Its Friday, you all know what that means! ... Its results day for practiseSafeHex's most incompetent co-worker!!!
*audience: wwwwwwooooooooo!!!!*
We've had a bewildering array of candidates, lets remind ourselves:
- a psychopath that genuinely scared me a little
- a CEO I would take pleasure seeing in pain
- a pothead who mistook me for his drug dealer
- an unbelievable idiot
- an arrogant idiot obsessed with strings
Tough competition, but there can be only one ... *drum roll* ... the winner is ... none of them!
*audience: GASP!*
*audience member: what?*
*audience member: no way!*
*audience member: your fucking kidding me!*
Sir calm down! this is a day time show, no need for that ... let me explain, there is a winner ... but we've kept him till last and for a good reason
*audience: ooooohhhhh*
You see our final contestant and ultimate winner of this series is our good old friend "C", taking the letters of each of our previous contestants, that spells TRAGIC which is the only word to explain C.
*audience: laughs*
Oh I assure you its no laughing matter. C was with us for 6 whole months ... 6 excruciatingly painful months.
Backstory:
We needed someone with frontend, backend and experience with IoT devices, or raspberry PI's. We didn't think we'd get it all, but in walked an interviewee with web development experience, a tiny bit of Angular and his masters project was building a robot device that would change LED's depending on your facial expressions. PERFECT!!!
... oh to have a time machine
Working with C:
- He never actually did the tutorials I first set him on for Node.js and Angular 2+ because they were "too boring". I didn't find this out until some time later.
- The first project I had him work on was a small dashboard and backend, but he decided to use Angular 1 and a different database than what we were using because "for me, these are easier".
- He called that project done without testing / deploying it in the cloud, despite that being part of the ticket, because he didn't know how. Rather than tell or ask anyone ... he just didn't do it and moved on.
- As part of his first tech review I had to explain to him why he should be using if / else, rather than just if's.
- Despite his past experience building server applications and dashboards (4 years!), he never heard of a websocket, and it took a considerable amount of time to explain.
- When he used a node module to open a server socket, he sat staring at me like a deer caught in headlights completely unaware of how to use / test it was working. I again had to explain it and ultimately test it for him with a command line client.
- He didn't understand the need to leave logging inside an application to report errors. Because he used to ... I shit you not ... drive to his customers, plug into their server and debug their application using a debugger.
... props for using a debugger, but fuck me.
- Once, after an entire 2 days of tapping me on the shoulder every 15 mins for questions / issues, I had to stop and ask:
Me: "Have you googled it?"
C: "... eh, no"
Me: "can I ask why?"
C: "well, for me, I only google for something I don't know"
Me: "... well do you know what this error message means?"
C: "ah good point, i'll try this time"
... maybe he was A's stoner buddy?
- He burned through our free cloud usage allowance for a month, after 1 day, meaning he couldn't test anything else under his account. He left an application running, broadcasting a lot of data. Turns out the on / off button on the dashboard only worked for "on". He had been killing his terminal locally and didn't know how to "ctrl + c a cloud app" ... so left it running. His intention was to restart the app every time you are done using it ... but forgot.
- His issue with the previous one ... not any of his countless mistakes, not the lack of even trying to make the button work, no, no, not for C. C's issue is the cloud is "shit" for giving us such little allowances. (for the record in a month I had never used more than 5%).
- I had to explain environment variables and why they are necessary for passwords and tokens etc. He didn't know it wasn't ok to commit these into GitHub.
- At his project meetups with partners I had to repeatedly ask him to stop googling gifs and pay attention to the talks.
- He complained that we don't have 3 hour lunch breaks like his last place.
- He once copied and pasted the same function 450 times into a file as a load test ... are loops too mainstream nowadays?
You see C is our winner, because after 6 painful months (companies internal process / requirements) he actually achieved nothing. I really mean that, nothing. Every thing was so broken, so insecure / wide open, built without any kind of common sense or standards I had to delete it all and start again ... it took me 2 weeks.
I hope you've all enjoyed this series and will join me in praying for the return of my sanity ... I do miss it a lot.
Yours truly,
practiseSafeHex20 -

Suddenly my KDE neon installation didn't want to start anymore. (emergency recovery shell)
Immediately searching for solutions, praying for the best...
Saw a suggestion about removing any custom /etc/fstab entries. Removed an entry i added earlier today.

