FUCK this startup mentality of implementing all these external services and APIs for absolutely fucking everything.
I get that your vacuous fresh-mint-tea-soaked hipster brains are all cheering about these "only $10/month/seat" services, because you imbeciles with your nodejs-sticker-plastered macbooks have never done anything but knot the work of other dimwits together.
I don't even care about the subscription costs. That shit is more trouble to maintain than writing it yourself, and there's no guarantee that visualizemyballs.com & lintmycock.io still work tomorrow.
I'm getting so sick of being barraged with 502 bad gateway errors because you halfassed yet another API implementation. Stop advertising your crossfit stats, your meditation-app records and your vegan protein bars for a minute, and maybe start writing some fucking code of your own, something with a higher shelf-life than your iPhone screen...
You know... something which actually fucking adds value to the world.14 -
Me and my senior used to do doodle in papers whenever we get stuck in some code problems or having free time. It always has been our way to relax our mind kind of meditation.
One day our boss saw our doodle work. He asked us to do doodle in office wall. So far this has been our progress.

I thought meditation was more like putting myself in “airplane mode”. But in reality it felt more like a DDoS attack!

Today on forgotten games – Ballance.
The game is absolutely outstanding. Graphics is absolutely amazing even though the game was developed in 2004. The sound effects are perfect, I can literally feel the wooden ball rolling on steel rails. The background music is also amazing, we're talking Alexander Brandon level here.
The game is about rolling the ball through the levels trying not to fall off. There are three balls: the stone one, the wooden one and the paper one, different in weight, velocity and momentum.
I admire the clever level design. It uses in-game map features in multi-purpose way, for example some levels use ball transformers (the things that transform the ball from one kind to another) as a trap for your ball to lose momentum. It even seems like that levels were designed by some crazy modders for advanced players, but they weren't, and traveling through them feels like you're a pro gamer playing custom levels.
Even though levels seem simple at first glance, they allow non-linear gameplay and different gaming styles.
The gameplay itself is pure meditation. But even though the concept seem straightforward – just follow the level and don't fall – it's not. You have to use all three ball types: there are air vents to fly above upon, which only paper ball can do, there are obstacles to push, which only stone ball can do, and so on.
For additional sonic satisfaction the levels even feature some metal domes that serve no purpose but to be bumped into just for making amazing gong sound.
I like it that when you get cocky and think like that's easy, I got this, the game quickly puts you into place. It basically says nigga you ain't shit, you got nothing on me.
Overall it's basically a mesmerizing travel through cleverly designed levels surrounded by relaxing music and outstanding graphics.
Definitely a must-have for mechanical keyboard gamers, it's a pure satisfaction playing this game with a great level of precision and control mechanical keyboard allows.
Search for "ballance widescreen fix" for modern displays support.

Hello my Friends.
TL;DR i meditate as I draw, here’s the result. What about you?!
Does any of you exercise on any kind of meditation? Not the popular meditation forms, more alternative meditation? I. E. walking meditation, dancing meditation, reading medidation, etc. ? Remember, it’s all about being here and now and letting go of any pre-programmed thoughts, right?
I myself, have a ritual which is performes once-twice a year. I call it drawing meditation. When daylight ends, and the moon rises, I sit at my desk in a dark room with one light, which is hanging aboce the white sheet of paper. I take black pencil, turn on some music mildly and turn off my thought receiving part of the brain. I hear every thought which is passing by, but I have no attachment to it. My hands are drawing, without my interception. It feels amazing, and I believe this method helps me to clean up some space in subconscious file system.
This activity of mine, takes strangly short/long time. Once I’ve sat for about 16hours, once 6hours.
Furthermore, I’m always amazed by the abstract art pieces which are the end result. I’m attaching the image of the last drawing made in this way to the post.
Can I hear what you see in it?

I think I might get close to a burnout. Last week was extremely stressful because of a deadline and I worked 45 hours in 4 days. Even in the evening my heart is pounding like a coke addict who had his last nose 1 hour ago.
What is your personal way of dealing with (work related) stress?
What activities help you best to cool down and relax?
I've not yet tried meditation but am trying to take some time to regularly do sport after the work, hopefully it helps.6 -
Finally back at home (after having some trouble with Deutsche Bahn).
It is cold and cloudy here.
It feels so weird to use a laptop. I was there (in Turkey) only with my phone, typing this post on my laptop. The screen is so god damn big.
My bed is very soft. My kitten got very strong and fluffy. He looks more muscular now lol. And it seems like he missed us :3.
I missed him and I missed my car that I did not like like a month ago. I really understood how much value it has. Besides of that my mind is clean now. It was like meditation.
Fuck that pussy ass description.
How was your day, fellas?6 -

