Having too many projects in my team and managed to convince my boss that we need more people and even other teams to help on some really critical tasks. It was fine until today the technical project planner decided to scold me for not assigning tasks to developers in other teams for one specific of project of ours.

I tried to explain that its not the best idea external people working on a really spaghetti code project that we will be left to maintain. Its the same problem that led to the current problem.

And the PP response was "they are machines and have worked on many othe team projects".

So the help was delivered as a scolding and my team sucks in their eyes. Without any word from my boss that i havent talked for 6 months except on 2 accessions where someone else demanded of us to focus only on their project. Beautiful ❤️

I really have a keyboard problem. I have 6 keyboards and constantly change them. From mechanical to low profile, with or without numpad. This night i ordered microsoft wireless desktop 900.

We are upgrading to nodejs 8 late, because no one is tracking versions. I had to rage a prove war with everyone that we must upgrade because node 6 is ended lts. This week i have to argue with one of the admins that the build server should be updated also (jenkins). And his problem is that our private jenkins server is not used only by our company, but other companies under our group. In my mind the only question is who decides our or other company project is important to build nor6maly. And why we should care ..
Every fucking time its a war against stagnant and/or lazy people.

Realized i slack too much because of third monitor that i use for "background" youtube,tv shows, movies. Removed it also forced my self to working by just playing music with headphones and dimmed light.

Settings some goals for each day.
And when i feel i got too distracted do 20 pushups.

Fixed the bug tested multiple times the build. When uploaded on stage not working. Debugging, debugging ... i forgot to push.. blah

Thank god it's Christmas holidays so i can setup my amazon server for a new site. Normally a admin does it but it's a side project.

Years ago i had the "it will take 15 min max" mentality. Now i am in "i will spend 30min to convince you that its not necessary or if it is your heavy approach is wrong"

Hah. I was cleaning my screenshot folder and saw the bitbucket dying one night. It was after midnight and was in 'the zone'.

Just love the customizability of phpstorm. I can work as minimal i need !
PS . I use also sublime, vim and atom based on what i need, but phpstorm is my main tool :D

Changed the nodejs template engine because i though its unable to parse nested object. After the second engine had the same error i checked the properties of the mongoose "populated" object and its mongooses fault.. wasted 4-5 hours of debugging just because of a missleading console.log ... FUCK!

Fully upgraded wordpress for my blog (just not interested writing my own ) with security patches and got hacked... all index files in first level directories replaced. Will find the time to make my own and migrate all posts because "wordpress is awesome"

Working from home working on the company project. The working time ends and i just switch projects for the next 6-7 hours... and i am happy with this

You have to work, but you notice a fiber in your web cam. Clean the lens, but its still there. Open the web cam to the last bit and clean the optical chip.. There you fixed the web cam, but what about the work..