Dells XPS are made of magic. [long story, major fuckup, 10k+ damages]
It all started in December. One morning I was late to work, drove there as fast as possible. (I live like 3 minutes away so me being late really meant *late*) Parked my car in a secluded car park, grabbed my backpack and ran to work. The car park is like 100 meters away from work so I took my feet into my hands and ran. Next thing I know my heels loose all grip while I go down a small slope and I drop on my back full force. On a sharp edged stone. With only my 1700$ XPS in it. Fuck.
I paniced, but got up and ran to work. I checked on the notebook, praying it would boot. It booted! Holy shit. I flipped the notebook and saw two small dents in the aluminum shell. I was thorougly impressed. I later discovered that it left a small shadow on the display, but given what a hit that was (I am not exactly a lightweight), impressive would be a massive understatement.
Fast forward to February, I am weighing my options to get the screen replaced maybe, as damage on my hardware (even if neglectable) triggers some sort of OCD and makes me feel bad 24/7. Also my laptop tends to shut off from time to time, looked into the Event Viewer and saw kernel panic. I figured that the battery probably still took a hit and that it drops voltage from time to time and the kernel assumes a critical situation, thus shutting off.
It stayed quite snowy in Austria up until March, so occasional snowing wasn't rare. Got out of work one day, saw it snowed a bit. Whatever. I had my moms car at the time, so I tried if it would slide a bit if I donut on the now (5pm) empty parking space. Nothing. Drove done a small hill, ABS triangle lit up red (board computer can't outbalance the snow). I drove out to the main street where everything was salted and drove along towards my house. Took a turn into my street, accelerated for a bit and then went off the gas so the car would smoothly drive along with the speed slowly degrading. So I went off the gas and noticed I was a bit to the right, no wonder, centrifugal forces.
*steers left*
"Huh seems like I need a bit more"
*car still doesnt move much*
"What the- go to the left!"
*steers left hard*
"Fuck that wall is coming closer"
*Breaks*
*car doesnt break*
"FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK!!!"
Everything got quiet in seconds, me waking up to an open airbag, ripped pants, a hurting wrist, the radio somewhere on the ground and fumes that smellt like burning wires. I grabbed my backpack that was now somewhere on the floor instead of on the seat and ran outside, tears in my eyes and the phone on my ear calling my mom. I walked inside as she walked outside, hearing a weeping scream that I haven't heard from her since I am alive. While walking inside I noticed my backpack was wet on the bottom, my 2 litre water jug shattered when my backpack hit the dashboard. I tried to stay calm and act rational, knowing that every second counts when It comes to water damage. I hastely searched for some rice and a bag to put my laptop into, stuffed the bag with both and went outside. The car was totaled, my mom pissed and crying. And I was in shock, sad, angry and hurting.
I kept the laptop on my heater for a few days, bagged in rice. I dared to try a boot after a while and you wont believe me, it fucking booted. Even the keyboard backlight worked, just the screen was obviously broken in the back (no color distortion or bad pixel rows though!!) and the aluminum shell had a dent on the front. I talked with Dell Support a few days later, asking if it would be ok to open the XPS up so I could drain all of the water. She said yes thats fine, as long as I dont touch anything or screw around with it.
She said I can send it in and get it checked, but the pickup and analysis will cost 150$ and I can go from there.
I sent it in and estimated that, because battery, screen and other things probably needed changing, it will be around 900$.
Got a call a few weeks later:
"Hello beggarboy, the repair team reported back to us and said that they will have to replace everything, which will be 1700$."
"Fuck... Buying a new one is cheaper.."
"Yeah I know I am sorry about that, I can offer you a voucher so you can buy a new one for 250$ off if you would prefer that"
"Sorry but I will need some time to consider"
"I understand."
The agent clearly noticed I was bummed about it.
After going back and forth what to do I got another call a few days later.
"Hello beggarboy, we talked a few days ago. I have good news"
"Hello, yes, speak up?"
"I was able to get a special offer for you after putting in a few words..."
The next thing she said seemed unreal to me.
She was able to cut 600$ (!!!), making the new offer 1100$, instead of 1700$ or a new one for 1500$. I figured the reason she probably did that was because I am always very polite with support members. Always.
My XPS is back and healty again.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.