Been away from here for over a year.
Tried meditation, tried working out, tried eating more #00FF00s.
I'm a super calm person and rarely rant over shit in real life but I learned that really little things can replace ranting over random shit on the internet and having people come here to read just exactly that and relate.
I think I'm back :) <33 -
Where do you go/what do you do when you need to think out a problem?
Me, I take a drive. I'm not sure why but I seem to achieve maximum clairvoyance while driving around. Moreso at night than during the day, but the effect is still there when the sun is up. It's kind of weirdly meditative, to drive autonomously, only hearing the drone of the engine and whisper of the tires.
I know a lot of people resort to showers, or straight meditation, but I was curious if there were other, quirkier things people do to arouse their mind.7 -
I don't know how many of you here will understand/feel what I feel but here goes nothing
I'm the kind of person who's very calm and like sitting and talking to a friend over using a mobile phone or something. I mean, it's not like I don't use mobile phones at all but yeah.
At this point, I think my smartphone is just a waste of time. Whenever I'm bored or feel lazy, the first thing I do is unlock my phone and randomly see something online. Even though I have nothing important. I feel like it's almost cutting me off from the real world. Maybe in that time, instead of using the mobile for nothing, I could go talk to someone, go for a walk, exercise, think, etc. I even see group of friends sitting in a circle, but no one's talking. Only using their phones.
And let alone socializing, I think you miss a lot of "me" time as well (oh I like meditation and shit haha).
I'm thinking of switching to a non-smartphone. But still we are developers/engineers/designers, and for us to stay away from technology is not easy when we're the ones making it. I love what I do but at the same time I also want feel life.12 -
I'm hoarding free courses on Udemy which I probably won't even watch. I even enrolled in stuff not related to dev, things like meditation and etc...1

I have this urge to get better at coding and software architecture and design. But fuck me if I'm not lazy about it.
All these crazy good books and lectures and here I am, doing jackshit to improve. Can't even finish my own personal projects. Bah.
I know how I'm supposed to go about it, how to keep engaged in a cycle of personal betterment. I lack self-discipline to do it though... Tried meditation for a time, but haven't really stuck to it. Currently trying to follow stoics (Seneca, Marcus Aurelius and some others), but the mindset is not so easy to adopt, and the practical philosophies even harder.
Oh well. Life is hard. Blah-blah-blah. Thanks for reading. Just wanted to vent, really.8 -

[this post is not a joke, it's about health, ladies might want to avoid reading it as it about defecating]
i did mindfulness during shitting and i think more people shud try this.
instead of just pooping without giving any attention to it or using phone while pooping, you can use your phone for guided meditation with apps like Trip, Calm, ...
While shitting I noticed small things like the water tap, I slowly rotated it; first the water came in drops(listen to it), then in a small stream, then a turbulent flow.
If your attention drifts away, gently observe that its a thought and let it pass.
focus on what is happening right now. Feel how your anus vibrates to fart, giving a tingling sensation.
focus on how the turd comes out of the anus, the way it expands your sphincter muscles and finally drops in the crapper.
Practice gratitude. I realised how lucky I'm to shit comfortably in solidarity, many people in the world don't even have such privilege.
I feel good that I've flush mechanism in my toilet and 24x7 water supply. The shitting time can be utilised in a very positive way like this.
Look at your shit and wonder this used to be food, and be grateful to your digestive system.18 -

So I've been using Linux as my desktop and server environment for a solid month now, and I think the biggest benefit it's been for me is the digitial detoxification. I no longer worry about having the biggest/most high spec computer anymore and instead my OS is built around getting as much clutter and distractions out of the way so I can focus on programming as much as possible. It's very much akin to my mediatation sessions where you cut out everything around you to regain your focus.
It's the same feeling I got when I lost interest in video games. it was a huge time sink that was entertaining yes, but it no longer gives me the same feeling of accomplishment as getting over the mountain of a project goal and reaching the summit. Linux is a more challenging environment but with that challeng comes the excitement of learning something new, and your environment is in your own hands.
It's been a while but I should go back to my buddist meditation group again. I've been a workaholic for the past couple months and I need to afford myself time again to decompress. -
headphones are one of the most important pieces of our environment, more depends on good headphones than you realize. they change the way how we perceive music, they make way to true meditation, they turn music into inspirarion in a second.
can we have a pair of grados as a desk item please?3 -
Endel, the freemium garbage app for meditation sounds that sells its subscription by telling you to “invest in your happy brain” (despite being FDA approved) and has an unskippable onboarding question on whether you was professionally diagnosed with ADHD, made a collab with Grimes.
Grimes and Elon Musk are X Æ A-Xii Musk’s parents.
So, Grimes recorded an “AI lullaby” supposedly “for her son”, that was really just a paid collab with Endel to sell their garbage app better.
Poor kid wasn’t even born yet, and everything about his life was already commercialised.
Imagine having Elon Musk as your dad. Grimes reported Elon abused her. Among other things, he made her dye her hair white, because Elon prefers blondes. How creepy is that? Now the poor kid with a stupid name made up to keep Elon’s stock bubble afloat will live with divorced parents.
This is capitalism for ya.

