordPress directory. Thought something was wrong. Before I realized the damage is already done.
Looks like I ran the command
sudo chmod -R 777 /
instead of
sudo chmod -R 777 ./
Fuck, I missed a dot in the command and it is changing permissions of everything in my machine. Saw the System monitor, CPU usage spiked to 100%. I can't close or open any program. Force shutdown the machine using the power key. It didn't boot again. Recovery mode didn't help. Looks like there is no easy way to restore back from this damage. Most of the files I need are backed up in the cloud, still, need a few more personal files so that I can format and reinstall Ubuntu. Realised I have Windows in dual booting. Boot into Windows and used some ext4 reader to recover the files, formatted and reinstalled the OS. Took a few hours to get back to my previous setup.
Lesson Learned: Don't use sudo unnecessarily.
Double check the command while executing.
Running a wrong command with root permission can fuckup your entire machine. -
So my friends USB drive suddenly doesn't work. It shows up in Windows' device manager (with no exclamation sign) but not in My Computer or even Disk Management (So I can't partition it) Reinstalling drivers doesn't work either. When trying to mount it in Linux, Linux complains that it can't see the drive. fsck and gparted don't read it either, but it shows up in lsblk. Dmesg complains it can't read the partition table (error -110). Any of you guys have bright ideas? Nothing like this has shown up in SO before so I've asked in both here and SO. Any ideas?12

LOST WAILLET PRIVATE KEY RECOVERY HIRE DUNAMIS CYBER SOLUTION
I spend my days unraveling the mysteries of the universe, trying to make sense of quantum entanglement, Schrödinger's cat, and the nature of reality itself. But despite my expertise in the fundamental forces of the cosmos, I somehow managed to completely lose access to my own Bitcoin wallet.
Now, I thought myself a prudent man. Of course, I knew better than to write down my private keys in some kind of digital file that could get hacked, and I certainly was not about to trust my notoriously bad human memory. So I came up with what I figured was a brilliant security scheme: I wrote down my wallet credentials on a strip of paper, and then proceeded to bury that paper deep within my favorite book on physics, A Brief History of Time, by Stephen Hawking. A perfect plan. Wrong. One day, in a moment of charity-or maybe even utter absent-mindedness-I decided to donate a box of books to a local charity. Noble, noble act. Well, you might have guessed it: my whole financial future was tucked inside one of those books. It wasn't until weeks later that I realized the horrifying truth: my $500,000 in Bitcoin was now floating around in some secondhand bookstore, completely out of my reach.
Cue existential crisis. I tore my apartment apart, retracing every step I had taken over the past month. I even went back to the bookstore and bought back as many of my donated books as I could find. But A Brief History of Time? Gone. Vanished. Probably sitting on someone's bookshelf, holding a fortune they didn't even know existed. When the loss seemed total-when I'd even considered the possibility that quantum tunneling might somehow return the book to me-I called in DUNAMIS CYBER SOLUTION. I was skeptical-if I couldn't even recover my own password, how could they? But their team was reassuring, methodical, and oddly calm about my ridiculous mistake. They assured me they'd seen worse (which I still refuse to believe), and they got to work. Weeks passed, and just when I was about to come to terms with financial realities, they cracked it-somehow, through sheer digital DUNAMIS CYBER SOLUTION my lost Bitcoin. Indescribable relief-I felt like I had just solved the Unified Field Theory.
The moral of the story? Never trust your memory. Never store your fortune in a book. And if you ever lose access to your Bitcoin, call DUNAMIS CYBER SOLUTION. They don't just perform miracles-they undo the kind of mistakes that even quantum physics can't explain