So before today, I'd never used GoDaddy before. Not even once. My supervisor walks in and happily informs me that I'm going to be adding photos to a website that she does editing for. Okay, fine, that's stupidly easy. What I did not realize, however, is that this entire website had been built using GoDaddy's site builder, and if you're not familiar with it, thank whatever gods you worship that you've dodged that bullet. I hardly want to go wandering around somebody else's web hosting, so I search about for a bit praying that there's SOME semblance of a normal text editor someplace, because text editors make me happy and all, and find very little on the regular site. Already not thrilled. So I figure, how bad is this site editor? Really, how bad can it possibly be?
Oh, you poor misguided son of a -
Anyway, I go in and look at the site. Slideshows everywhere, nothing is aligned correctly, it's a web designer's nightmare. Thankfully, I'm not a web designer, so I press on and reorganize a little bit. I try slapping a new slideshow on their, and discover that unlike the way it SHOULD work, elements do not move to allow for other elements, they just sit there and let you throw things on top of them. I stare at my neatly-stacked slideshows for a second in utter disbelief, knowing but not really accepting that I'm going to need to take every last one of those slideshow elements and slide those little so-and-so's down by hand. ....why? Who designed this? Who decided that was a good idea? I do some Googling to see if there's anything out there to make this less horrid, and lo and behold I find a GoDaddy page about their FTP file manager! It's under web/classic hosting, which apparently means it's deprecated because I spent the next ten minutes hunting around for the "web hosting" link those chicken-lickers were so proud of and it's nowhere to be found.
Alright, so they want to do this the hard way.
At this point I'm screaming internally and PRAYING that I'm just being stupid and not seeing anything to make it easi-
No, not even easier. Just less stupid. This website builder makes no sense. It's like hiring a contractor to build a bridge and handing him a box of Legos and a banana.
So I do more googling and find instructions on getting to the file manager. FINALLY. The first step is find "Hosting" under "My Products." I rush over to My Products joyfully, hoping I can get this stupid website up and running reasonably quickly, and...!
There's no hosting tab.
No button.
Not even a little hard-to-see link. At this point my brain is screaming. WHY would you give me a website builder but absolutely no way to actually write the website? Do people actually use this thing? I mean, I get it if they want to make it nice and accessible for people to make websites without overwhelming them with HTML but if they know how to edit the website and they don't want your help, why would you force me in to this? Why? Then it occurred to me that maybe the organization just hasn't ever had a web developer in it, ever, or at least not one who was willing to help out with the website, so they purposefully signed up for hosting that deprived them of any kind of HTML editor. Then on top of all of that, I noticed that on the home page, which had been edited by someone else long before I ever looked at it, ALSO had one of these stupid slideshows that I had to reorganize by hand, and some sad, angry little man had put in one of the photos sideways. It was SIDEWAYS. Just sitting there on its side, the photo's occupants staring at me with sad eyes begging me to turn them facing up again. I sat there and stared at a badly-designed website in a questionably-designed editor. And I wondered. I wondered who put this all together, and I wondered why *I* was the one doing it, when I work for a university and the website was for some beach homeowner's association. And I wondered if this job was a task that my supervisor had agreed to do and just passed off onto an office monkey. And I wept bitter tears at the realization that I am that office monkey.6 -
No boss... For the fucking millionth time: unit tests are not a waste of time.
You keep testing everything manually and hoping that you tested everything every time and praying that there are no bugs IS THE FUCKING TIME WASTE
My boss just can't fucking wrap his head around automated tests... I'm trying hard... Gonna try harder...6 -
I've a recently joined developer hired from campus sitting next to me.
She: I'm printing an array in Java but it's not working. Could you please check what's wrong?
I see this piece of code:
printArray(arr);
Me: Where is the printArray method?
She: (With a puzzled look) Oh, do I have to declare that?
Me: 😶😶😶 (lowered my head, walked away slowly praying for the company)9 -
My second year of high-school, we started having class in computer science. I was really looking forward to it cause I always wanted to learn programming.
On first sight it appeared that the professor which taught the class knew something, he looked like a genuine geek with those dorky glasses, briefcase and pants like Steve Urkel, but after couple of his lessons you could see he had no real dev experience and just basic understanding of programming in theory. He was more reading stuff from the book than he was trying to explain them to students and give some real world examples.
So it was just one these days, everybody got back from vacation, it's hot outside, the guy is just reading sentences from his book, half of students talk with each other and other half doesn't give a fuck about him or his class. Pretty sure I was the only one trying to listen to him and learn something from his recitals.
All of a sudden he notices the atmosphere in the classroom, slams the book shut, gives out couple of F-s to the loudest students and yells out loud "NONE OF YOU IN THIS ROOM WILL EVER ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE, BARE ALONE IN PROGRAMMING"
At first I felt like shit, but soon after that I started thinking "who the hell are you to tell me what I could or will accomplish in my life". Couple weeks later I've bought myself a first book in programming and started learning C++ late at night since I understood that I won't learn anything about programming in that school. Two years later I was correcting this same professor with his claims on a whiteboard in front of a whole class.
Today, seven years after his words I'm a developer living in foreign country with what I could say somewhat a solid experience and understanding of how both software and web are build, while that same professor still recites to his pupils difference between assembly and object code, while praying nobody asks him where and how these are used. For maybe a quarter of my paycheck. So much about his psychic powers..4 -
Typical Tuesday morning. Got word that a client was having trouble viewing a mp4 video, thats being used as a background element on their website, on their iphone.
No biggie, I think to myself.
An hour in Im praying to the safari Gods and cursing the existence of iOs (or however the hell you spell it).
While debugging I realise the browser gives up on downloading the video 2 seconds in, the same way I gave up watching that Netflix Neath note abomination, two seconds in.
So i quickly write up an ajax script forcing the browser to download the file before displaying it...F.I.G.J.A.M
But hold up 'webkitURL' is deprecated. Please use 'URL' instead ..dafuq ?
Okay okay I got this just use a work around for that ..aaand done.
Should be working right? Wrong (-_-)
Half an hour later searching stackoverflow like its the gospel and judgement is upon me and I found the solution..I found the solution, simple stupid solution that would make you wanna facepalm so hard that your great grandkids would have marks on their face.
Declare the MIME type in the bloody source tag in the html ... shoot me now