I've come to notice that mindful meditation does some good things to me.
And by "mindful meditation" I mean my subjective experience based on the shitty articles and videos I saw online, aka, I close my eyes and focus on how my breathing feels...
spoiler: it doesn't fix my depression and anxiety. The good thing that it does to me is that I seem to be more focused and to bump into simple solutions to problems I have everyday instead of freaking out about them.
So while it doesn't fix it, it does help a bit with anxiety.
The problem is that it's very, very, very goddamn hard to meditate to me.
I try to focus on my breath and not think for like 10 minutes. Even for 10 minutes, the experience is jarring.
I have this insane urge to just do something immediately. It's not a painful experience or anything or bad for my mental health so far, I just get massive urges to start doing something else, like, for example, I can't wait to start working.
So it's as if it decreased anxiety, but increases adrenaline or whatever? I dunno.
Disclaimer: I don't care much about the religious aspect at all, which is kind of problematic because 95% of what you find online is just biased religious marketing, and I avoid that like the plague.8 -
So I get a message from my ex-colleague today, and it’s déjà vu all over again.
Apparently, the CTO at my old company went full Hulk in the office this morning, demanding to know who used the ops@ email to subscribe to something called "custom purring ASMR." If that sounds familiar, buckle up - this one’s even better.
For context, this is the same company where I once had to explain to the CFO why our tech@ email got invoiced for "panties juice, extra virgin." If you don’t remember… Yeah, I left, but the shenanigans clearly stayed. Here’s a spot-the-difference picture: https://devrant.com/rants/6213132/...
Turns out, one of the devs was testing an API integration for some niche subscription platform. Nothing new there — sandbox environments, dummy accounts, €5 test payments. Except genius over here decides to jazz it up and names the testing account: "Cat Daddy Deluxe, meow to pay." Obviously not meant for production, right?
Fast forward to yesterday (yes, Friday): the platform goes live without clearing the sandbox database. Dev’s test account? Now the default subscription for every new creator. Not only that, but every 1k subscribers it "wins" a discount for the next most popular account. What are the top 5 other popular accounts?
5. "Leather Daddy Lullabies" – soothing bedtime stories narrated by a guy in full BDSM gear.
4. "ASMR For Adult Toys" – exactly what it sounds like, but HR will still ask.
3. "Moaning Meditation Mondays" – very NSFW guided mindfulness exercises... weekly!
2. "Kinksploration 101" – a podcast exploring bizarre fetishes you wish you didn’t know about.
1. And last but not least, "Spicy Grandma Diaries" – erotic stories written and narrated by a sweet old lady from the local senior centre, apparently depicting real-life escapades from her 70s. In great detail.
Here’s the kicker. Friday, ops@ gets two discount emails. The same guy who roasted the “panties” girl the hardest, the very one who caused this mess, is now sure they’ve finally sent him more accounts to test - because clearly, those can’t be meant for production. Right?
Long story short: he spent €118 of real-life company funds, and IT is now on the hook for lifetime memberships to “Purring Dominance 101” and “Whisker Tickler Masterclass.” How satisfying is it to see the universe balance all his not-so-funny comments?
Also, I’m definitely getting them to forward me those whisker-tickler classes. No matter how good you think you are, some areas of life always have room for improvement.4 -
if (rant !== story)
System.out.println("Dev rant story time")
A coworker mentioned to me that I might have depression as part of my personality. They think this because I always feel at my best when I'm being active/productive (programming) or doing meditation practice. I thought that was strange.
Bit of a brief background, I've had depression since I was about 12 and I still get small bouts of it into my late 20's. I've been on antidepressiants for a very short time and I've been through talk therapy multiple times. It was a lot worse then it is now and I believed I have it under control.
My coworker thinks that I ended up dealing with it for so long that it has become a part of my personality so I don't notice it actively. The whole thing has left me sort of, I don't know, jaded. Or maybe just afraid that it could be true?
I thought about how I have a very all or nothing attitude in life. I don't think about getting a house because I don't put too much faith in myself towards having a family. Or how I have to make very radical changes to my life immediately if something starts triggering the new depressive episode. If I can't code or read at night I'll hope in the car and drive with no destination in mind for several hours just to keep my mind at ease.
I don't know. It sorta upsets me because I always thought of depression as something you need to "get out of", but now I wonder if my case was severe enough that I've adapted my life around it.9 -
Best way to get in the zone: a meditation smoke, mountain dew, a lack of humans to distract me, loud music and most importantly a problem.
You put a decent enough problem in front of me and I'm in front of the screen for days before I realize I need to eat.1 -

