The moment when you are tasked with finding a new person to your team for the lower position than yours and you check the going monthly rates on the job market just to realize that they are higher than yours is.

When you come to work at 6am (2h before other employees) to solve problem that was blocking everybody in the team and before you finish boss takes you to the meeting that newer ends and is just a waste of time. Ten hours work day, paid for eight and job not done. I hate days like this one.

I've just heard from the business person that we are giving high estimates on the projects delivery time out of spite. Are you fucking kidding me. All of that just because they wrote Hello World and they think they now better how much time it will take.

My friend from work got fired today for no apparent reason by his stupid boss to make things even worse this was his last action before changing a position in company and loosing power to fire someone. There is at least one good thing in all of this: he won't be able to do this again. Fuck stupid bosses.