I faced an unimaginable nightmare. My phone was attacked by a virus that compromised my Binance wallet, allowing hackers to drain all of my Ethereum and Bitcoin, which amounted to around $525,000. I was completely caught off guard, not understanding how this could happen, and was desperate to find a way to recover my stolen funds. I immediately tried to reach out to Binance’s support team, but after several attempts, I realized I couldn’t get through to anyone. My situation felt hopeless, and I had no idea what to do next. In a last-ditch effort, I went to my local police station to file a report, hoping they might be able to help. Unfortunately, they told me they didn’t have the capacity or expertise to deal with cryptocurrency-related fraud, especially one involving a virus. I left the station feeling more defeated than ever. He handed me a business card for Trust Geeks Hack Expert , a company that specializes in recovering lost or stolen cryptocurrency, particularly in cases involving hacking and viruses. CODER CYBER SERVICES // CRYPTOCURRENCY RECOVERY ASSOCIATION
I’m the owner of Prestige Motors UK, a well-established car showroom based in the UK. We specialize in high-end vehicles and pride ourselves on delivering the best customer service. One day, I found a listing for a 2019 Mercedes-Benz S-Class at an unbelievably low price. The dealership appeared legitimate, with professional photos, positive reviews, and all the signs of a trustworthy business. After several email exchanges and phone calls, I decided to go ahead and pay £26,000 for the car, believing it was a fantastic deal. However, after transferring the money, things quickly went south. The seller disappeared. The website vanished, the phone number was disconnected, and all my attempts to contact them were met with silence. It became clear that I had been scammed, and the car was never going to be delivered. Losing £26,000 was a massive blow to my business, and I felt completely helpless. While scrolling through a Facebook community for car dealers, I came across a post from another dealer who had been scammed in a similar way. They recommended Coder Cyber Services, sharing how the team had helped them recover their money. After reading their positive review, I decided to reach out for help. The team at Coder Cyber Services responded quickly. They immediately began investigating, using advanced tracking tools to trace the digital footprints left by the fraudulent dealership. Their experts were able to identify IP addresses linked to the scam and cross-referenced the information with known fraud cases in the country. Within a few weeks, Coder Cyber Services had gathered enough evidence to file a formal complaint with law enforcement. They worked closely with the authorities to track down the scammers. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to recover the full £26,000.I can’t express how relieved I was. Coder Cyber Service’s professionalism and expertise made the entire process much smoother than I had anticipated. Without their help, I would have faced a significant financial loss, which could have devastated my business. Their support not only helped me recover my money but also ensured the perpetrators were brought to justice. Finding Coder Cyber Services through that Facebook community truly saved me, and I highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with online scams.
I would recommend their services without any doubt:

RECOVERING STOLEN CRYPTOCURRENCY// HOW TO RECLAIM YOUR FUNDS FROM SCAM INVESTMENT
Losing cryptocurrency to a scam can be a deeply distressing experience. Unlike traditional forms of theft, cryptocurrency transactions are often irreversible, and the anonymity of blockchain technology makes it almost impossible to trace stolen funds. This creates a sense of helplessness for victims who discover that their hard-earned money has been lost to a fraudulent platform. The situation is even more painful because, in many cases, recovering lost or stolen crypto is nearly impossible. When someone falls victim to a scam in the crypto space, the first impulse is often to try and report the fraudulent platform. Many victims immediately contact their wallet provider or exchange, hoping for a solution. Some may reach out to their bank, believing they can reverse the transaction or block further transfers. Others contact law enforcement or file complaints with consumer protection agencies. In certain cases, victims may even hire a lawyer, hoping to take legal action against the scammers. But despite all these efforts, the harsh reality is that few people recover their stolen funds. Cryptocurrency scams are rampant, and the scams themselves are increasingly sophisticated, often appearing as legitimate investment opportunities. These platforms lure victims with promises of high returns and easy profits, only to vanish once they have stolen the investors' funds. Sadly, once the cryptocurrency is sent, there is little recourse, as these transactions are final and irreversible. The emotional and financial toll of being scammed can be overwhelming, and many victims are left with feelings of despair and frustration. However, there is hope for those who have been affected by cryptocurrency scams. One solution is to contact specialized recovery services like TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT. These professionals are experienced in navigating the complex world of cryptocurrency fraud and are committed to helping victims recover their lost funds. One day, while scrolling through social media, I came across my favorite crypto influencer sharing his experience with Cranix Ethical Solutions Haven. Guy had lost access to his wallet, and after trying everything, magically got it back from Cranix Ethical Solutions Haven. At that very time, I saved the post, just in case, because I never thought I would need it. A few months later, I lived that nightmare. I had done some digital cleaning and housekeeping, removing old files and freeing up space on my devices. While cleaning up, I made the biggest mistake of my life: I deleted the only backup of my $400,000 crypto wallet. The moment it dawned on me what had happened, my stomach just dropped. I was desperately looking for any means of getting my files back. I tried do-it-yourself recovery software, scoured every possible backup, and had even considered giving up. Then, I remembered that influencer's story. In desperation, I found the post again and reached out to Cranix Ethical Solutions Haven. Right from the first message, their team was so professional and reassuring, having seen cases like mine before, saying not all hope was lost. They explained the process to me and got down to business. Over a few days, they had hounded down remnants of my wallet file using forensic recovery tools. It was almost magic to watch them skillfully piece together information, their blockchain analysis, and stitch it into coherent results. Then I got the call: They found it. My wallet was restored, my funds safe, and my panic turned into pure gratitude. It was the biggest financial scare of my life, but thanks to Cranix Ethical Solutions Haven, it had a happy ending. Now, every time that influencer post pops up, I make sure to like and comment-because if it weren't for their recommendation, I might have never found Cranix Ethical Solutions Haven in time. If you’re ever in a similar situation, don’t panic—just call Cranix Ethical Solutions Haven. Their expertise, patience, and skill proved to me that they’re the best in the business.

VICTIMIZED BY CRYPTO SCAM: RECOVER YOUR LOST FUNDS WITH TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT
The glow of RGB lights still haunts me. There I was, mid-stream, hyping up a Fortnite squad when an email pretending to be a sponsorship opportunity with the subject line "ENERGY DRINK COLLAB!!! *" appeared on my second monitor. I clicked— big mistake. By the time my chat spammed "*SCAM ALERT" in neon caps, a trojan had already ghosted my Bitcoin wallet, $320,000 gone, poof, like a noob disconnecting mid-game. My facecam caught the exact moment my soul left my body: jaw open, headset tilted, the background of anime posters judging me silently. The VOD blew up. Of course, it did.
Pandemonium erupted. Donation alerts became panic emojis. My mods DM'd links to "HOW TO FIX CRYPTO THEFT" amidst banning trolls. My wallet? A barren wasteland. My DMs? A cemetery of "*F"s and crypto-bros pitching recovery scams. Then, a lifeline—a chatter named *xX_Cryptosolution_69 typed, "TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT. THEY CLAPPED A HACKER FOR MY DOGE ONCE." Desperate, I Googled them mid-stream, muting to scream into a pillow.
TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT team responded like NPCs scripted for heroics. “Send us the malware file,” they said. “**And your wallet logs. We’ll handle the rest.” For 12 days, they reverse-engineered the trojan, dissecting its code like speed runners cracking a glitch. The virus, it turned out, was a knockoff ransomware dubbed “Crypto rush” (its dev had left a “HACK THE PLANET!!” Easter egg in the code, cringe). TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT squad traced its path, resurrecting private keys from registry fragments and backup clouds I’d forgotten existed. The return stream was record-breaking. I rebooted my rig, wallet restored, and titled the stream "HOW I UNBRICKED $320K (AND MY CAREER)." Chatters donated Bitcoin out of solidarity, and schadenfreude. Even my rival streamer, DrL33tGamer, raided me with 10k viewers. TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT? They viewed anonymously and left a sub with the message: "GG EZ.
These internet Gandalfs didn't just fix a hack—they authored the greatest plot twist in my online existence. Now, my new website, Stream Vault, runs on a server guarded like Fort Knox, and I vet sponsors like the CIA. That fake energy drink company? Its domain now points to a Rickroll.
If your crypto gets pawned by a script kiddie, skip the rage quit. Ping the TRUST GEEKS. They're the ultimate cheat code for catastrophe. Just maybe have a malware scanner in closer proximity than your energy drinks next time.