Lately I've been losing sleep dreaming about how to fix my code, but client I have been praying hard to make you happy 😜😜

Came back from vacation today to find out that some FUCKTURD PIECE OF SHIT deleted my virtual server!! Tried to find any traces on who that SHITFACED NUTSACK was without luck. This server is hosting several websites, some having files and data stretching over more than 10 years! Spent the day praying to GOD that my equally old backup scripts had run and where the FLYING FUCK those files were saved. Luckily the script had worked and I found a recent backup so now I can start the restore process on another machine. But still. WTF!!??6

year 1: hoping and praying no-one asks you to do anything on the big scary command line

Client: Yo, there's like a 30k difference between the invoices in the application and paypal.
CTO: Yeah, that's really sad. Btw, did you know that our payment gateway supports credit cards, which won't be shown in paypal?
I'm writing this in a funny tone, but I was the person who basically implemented every aspect of accounting in that application, so I praying silently 😅1 -
That moment that you get some kind of pretty critical error/bug/crash in an application in production and you can't reproduce it anymore and you're just sitting there praying that it won't happen again 😥4

An hour before my Mathematical Expression and Reasoning for Computer Science final...
Have reviewed all the material available but past exams are useless because new_prof == new_format.
This is not even a rant, I'm just scared because to get into the major I need an average between this and programming of 82. I fucked up in the second midterm and got a 50/100. Everything was so perfect (at least above 80) and now I need more than 70 in this final. I'm feel I can get more than 70 but I had the same feeling during the midterm I fucked up.