Ah I love that movie.. Hero, from 2002. I've seen it in the cinema three times. It's a real marvel, especially the scene where the forest turns red right after Snow killed Moon.
I also like how the quotes are adaptable:
Martial arts and programming are quite different, but they are based on the same principle: striving for highest perfection.
The essence of programming reveals itself through study and meditation.
(The latter one is also one of my favourite lines at work when being asked how come I know some esoteric stuff: it revealed itself through study and meditation.)5 -
Anyone here doing meditation regularly. Do you feel that it enhances your programming skills? Not to mention it help s to find inner peace.10
-
Programmer seems like an insufficient job title: translator for high-level languages with focus on user meditation seems more like it.
-
How to meditate, Kiki way:
1. Lay completely motionless
2. For every thought your brain generates, ask “Where did it come from?”
It’s difficult first time, but then you get used to it.
For me, anxiety manifests as itchiness and pressure in the heart area. But when I think in this specific way, anxiety shuts up, and my heart feels… actively good? Not a heart orgasm or something, just the feeling you get when you take off your bra after a long day, but condensed in one area.
Thinking this way is like reading a history book. History doesn’t tolerate what-ifs, and thus, the opinion of your anxious part — a so-called internal critic — becomes irrelevant. At least, I think it’s how it works, I’m not a therapist or something.
Everything I analyze traces back to my mother. I mean EVERYTHING. What a manipulative bitch indeed. You probably missed that, here it is: https://devrant.com/rants/9940652/...
Meditation became a bad word recently. It’s something you hear from self-help gurus and other scum alike. Despite that, here is the simple way to meditate that works. Use it!67 -
Cannabis, meditation and the knowledge that my skills are valuable enough that I can leave whenever I feel so inclined.
In that order too -
I have healthy anxiety, it started around 15.
I have melanonychia right now, which is a change in a nail pigmentation. I have a grey vertical line running from the the start of the nail to the end.
I had it checked out 6 months ago with a dermatologist and he said it was fine, to do a checkup later.
I took a picture now and it's a bit wider than 6 months ago but it still seems pretty regular and doesn't seem to have signs of subungual melanoma (skin cancer beneath nail, which is the only danger).
Because of getting wider, I'm doing another checkup this week. I wished I had more money.
Meditation is helping me a lot, like big time, but I feel that it's just a distraction for a potentially early demise.
I fucking hate this part of my life. It's too painful.
I'm not depressed enough to not want to be alive, but sometimes I wished I wasn't.4 -

What do you think about autogenic training by Johannes Heinrich Schultz or meditation in general ?
Do you use it ?
I got back to meditation, autogenic training and walking and I feel better, it helps me fight with my anxiety.1 -
Oi, good lads! Here's a question
Do you meditate at work? If you do, would you mind sharing:
- what does it look like? i.e. half an hour of your lunchtime or a task in Jira for that or smth..? are you doing it individually or in groups?
- is it a part of your company culture or just smth you do on your own?
- how often? How long?
- which technique?
- would you recommend?
- which country is this in?
I'm thinking to suggest mindful meditation in my company as I've noticed it's significantly improved my critical thinking and judgement - something others could benefit from as well. And I need some examples, pros/cons, possible ways of implementation, etc.4 -
Meditation. Or Awareness Meditation to be precise. It enables me to regain control over my mind, because I get distracted really fast. It really helps sorting things out, taking a step back and getting an overview where I actually am and if what I'm doing right now is actually relevant/has priority. I mostly find that it's not, so I have to return to the important stuff.
For those interested: meditation sounds weird, even obvious at first or you just don't get what's it all about. You actually have to practice meditation for a long time and study the concepts until you start to understand what all these phrases and talking means. Behind them lies great wisdom/huge amount of concepts which is easily underestimated. So don't be frustrated too much if you don't feel it working right away. Be assured I've been there too. Also don't start with meditations like 'just stop thinking or think nothing' because in my opinion this is highly complex shit and frustrating at first. Start with awareness or breathing meditations or even get an app to support your daily habit.1 -
So, I’m working with Angular now since December. A bit off and on. And there is this app on my plate. And I’m f’n stressed since I don’t know Angular all that well and, things need to get done.
So I try often things by myself and often find myself staring at my screen feeling like I’m to understand Chinese.
Today and yesterday I got loads and loads of feedback and I’m trying to implement this all, and doing the best I can.
Although I’m stressed and a month ago I actually took a week off because of a burnout/Boreout.
So meanwhile, I’m doing some therapy and try and stop the negative thoughtflow. But I’m also feeling very lost and alone in this project. Because my questions don’t get answered.
We have to work from home and also we have to work less since the company is not doing very well in this crisis.
Also before the whole shithole began I was looking for another job because I lack the confidence that I will keep this current one. Still looking and two rejections further.
I’m trying meditation to cope with all this.1 -
I tried GTD, Bulletjournal, Strikethrough, regular to do lists, yoga, meditation... I still procrastinate2

random thought:
Life= tension. But you are only winning it if you don't let these tensions divert you from "what you gotta do"
Life will always find a way to give you some kind of problem. if you are not tensed about something, you ain't living a life.
But we often start ignoring our favourite habits/ aspirations/ goals in order to tackle these problems .
For eg I had made a habit of meditating for 15 mins followed by 45 mins of workout b/w 7-8pm last year. but since January 12th there hasn't been a day when i could achieve this habit simply because life kept throwing random tensions at me.
1. first my hand got fractured and i had to leave gym for a month. "no worries", i thought. "meditation doesn't require a working hand and i could do start walking as an excercise from next month"
2. then my office got wfo 3/5 days. i will get back to home after 7.30 and on wfh days my work won't finish till 8 on home days. "no worries" , i thought
"i will shift it to 9-10 every night next month"
3. then next month office got wfo 4/5 days annd family started steps for buying a new home. all time affter pfffice went into those steps/discussions "no worries ", i thought. "it wiill be over by the next month and i will be free"
this next month hasn't fome yet :/3 -