Hire A Cryptocurrency Fraud Recovery Hacker Service Online: VISIT CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES
It started with optimism. A serendipitous encounter with an old college friend in Miami’s bustling airport led to a conversation about financial growth. He spoke glowingly of Dollar fx net, a platform he insisted had doubled his investments. Trusting his enthusiasm, I deposited 10,000 USD a substantial chunk of my job savings only to face a shocking roadblock weeks later. The platform demanded an additional 5,000 “verification fee” to unlock withdrawals. My stomach dropped; this wasn’t a hiccup it was a trap. Stress pushed me into research mode. Scouring cybersecurity forums, I uncovered countless stories mirroring mine: unregulated platforms exploiting trust, draining accounts under false pretenses. Then, a lifeline a Reddit thread praising CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES for their no-nonsense approach to fund retrieval. Skeptical but out of options, I submitted a case file through their portal, hoping for a miracle. The response from CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES was swift and reassuring. They outlined a comprehensive strategy: trace the digital trail of my 10,000 USD, they apply pressure on the platform through legal backchannels. Their transparency struck me while they couldn’t guarantee success, their expertise was evident. Over the next week, CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES became my digital sherpa, guiding me through the murky waters of online fraud recovery. Their team meticulously decoded Dollar fx net’s obfuscated transaction logs, revealing that my funds had been funneled into offshore wallets, far from any regulatory oversight. Armed with this information, their legal team issued takedown notices to payment processors linked to the platform, effectively putting them on notice. The pressure worked: on day 10, I received a cryptic email from Dollar fx net claiming my account was “under review. "By week two, the impossible happened my original 10,000 USD reappeared in my bank account, sans the fabricated fees. CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES later explained how their threat of exposing the platform’s infrastructure to regulators had forced their hand. Their relentless pursuit of justice to recover my funds and also highlighted the importance of holding fraudulent platforms accountable. This ordeal taught me two harsh truths: not all opportunities are as they seem, and due diligence is non-negotiable. Yet it also revealed heroes like CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES ethical hackers who use their skills to fight back against fraud. I now understand that vigilance and the right support can turn the tide against deceit. In a world where fraudsters thrive on silence, speaking out and seeking help can be the most powerful tools in reclaiming what is rightfully yours.

Century Web Recovery specializes in helping individuals recover funds lost to such scams. Here’s how they can assist you in reclaiming your money.
Understanding Binary Options Scams
Binary options scams lure investors with promises of high returns and minimal risk. Victims are often contacted by seemingly professional brokers who convince them to invest significant sums of money. Once the investment is made, the scammers block access to accounts, making it impossible to withdraw funds or contact the company.
Steps to Recover Your Funds
1. Initial Consultation
Century Web Recovery begins with a no-obligation consultation. They gather information about the incident, including the nature of the scam, the amount lost, and the details of the transactions. This helps them understand the specific circumstances of your case.
2. Preliminary Assessment
They conduct a preliminary assessment to determine the feasibility of recovering your funds. This involves evaluating the available information and considering the jurisdictions involved. While full recovery is rare, their goal is to recover as much as possible.
3. Engagement Agreement
If they believe recovery is possible, Century Web Recovery will proceed with an engagement agreement. This outlines the scope of services, fee structures, and any necessary legal disclaimers. A retainer fee may be required, which is a small percentage of the estimated recovery fees.

The core of their recovery efforts lies in detailed investigation and blockchain analysis. Century Web Recovery uses advanced tools to trace transactions and identify the wallets where stolen funds have been moved. They monitor these wallets to track any movements of the funds.
5. Legal Process: Freezing and Recovery of Assets
If the stolen funds are identified in a compliant exchange, Century Web Recovery collaborates with legal counsel to file legal injunctions to freeze the assets. They navigate the complex legal landscape, working to substantiate the ownership of the stolen funds and recover them through court proceedings.
6. Return of Funds
Once the legal process is successfully completed, the recovered funds are returned to the rightful owner. Century Web Recovery assists in setting up secure crypto custody solutions to ensure the recovered assets are safely stored.