5 stages of failing WIFI connectivity on Linux
This morning I woke up my laptop to start my work day. I have 2 very important meetings today, so I better get all prepared.
"Wifi connection failed"
Syslog says:
- wpa_supplicant: wlp9s0: SME: Trying to authenticate with <MAC>
- kernel: wlp9s0: authenticate with <MAC>
- kernel: wl9s0: send auth to <MAC> (try 1/3)
- kernel: wl9s0: send auth to <MAC> (try 2/3)
- kernel: iwlwifi: Not associated and the session protection is over already...
- kernel: wl9s0: send auth to <MAC> (try 3/3)
- kernel: wl9s0: authentication with <MAC> timed out
#### DENIAL #####
No biggie, let's try another AP (I have 3). All 3 failed to connect. Fine, let's try my phone's hotspot! FAILED!!!!!
w00t.... okay, let's restart the router... but failing to connect to a phone hotspot is already a worrying sign.
Wifi connection failed
wtf.. disable and re-enable wifi
Wifi connection failed
#### ANGER #####
the fuuuuuuck. Maybe my router is dead. But my phone connects to it, no fuss. My personal lappy also connects there easily.
wtf... Does that mean I'm about to lose my uptime?? Come one!! It's Linux - there MUST be something I could do! I don't see processes hanging in D state so the radio must be fine - it's gotta be a software issue!
ChatGPT – type all the log entries manually, via phone (that took a while...). Nothing useful there: update firmware, restart NetworkManager, etc.
#### BARGAINING #####
Alright... How about a USB dongle? Plug it in and wifi connects immediately! Yayyy!!! But that's only b/g/n and I'd very much like to have ac. It works well as a limping backup, but not something I'd use for the meetings.
rfkill block/unblock all the radios. No change. USB dongle connects right away but the PCIe adapter keeps throwing notifications at me with failure messages. It's annoying, to say the least.
So I've already tried
- restarting the router(s)
- disabling/reenabling the radios
- multiple APs
- suspending/waking again several times
- praying
#### DEPRESSION #####
The only thing I haven't tried yet is the most cruel one - restarting the laptop. But that's unfair... It's LINUX! How could it disappoint me. I have so many tmux sessions open, so many unsaved leafpad notes, terminal histories with oh so comfy ^r and ! retriggers all ready and waiting to be executed...
#### ACCEPTANCE #####
But I can't miss the meeting. So I slowly start closing off apps, starting with the least important ones, trying to preserve as much history and recent commands as I can. I'm gonna lose my uptime, that's the inevitable obvious truth... Linux has failed me. Or maybe it's a hardware issue... I can't be sure until I restart.
I must reboot.
#### A NEW HOPE #####
Hold on.. What if... What if before restarting I try to reload the Intel wifi kernel module? Just for the giggles. I've got nothing to lose anyway...
rmmod iwlmvm
rmmod iwlwifi
modprobe iwlwifi
modprobe iwlmvm
*WiFi Connected*
YESSSS!!!!!!!!! My uptime is saved!
403 days and counting! YEAH BABY!!!
Linux is the best!rant sysadmin 5 stages of grief wifi reboot or not reboot reboot uptime network-manager wpa_supplicant linux8 -
When I left school I decided to apply for a junior dev role. I received a call back later that day and they tried to sell me access to some course with the promise of a job afterwords. They gave me a website to visit to find more information.
I Googled the company and found that it was as I suspected a scam and that they had been praying on the jobless for sometime.
So, I played around on the site they told me to visit for a while and found a rather simple SQLI. I managed to pull the admin email/password (which they stored as plain text) the email address belonged to a Gmail account.
I tried the password for the Gmail account turns out the account belongs to the person running the scam. I find an email from the hosting account and you guessed it the password was the same.
I pulled the site down and replaced it with a picture of the person running the scam along with his name and the words "I'm a dirty scammer".
Then I sent all the info to the police (he'd been running a few others scams too) not sure what that lead to I didn't hear anything back.1 -

I sat down at 7pm to work on my app. Pull from Github, have a million gradle errors even though literally nothing changed, and Android Studio wants to update itself and the whole sdk. Long story short, it's now 9:56pm and I'm praying gradle doesn't fail so I can finally get to work on something...4

Me : I need 2 undivided weeks in the next 3 months to make some refactoring to our codebase, so we dont have issues in scaling.

Why would we need that, We are already hosted on AWS so we can just spin up more instances.
Me ( trying to hold the rage inside) : No it doesnt work that way, that will only hurt us more than help.

Me : No, tha....
Him : (cuts me off) How about we use autoscaling and let AWS decide

MASSIVE UPGRADE ROUND 2:
We took it by steps, the DBA did his portion and I did mine, we had waited for the entire thing to be finalized today on Sunday since our users are probably jerking off to their waifus (as they should) and today was my part. MA BOE the DBA was with me the entire time and the whole process took us about 4 hours of both of us getting multiple heart attacks here and there and praying to the elder gods of Asgard for their devine protection as we venture into the calamity of fire and juten ass mfkers that are our fucking servers for this particular process.
Man I really hope for the pandemic to be over and take my dude out for a nice beer, some wings and some relaxation time.
Best DB/Dev team I have ever been with.7 -
Just realizing now that I've probably spent 60% of my programmer age (years of experience) waiting for dependencies to install and praying that the 9 kB/s connection I'm struggling with remains alive every single fucking time otherwise I have to start the wait all over. 😡😡😡

Software engineering is slowly being lowered to a basic skill to please corporations that literally want you to automate your job away. The only fruitful areas of software engineering that I can see being relevant in the next 10 years are those mixed with other hard sciences such as bioinformatics, robotics, bleeding edge statistics and mathematics (AI research), physics, etc. The trend I see right now is that software engineering is being integrated with business-oriented degrees or arts degrees, targeted programs towards beginners offered for free or low prices. There's going to be a higher barrier of entry for the jobs that are actually worth the stress and I'm praying I'll be able to catch the train before it leaves the station.9