Fuck, I hate moving. All the tearing down and subsequent assembly takes sooo bloody long. And you have to be extra careful not to destroy all your (no so) cheap IKEA furniture when taking off the screws and nails. ~Lê stupid me didn't think he'd have to disassemble this stuff, so I actually used nails. D'oh. So now I have some splintered wood. Congrats, you cockwomble. Good luck repairing that.
I'll use screws (torx head, of course) when reassembling though, not making the same mistake again.
Oh, and then there's all the dust and cobwebs and fucking spiders living under the furniture, because I can't tilt my wardrobe to vacuum underneath it. Just. Fucking. Lovely.
On the upside, I get to do an early spring cleaning on all my accumulated trash. New apartment is gonna be so clean and minimal, you'd mistake it for a monastic meditation room. With a pair of monitors and my beautiful desktop to the side. Meditation is lovely, but I also pray to the silicon and transistor gods. Need mah tech shrine.2 -
**From Silent Meditation to Crypto Salvation: How I Lost—and Recovered—$95,000 in Bitcoin During a Wellness Retreat**
When I imagined building my dream wellness retreat—a serene sanctuary of sunrise yoga, plant-based meals, and hammocks swaying above sun-drenched hills—I didn’t expect losing $95,000 in Bitcoin to become part of the journey. Yet, that’s exactly what happened. After years of mindful saving and investing in crypto, I was finally ready to bring my vision to life. To celebrate this new chapter, I checked into a weeklong silent meditation retreat. No phones. No screens. Just nature, breathwork, and the sweet stillness I had craved for years.
But by day four, my inner peace came to a crashing halt. I had misplaced the only copy of my recovery phrase—my sacred seed phrase journal, the key to my entire digital fortune. Gone. Vanished. Possibly burned in the ceremonial bonfire or folded into my gratitude mandala. I searched every inch of the cabin, from under the bunk beds to inside the compost toilet. Still nothing.
The realization hit like thunder in my chest. In a moment of desperation, I broke my vow of silence and whispered to a fellow attendee. Turns out, I wasn’t the only wisdom-seeker who had ever lost their keys. They quietly scribbled a name onto the back of a biodegradable napkin—like a modern-day mantra: **Mighty Hacker Recovery**. Digital Zen Masters to the Rescue, Once the retreat ended and I re-entered the noisy outside world, I contacted their team. From the very first message, they were like tech shamans—calm, focused, and reassuring. They didn’t shame me for losing the passphrase. Instead, they listened deeply and crafted a recovery plan using geo-tagged transaction data and behavior patterns. It felt oddly familiar—like the way I guide clients through the knots of their own stress. Seven breathless days later, I got the email I’ll never forget:
**“Your Wallet Has Been Recovered.”**
I wept. I laughed. I floated in pure euphoria. Not only had they recovered my Bitcoin—they restored my dream. And more than that, they reaffirmed my faith in the good that both humans and technology can do when wielded with wisdom.
**A New Chapter: Crypto Meets Consciousness**
Construction on my retreat is now underway. And in honor of my journey, I’ve added a special workshop for all my guests:
“Crypto Serenity: How to Maintain Inner Peace While Protecting Your Digital Assets.” I share my story openly, because this experience taught me something vital: True mindfulness also includes safeguarding your future.
So please—back up your passphrases. And if disaster strikes, don’t panic. Just reach out to the people who know how to bring digital peace back to your life.
I recommend Mighty Hacker Recovery with my full heart. WhatsApp: + 1 ( 4 0 4 ) 2 4 5 - 6 4 1 5 Find them on Facebook or search “Mighty Hacker Recovery” on Google.
Namaste—and stay backed up.2 -
BEST RECOVERY EXPERT FOR CRYPTOCURRENCY VISIT CRANIX ETHICAL SOLUTIONS HAVEN
I've always been a coffee-is-the-answer-to-everything kind of a person. It turns out, sometimes it’s actually the barista who comes to save the day.
I remember one morning, idly listening to my go-to barista Emily casually recount how her uncle’s access to his crypto wallet was taken away. She continued about CRANIX ETHICAL SOLUTIONS HAVEN descending onto him like a crew of virtual private eyes and freeing him from his six-figure stash. I nodded idly, moderately amused but for the most part concerned about getting my caffeine boost. Skip two months, and I'm in full-blown freak-out mode. My $200,000 Bitcoin wallet was locked, and my password? Absolutely gone from my head. I tried everything: my older passwords, my birthday in reverse, my childhood street, even my first pet’s name (RIP, Buddy). Nothing, zilch, zero. To start, I refused to admit I'd actually lost it. I sat in front of my computer for a whole eight hours, convinced that I could turn my password into returning simply through concentrated staring. Spoiler: it didn't. Next, I entered the period of frenzied jotting down potential passwords in post-it notes. Next, I attempted to hack my brain via meditation (no go, dude). Next, I entered the full-blown life-is-a-farce, I-made-a-mistake, I'm-too-old-to-be-playing-every-game stage and questioned all life choices that'd landed me in this position.
Following two sleepless nights, I chanced upon a recall of Emily’s anecdote. I shot over to the coffee shop, not even thinking twice about it, my financial life in my hands (because, well, it kind of was). Emily took one glance at my frizzed face and smug-smiled. "Forgot your password, then?" I nodded, fighting off an urge to cry into my coffee. She snatched a napkin, jotted down CRANIX ETHICAL SOLUTIONS HAVEN, and slapped it onto my counter with a flourish, handing me a lifeline in its most extreme form. II reached out in hope that they'd be all that she'd hyped them to be. As soon as I'd reached out, I could see I'd placed my issue in expert hands. Their crew was courteous, reassuring, and unsettlingly brilliant at unscrambling an intractable issue. They'd cracked my wallet in days (lawfully, of course), and my cash was restored in a nanosecond. I couldn't believe my eyes. The morning after, I entered my coffee shop and saw a man who'd been beaten to death. Emily saw me, arched an eyebrow, and asked, "So, did they sort you out?" I laughed. "Let's say I owe you a free coffee for life."
Moral of the story: Tip your coffee shop attendants, and for crying' out loud, jot down your passwords