HOW TO RECOVER YOUR STOLEN CRYPTO INVESTMENT: REACH OUT TO RAPID DIGITAL RECOVERY
Teaching AI ethics is my day job, where I spend my days instructing students in the conflict between human judgment and machine learning, but I never thought I'd be outwitted by my own digital wallet. And yet there I was, staring at my fried hard drive and realizing that $910,000 worth of Bitcoin had just been encrypted into oblivion.
The disaster started innocently enough. I had been operating an experimental machine learning program, training it to improve encryption security independently. Enthusiastic with the encouraging results, I ran one final simulation on my home laptop, the same one that held my wallet keys in an encrypted file. What could possibly go wrong?
As would be the case, everything. The algorithm, eager to show itself, created a security system so robust that I couldn't even get access to it myself. It rendered the key file so corrupted that my life's savings might just as well be floating around cyberspace. When I tried to explain what had occurred in class the following day, the expressions on the faces of my classmates were one of amusement and horror. "Professor, didn't you teach data backups last week?" Ouch..Whatsapp: +1 4 14 80 71 4 85
A student approached me after class and softly whispered a lifeline: "Check out RAPID DIGITAL RECOVERY. They deal with cases like this." Desperation got the better of my pride, so I called them. From the first email, their team treated me like a valued partner, not another moron who let an AI lock him out...Email: rapiddigitalrecovery (@) execs. com
RAPID DIGITAL RECOVERY's engineers approached my problem like battle-hardened cryptographers and compassionate therapists. They requested samples of my encryption methods, dissected my test algorithm, and effectively reverse-engineered my own efforts. They even smiled (graciously) at the enthusiasm of my marauding AI for security...Telegram: @Rapiddigitalrecovery1
After 12 days of nail-biting suspense, I heard the call. "Professor, we got it." My heart pounded faster than when I first powered up a neural network. My Bitcoin wallet was returned, every single satoshi. They even provided me with security recommendations tailored to my academic community so that my next algorithm would not hold my money hostage.
Now, when I teach AI ethics, I introduce with this cautionary tale. My students chuckle, my robots beep their approval, and I sleep better knowing RAPID DIGITAL RECOVERY stands in the wings to rescue even the most hubristic tech wizards. Human ingenuity triumphs once more.

Weddings are supposed to be magical, but the months leading up to mine were anything but. Already, wedding planning was a high-stress, sleep-deprived whirlwind: endless details to manage, from venue deposits and guest lists to dress fittings and vendor contracts. But nothing-and I mean, nothing-compared to the panic that washed over me when I realized that somehow, I had lost access to my Bitcoin wallet-with $600,000 inside. It happened in the worst possible way. In between juggling my to-do lists and trying to keep my sanity intact, I lost my seed phrase. I went through my apartment like a tornado, flipping through notebooks, checking every email, every file-nothing. I sat there in stunned silence, heart pounding, trying to process the fact that my entire savings, my security, and my financial future might have just vanished.
In utter despair, I vented to my bridesmaid's group chat for some sympathetic words from the girls. Instead, one casually threw out a name that would change everything in a second:
"Have you ever heard of Tech Cyber Force Recovery? They recovered Bitcoin for my cousin. You should call them."

