We've got two conflicting linters for ruby.
The rubocops serve the IDE and say to outdent access modifiers, giving the indented line a little yellow under-squiggle. Monkey see, monkey do, I indent it.
The company's one in the build pipeline wants to indent access modifiers and literally fails the bloody build, screaming about a rogue access modifier two spaces from where it should be.
Waste of 5 minutes.

I wrote a random string/int/other stuff API somewhere this year which I still regularly use because I'm a lazy fuck.

Never posted anything about it on here and the documentation isn't entirely complete (and not all the endpoints are extensively bug-tested yet) but if someone is interested I'll see if I can patch some stuff and put it on here as I find it useful!

GitLab CE crashed after doing a reconfigure, something with the LetsEncrypt client. Hours of debugging later it suddenly works again and the letsencrypt client doesn't throw errors either.

Happy that it works again but I'd like to know WHY it suddenly works again after I pretty much changed nothing (or, I did, but I put everything back to the original values every time a suggestion doesn't work).

Grrrrrrr.