Harness the Power of Healing Frequencies with Roxanne Hotchkiss, Healer & Intuitive Coach
At Roxanne Hotchkiss Healer - Intuitive Coach, we understand the profound impact that energy has on our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. One powerful tool that can help facilitate healing is healing frequencies—vibrational energy that resonates at specific rates to restore balance, promote wellness, and activate the body's natural healing processes.
Located at Ebury Street, London SW1W, Roxanne uses the transformative power of healing frequencies to help you restore harmony within your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you are looking to heal from trauma, release emotional blockages, or elevate your overall well-being, healing frequencies can offer a profound and effective solution.
What Are Healing Frequencies?
Healing frequencies refer to specific vibrations or sound frequencies that are known to have a positive effect on the body, mind, and spirit. These frequencies work by resonating with your own energy fields, helping to restore balance, clear blockages, and promote healing on a cellular level.
Every living being is made up of energy, and each part of the body vibrates at its own unique frequency. When we are in balance, our energy vibrates harmoniously, but when there are blockages or imbalances, our frequencies can become distorted, leading to physical or emotional dis-ease. Healing frequencies help to realign the energy field, clear blockages, and restore harmony to the body and mind.
Some of the most common types of healing frequencies include:
Solfeggio Frequencies: These ancient frequencies are believed to have healing properties that resonate with the body’s natural vibrations. They include specific tones like 396 Hz (Liberation from Fear), 417 Hz (Undoing the Negative), and 528 Hz (Transformation and Miracles).
Binaural Beats: This technique involves playing two slightly different frequencies in each ear, creating a perceived third frequency that can help with relaxation, focus, or deep meditation.
528 Hz (Love Frequency): This frequency is known as the “miracle” tone and is associated with DNA repair, healing, and emotional balance.
Theta Waves (4-8 Hz): These frequencies are associated with deep meditation, relaxation, and the subconscious mind, often used for deep healing and spiritual growth.
The Science Behind Healing Frequencies
The idea behind healing frequencies is rooted in the concept that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is made up of energy that vibrates at specific frequencies. When our vibrations are in harmony, we experience well-being and vitality, but when our energy becomes stagnant or misaligned, we may experience physical pain, emotional distress, or spiritual disconnection.
Studies have shown that sound waves, particularly those at specific frequencies, can have a profound impact on the human body. For example, research suggests that exposure to healing frequencies can promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and even stimulate healing at the cellular level.
Healing frequencies also activate the body's natural healing response, supporting the release of trapped emotions, trauma, and stress. As a result, they can promote deep emotional healing, spiritual growth, and physical well-being.
How Roxanne Hotchkiss Uses Healing Frequencies in Her Practice
At Roxanne Hotchkiss Healer - Intuitive Coach, Roxanne integrates healing frequencies into her healing sessions to support clients in their personal transformation. Through the use of sound therapy, guided meditation, and energy healing, Roxanne helps clients experience the power of healing frequencies to release blockages, activate their body’s healing potential, and restore balance to their lives.
Here’s how Roxanne uses healing frequencies to support your journey:
1. Sound Healing Sessions
Roxanne uses sound therapy in her practice, incorporating instruments like tuning forks, singing bowls, and chimes that resonate at specific healing frequencies. These sound vibrations are carefully selected to align with the chakras, clear blockages, and promote a deep sense of relaxation and healing.
During sound healing sessions, you will:
Experience the soothing vibrations of sound waves that penetrate deep into your energy field.
Clear emotional and physical blockages that may be preventing you from achieving balance and wellness.
Enter a deeply relaxed state, which allows for deeper healing and self-awareness.