Tax season is a headache for anyone, but mine escalated to a complete catastrophe. While scrambling around my financial records of the year, I ended up wiping out my backup for the Bitcoin wallet-a staggering $300,000. An incorrect click at the height of overzealous cleaning, and there went my wallet.
It didn't quite dawn on me yet. Too ensconced in spreadsheets and numbers, I had no idea of the enormity of what I had just done. Later that afternoon, when I went to look in my wallet, it was as though I stared into a void: the backup was gone, and I could not access my funds. Panic ensued. I tried recovering the file myself, and with each action, I did, it seemed to get even worse. It is like, with one careless moment, all of my financial future was erased.
In my desperation for help, I looked up CRYPTO RECOVERY SOLUTION , and from the very first correspondence, they proved to be a beacon of hope. Their team listened to my frantic explanation without judging me and assured me that they had dealt with such cases before. They outlined their process and dove right into it, updating me through every step of the way.
What impressed me most was their professionalism and technical skills. Recovering a wallet from a botched backup isn't exactly straightforward, but they handled the situation with precision. It felt like they were unraveling a mess I thought was unsalvageable. Within a few days, they delivered the best news I'd heard all year: my funds were safe and fully restored.
CRYPTO RECOVERY SOLUTION didn't just save my wallet, but they saved me from months, if not years, of stress and regret. They even gave advice on how to make better backup systems and secure my assets in the future. Thanks to their guidance, I now have a solid organizational system that keeps my crypto safe and sound.
If there is one thing I learned from this experience, it is that mistakes do happen, even when one is trying to be responsible. The key is knowing whom to turn to when things go wrong. CRYPTO RECOVERY SOLUTION turned my nightmare into a manageable lesson, and for that, I'll always be grateful1 -

My hobby is collecting vintage arcade machines, pixels, joysticks, and the sweet retro chiptune music. I had my sights on the crown jewel at last: a mint 1981 Galago cabinet. The price? $195,000. That was fine because I had precisely that in Bitcoin, painstakingly accumulated over the years from buying, selling, and restoring rare gaming artifacts. But fate had other ideas.
One morning, my trusty old computer, an antique in its own right, which was running Windows XP for retro reasons, you know?, chose to go out in a blaze of glory. It crashed on boot-up, taking with it the only wallet file that had my precious BTC keys. I looked at the blinking screen as if I'd just lost my last life in Donkey Kong. No more extra credits. Game over.
Panic set in. I looked around local repair shops, but all I got were shrugs and eyebrows lifted higher than the cost of the new games. They might as well have asked me to blow into the cartridge. "Sorry, dude, this is old." I was seeing my dream disappear faster than a speed run.
As a last resort, I turned to a retro gaming forum. Amidst the topics debating which Street Fighter was superior, someone hailed Digital Tech Guard Recovery as the high-score champions of data resurrection. I got in touch with them faster than I could button-mash my way through a Mortal Kombat battle.
They got back to me promptly and reassuringly. They didn't laugh at my ancient rig. Instead, their digital archaeologists (their term, but it's fitting) treated my burned hard drive like an artifact from gaming's golden age. They reconstructed the data with forensic attention, excavating my Bitcoin keys like teasing out a hidden level from an old cartridge.
Every update from them was like a power-up level. Day four: they accessed the hard drive. Day seven: partial recovery. Day ten: full wallet extraction. Final boss defeated!
When I saw my balance reappear, I nearly cried over my joystick. The Galago machine is now proudly sitting in my game room, flashing neon glory. And every time I hear the sound of those pixelated lasers, I quietly thank Digital Tech Guard Recovery. They didn't only recover Bitcoin; they revived a dream.
If your digital treasure chest ever gets buried under tech debris, call these wizards. Trust me, it's like finding an extra life.1 -

Rapid Digital Recovery’s team responded like NPCs scripted for heroics. “Send us the malware file,” they said. “**And your wallet logs. We’ll handle the rest.” For 12 days, they reverse-engineered the trojan, dissecting its code like speedrunners cracking a glitch. The virus, it turned out, was a knockoff ransomware dubbed “CryptoKrush” (its dev had left a “HACK THE PLANET!!” Easter egg in the code, cringe). Rapid Digital Recovery’s squad traced its path, resurrecting private keys from registry fragments and backup clouds I’d forgotten existed. Rapid Digital Recovery? They viewed anonymously and left a sub with the message: "GG EZ.

