I wanted my 20th Rant to be special. And it really is! This is the first time I haven't ranted about anything in particular.

Does anyone else just keep on tirelessly scrolling down the rant feed like Facebook? And oh, also read and interact with the rants unlike Facebook where we just "meh" on most of the posts until we find something that catches our eye?

Which is a rare case now.

Yesterday I had a HUGE argument with my mom. I had severe headache after that and I couldn't help but feel angry and disgusted with myself for shouting at her. Guess what's the first thing that popped in my head soon after? Let's code.

Yes, I like to code. I'm not ashamed of it. Good code. Bad code. I code. It makes me happy. It distracts me until I get frustrated with what I've coded and why it went wrong and soon I realise I've moved on from the anger.

You never know what can help you when! Right?

I need to figure out a way uniquely identify each computer which visits the web site I am creating. Does anybody have any advice on how to achieve this?

Because i want the solution to work on all machines and all browsers (within reason) I am trying to create a solution using javascript.