FINDING A RELIABLE CRYPTOCURRENCY RECOVERY SERVICE HIRE ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST
I had invested $1.15 million in Bitcoin to launch a green energy co-op—a venture fueled by optimism and innovation. But fate, in the ever-cycling dance of creation and destruction, had other plans. A bolt of lightning struck with divine precision, reducing my PC, hardware wallet, and backup drive to smoldering ruins. My entire fortune, my mining spoils, had seemingly been sacrificed to the cosmic order. WhatsApp info:+12 (72332)—8343
As I stared at the charred remains, half-expecting a sage to emerge from the smoke and remind me that “attachment is the root of suffering,” my next-door neighbor instead shouted through the window about ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST. Desperate, and willing to trade my next life’s karma for my lost cryptocurrency, I called them. Telegram info: h t t p s:// t. me/adware recovery specialist1
Their team, as composed as monks in deep meditation, listened without judgment. They spoke of electromagnetic pulse restoration—a technology so cutting-edge that I imagined it required a temple blessing or, at the very least, a priest chanting Om Namah Shivaya. Email info: Adware recovery specialist @ auctioneer. net
Days passed. I waited, like Arjuna seeking Krishna’s counsel, as their experts worked their digital alchemy. Then, the call came. They had recovered my Bitcoin—along with files I had already surrendered to the fire god, Agni. The relief was so overwhelming that I dropped to my knees… right into a rain puddle. The universe, as always, has a wicked sense of humor.
Today, my green energy co-op thrives, harnessing the sun’s power like Surya himself. My new hardware wallet is grounded more securely than my spiritual practice, and a small Ganesha statue now sits beside it—for luck, and as a reminder that obstacles, even fiery ones, can be overcome. Website info: h t t p s:// adware recovery specialist. com
Wise words echo in my mind: “Perform your duty without attachment to results,” Krishna once advised. “Back up your wallet—twice, on cloud storage,” ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST quipped. Both, I’ve learned, are equally true.
So, to my fellow seekers—whether of enlightenment or financial freedom—if disaster strikes and your fortune turns to ash, know this: ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST is your new Vishnu, preserving what you thought was lost. And one day, perhaps, you too will laugh about it.

How to Manage Bipolar Disorder Naturally Alongside Medication
Bipolar disorder is a complex condition characterized by extreme mood swings, ranging from episodes of intense mania to debilitating depression. While medication forms the backbone of treatment, many patients seek natural methods to complement their prescribed regimen.
Managing this disorder holistically can improve overall well-being and reduce the severity of symptoms.
Understanding Bipolar Disorder and Its Types
Bipolar disorder is categorized into different types, each with varying symptoms and intensities:
• Bipolar I Disorder: Characterized by at least one full-blown manic episode that may or may not be followed by a depressive episode.
• Bipolar II Disorder: Involves recurring episodes of hypomania and major depression, but not full-blown mania.
• Cyclothymic Disorder: Features chronic mood fluctuations that are less severe than those seen in Bipolar I or II.

Bipolar Disorder Symptoms in Females
• Longer depressive episodes compared to manic episodes
• Rapid cycling between moods
• Increased anxiety during mood episodes
• Heightened emotional sensitivity

Natural Ways to Manage Bipolar Disorder
Incorporating natural strategies into your treatment plan can help stabilize mood and improve quality of life.
Here are some of the most effective methods:
1. Nutrition and Balanced Diet
Eating a well-balanced diet is essential for managing mood and energy levels. Focus on foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish, chia seeds, and walnuts, as they are known to support brain health. Avoid excessive sugar, caffeine, and processed foods.
• Tip: Include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables to maintain steady energy levels.
2. Regular Exercise
Physical activity triggers the release of endorphins, which act as natural mood elevators. Exercise also reduces stress and promotes better sleep, both of which are critical in managing bipolar symptoms.
• Recommendation: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise, such as walking, jogging, or yoga, five times a week.
3. Sleep Hygiene
Maintaining a consistent sleep schedule is crucial, as disruptions can trigger manic or depressive episodes. Develop bedtime routines and avoid stimulating activities like screen time before bed.
• Practice: Meditation or deep-breathing exercises before sleep can calm the mind and help maintain restful nights.
4. Mindfulness and Meditation
Mindfulness practices, including meditation and breathing exercises, can reduce stress and help patients better regulate their emotional responses. These practices increase awareness of mood changes, allowing individuals to act before a full episode occurs.
• Simple Practice: Set aside 10-15 minutes daily for mindfulness meditation.
5. Herbal Supplements
Some natural supplements, such as St. John’s Wort and Omega-3s, have been shown to benefit mood regulation. However, always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any supplements, as they may interact with prescribed medications.
How Psychological Therapies Complement Natural Methods
Natural strategies alone may not be enough to manage bipolar disorder fully, but combining them with psychological therapies enhances the benefits. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy, and family-focused therapy help address thought patterns, coping strategies, and relationship issues. Several experienced mental health professionals, including bipolar disorder psychologist doctors in Gurgaon, can guide patients through personalized therapy sessions for better outcomes.
When to Seek Professional Help from best Psychologists and Psychiatrists
While natural approaches can complement treatment, they are not substitutes for medical care. Patients experiencing severe mood changes should consider consulting one of the best doctors for bipolar treatment in Gurugram or bipolar disorder specialists in NCR. These professionals provide comprehensive care by combining medication, therapy, and lifestyle recommendations.
________________________________________
Conclusion
Managing bipolar disorder naturally alongside medication requires dedication and a combination of methods tailored to the individual’s needs. Balanced nutrition, regular exercise, good sleep hygiene. However, professional guidance is essential to ensure these strategies are effective and safe.
If you or someone you know is facing symptoms, reaching out to experienced psychologists and specialists in Gurugram can make a world of difference. By blending natural methods with expert care, individuals can take significant steps toward achieving long-term stability and improved well-being.