It started with a leap of faith—one that nearly cost me everything, last month I stumbled across an investment platform promising “guaranteed high returns” on cryptocurrency holdings. Skeptical but tempted, I poured my entire Bitcoin wallet—worth $190,000 in USDT—into their “elite portfolio,” convinced I was on the brink of financial freedom then, disaster struck, The platform’s interface suddenly went dark. Phone numbers disconnected. Emails bounced back. Panic set in as I realized I’d been scammed. My savings, tied up in a digital currency I couldn’t access, vanished into the ether. For weeks, I spiraled: filing police reports, pleading with blockchain support teams, and scouring online forums for answers. Most responses were bleak. “Crypto scams are irreversible,” But I refused to surrender, During a late-night Google deep dive, I discovered "Dexdert Net Recovery" a cybersecurity firm specializing in crypto asset retrieval. Their website testimonials detailed eerily similar stories, with claims of recovering funds even from “untraceable” scams. Desperation outweighed doubt. I submitted a case file, attaching transaction records, wallet addresses, and every shred of evidence I had.
Within hours, Dexdert Net Pro Recovery responded calmly but urgently: “The longer we wait, the harder recovery becomes. Let’s move.” Dexdert’s team launched a forensic investigation, tracing my USDT through a labyrinth of dummy wallets and offshore exchanges. They explained how the scammers used “chain-hopping” to obscure the trail, bouncing funds across multiple blockchains. But Dexdert’s tools were sharper, Over two weeks, Their experts updated me daily, Dexdert Net Recovery forced the scam platform’s hosting provider to freeze the wallet. Within 48 hours, my $190,000 USDT streamed back into my secure wallet. The relief was visceral—a physical weight lifted off my chest, Today, my Bitcoin sits in a cold wallet, guarded by layers of encryption. I share my story not just as a cautionary tale, but as proof that even in the Wild West of crypto, hope—and the right team—can rewrite endings.
Thanks to Dexdert’s Net Recovery, I reclaimed more than just money—I reclaimed trust in the system.

ETHEREUM AND USDT RECOVERY COMPANY HIRE ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST
I had always felt that trust was the bedrock of any partnership, especially a business one. My associate and I had what I thought was a non-shakeable alliance. We would strategize; we would go to conferences about crypto and toast our wins with a glass of liquor. He was the only person I had trusted with my financial insight. Unfortunately, he was also the last person I should have trusted. WhatsApp info:+12723 328 343
I woke up one morning to the stuff of nightmares: I had absolutely no access to my Bitcoin wallet, holding $290,000. My password didn't work, my backup keys were useless, and my hardware wallet? Completely wiped. Panic set in as I tried to work out what was going on. Then, a chilling realization hit me. Only a week before, my ever-so-helpful colleague had made an offer to "optimize" my wallet security. I thought at that time, Wow, what a great guy. Well, it turns out he was great-at deception.
The real gut punch? He had the audacity to sit across from me at work the next day, sipping coffee like nothing had happened. I confronted him, expecting some elaborate excuse, but he played dumb-so dumb it was insulting. That's when I knew what I needed were professionals, not empty denials.
After hours of frantic research, I came across ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST. Their reputation in high-stakes crypto theft gave me hope. From the first conversation, they took my case seriously, breaking down the recovery process in a way that finally made sense. Their forensic team got to work tracking the stolen funds across multiple wallets.
A few tense days later, I got the call: my money was back. Every single dollar. It turned out that my trusted colleague had tried to launder the funds through multiple transactions, but ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST untangled his mess with ease. The feeling of relief was overwhelming; I had prepared myself for the worst, yet I walked away victorious.
My colleague probably had a pretty good inkling, because he quit before I could file any report. Typical. Some people just love to disappear rather than confront the music.
I emerged from that fiasco with my money still in one piece, and more painfully but preciously, with the lesson not to confuse control for kindness: you earn trust; you don't give it away freely-especially where money intervenes.1
