Something I learnt over the years is that it doesn't matter how fast your PC or Server is, people will produce a piece of software that will be capable of running slow on it.12

D — Definitely right8 -
There was a variable named 'isVisible'
Wanted to make it visible
I typed in 'yeah' as a keyword instead of 'true'

I've been working super hard for the past while.
I'm unhappy with almost all my work but my coworkers seem happy so whatever.
I'm just constantly irritated with myself for taking so long or making mistakes or whatever.
Gotta give a presentation tomorrow, not feeling excited.
Everything sucks , god fuckinngfck fuck my life2 -
It's okay to slow down. Seriously it's fine. You can write 203 wpm... as long as the command you enter includes all necessary limits. Nothing is worse than having ansible rm -r the wrong directory or the wrong server because you missed a limit and put all.undefined wk26 learn from mistakes devops ansible take your time time is both the solution and the problem

Today, I reached a new level of laziness.
I lied down to watch a movie and I was too lazy to copy the movie from my external hard drive which was in the other side of the bed.
What did I do? I've downloaded the movie once again and watched.3 -
Use Docker, it's awesome because you won't need VMs anymore.
Using Win7: You need a VM for running docker. 😫10 -
Dev related: To actually finish my projects instead of working on different ones, and end up finishing nothing.
I said I was going to create my own operating system. I started it, but barely. I haven't touched the compiler I was working on for months. Oh, and I'm working on an android app related to writing. I started it a while back, and never got to finish it.
My need to stop starting new projects, because if I keep doing this, I'll never finish anything.
Non dev related: To get my manuscript out of the slush pile, and finally published. It's currently in the dreadful querying process.4