At Well Taken Care Of™, we understand that navigating the journey of perimenopause and menopause can be challenging. These natural life stages can bring about significant physical and emotional changes, and it’s crucial to have the right support system in place. Our team is committed to helping women in Needham, MA, and beyond manage and thrive during this transition with personalized care, expert guidance, and a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Located at 140 Gould St, Needham, MA 02494, Well Taken Care Of™ offers comprehensive services to support women through perimenopause and menopause. Whether you are just beginning to experience symptoms or have already entered menopause, we are here to provide the tools and resources you need to navigate this phase of life with confidence and ease.
Understanding Perimenopause and Menopause
Perimenopause and menopause are natural biological phases in every woman’s life, but they can bring about a range of physical, emotional, and mental changes. Here’s a closer look at each stage:
Perimenopause: This is the transitional phase leading up to menopause, typically beginning in a woman’s 40s, although it can start earlier. During perimenopause, the ovaries gradually produce less estrogen, leading to fluctuations in hormone levels. This phase can last anywhere from 4 to 10 years, and women may experience symptoms such as irregular periods, hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and changes in skin or hair.
Menopause: Menopause is officially diagnosed when a woman has gone 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period. This phase marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years and is associated with a significant decrease in estrogen production. Symptoms can include hot flashes, weight gain, vaginal dryness, low libido, fatigue, and changes in mood.
While these changes are natural, they can affect a woman’s quality of life. Fortunately, at Well Taken Care Of™, we are dedicated to helping women manage these transitions and improve their overall well-being.
How Well Taken Care Of™ Can Support You Through Perimenopause and Menopause
At Well Taken Care Of™, we take a holistic approach to women’s health, providing support through nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and functional medicine. Our goal is to help you find balance during perimenopause and menopause and empower you to live a vibrant, healthy life.
1. Personalized Nutrition Plans
Hormonal fluctuations during perimenopause and menopause can lead to weight gain, fatigue, and other physical changes. Our nutritionists can help you create a balanced, sustainable diet that supports your body’s needs during this time. This may include:
Hormone-balancing foods: Certain foods can support hormonal balance and reduce symptoms like hot flashes. We’ll guide you on including nutrient-dense foods that promote estrogen production, such as flaxseeds, tofu, and leafy greens.
Anti-inflammatory diet: Inflammation can worsen symptoms of menopause, such as joint pain and mood swings. We’ll help you incorporate anti-inflammatory foods like berries, nuts, and fatty fish to reduce discomfort.
Blood sugar regulation: Many women experience blood sugar imbalances during menopause, leading to weight gain and fatigue. Our nutritionists will provide meal plans that keep your blood sugar levels stable throughout the day.
2. Functional Medicine Approach
Functional medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health issues. At Well Taken Care Of™, we use functional medicine to assess and address hormonal imbalances, digestive health, and inflammation—all of which can be exacerbated during perimenopause and menopause.
We offer personalized treatment plans that may include:
Hormone testing: We can test your hormone levels to understand your unique needs and help identify any imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms.
Herbal and supplement support: Based on your individual needs, we may recommend supplements such as magnesium, vitamin D, and phytoestrogens to help support hormone balance and reduce symptoms like hot flashes and mood swings.
Gut health support: Hormonal changes can impact gut health, leading to bloating and digestive discomfort. We provide dietary and supplement recommendations to improve digestion and support a healthy gut microbiome.
3. Lifestyle Coaching and Stress Management
Stress can exacerbate many symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, including anxiety, sleep disturbances, and hot flashes. Our health coaches can help you incorporate relaxation techniques, such as:
Mindfulness and meditation: These practices can reduce stress, improve sleep, and support emotional well-being during this transition.
Breathing exercises: Deep breathing exercises can help alleviate symptoms like hot flashes and anxiety.