It's Sunday. A day for prayer. Today I am praying that others dont mess up the code base when I get to work on Monday. Amen.2

Back when I was still in school for comp sci we had an advanced software engineering and design class with c++. At this time, everyone was expected to be proficient enough with cpp to go ahead and properly work with whatever the instructor would throw at us. And pretty much everyone was since past classes included a lot of c++ development. Of course, efficient at least related to academic studies rather than actual real world development.
Our teacher would mix in a lot pf phyisics and mathematics into what we were doing, something that I greatly enjoyed, while at the same time putting real world value concerning cpp best practices to avoid common pitfalls in the development of said language. Since most bugs seemed to be memory based he would be particularly strict about that.
One classmate, good friend and an actual proper developer now a days would ALWAYS forget to free his resources...ALWAYS for whatever fucking reason he would just ignore that shit, regardless of how much the instructor would make a point on it.
At one point during class on a virtual lecture the dude literally addressed a couple of students but when he got to my boy in particular he said: "you are the reason why people are praying to Mozilla and Hoare to release Rust as fast as possible into a suitable alternative to high performant code in C++, WHY won't you pay attention to how you deal with memory management?"
And it stuck with me. I merely a recreational cpp dev, most of my profesional work is done on web development, so I cannot attest to all the additional unsafe code that people encounter in the wild when dealing with cpp on a professional level.
But in terms of them common criticisms of C and C++ for which memory is so important to work with, wouldn't you guys say that it comes more from the side of people just not knowing what they are doing rather than a fault on the language itself?
I see the merits and beauty of Rust, I truly do, it is a fantastic language, with a standardized build system and a lot of good design put into it. But I can't really fathom it being the cpp killer, if anything, the real cpp killers are bad devs that just don't know what they are doing or miss shit.

I am with a company I generally like a lot but there are some things I generally despise about it. Like forced emergency support.
I am not good at it, I don't claim to be.. I generally struggle with anxiety, stress and depression, I specifically avoid roles that require on-call service .. I'm a senior level software engineer.
I find it very frustrating to be expected to be on-call from 7-7 in support of infrastructure I did not architect, did not code and basically know nothing about. They provided me with a ten minute discussion about ops genie and where to find internal support articles for my training and that's about it.
Last night I received an ops genie alarm and acked it as I was instructed to do, I went around the system looking for the alarm cause and basically had no idea what to do except watch our metrics graphing praying there wouldn't be an outage. Fortunately the alarm was for our load balancer scaling operation, it was taking a bit longer than usual ... Sigh of relief. Stay up til 6am and fall asleep..
Wake up to a few messages from various people asking why I didn't do this and that and it took me every inkling of my being to remain cordial and polite but I really just wanted to scream and say a bunch of shit that would probably get me fired.
What the actual fuck?
Why expect someone that has no god damn clue what they are doing to do something like this? Fuckin shit training and no leadership to mentor me and help me get better at this role, no shadowing, no regiment ..
#confused and #annoyed
Thoughts? Am I a bitch? Is it unreasonable for me to expect my job duties stay in line with what I'm actually good at!?
Thanks.12 -
Hello! My name is opalqnka and I am a Windows user.
I followed the 12-step program and now I am a step away to being certified LPIC Linux Engineer.
As step 12 preaches, here I humbly share the Program:
1. We admitted we were powerless over Windows - that our lives had become unmanageable.
2. Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3. Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of Linus as we understood Him.
4. Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
5. Admitted to Linus, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
6. We’re entirely ready to have Linus remove all these defects of character.
7. Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.
8. Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.
9. Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
10. Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it.
11. Sought through bash scripting and kernel troubleshooting to improve our conscious contact with Linus as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.
12. Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to Windows users and to practice these principles in all our affairs.4 -
i booked my first ever car and am having so many emotions... from scary to excited to anxious and mostly feeling super dumb.
i booked a very basic hatchback with minimal features and the lowest price. i was so not sure about the various terms that guy was using: mudflags, foglamps, tilt adjustment wheel ...
like, i read about them just a minute ago on google and next moment, this guy was asking me if i should pay this much amount to get it included in my car or not. i asked him many times and for things that i felt were useful, i got them included.
biggest things about this very first purchase is
1. i have learnt car driving from training school for 30 days. i got my license via some bribe money and did not gave the real test. I am basically a guy with no experience of handling cars. i was doing okay when learning tho
2. i am a single child from a very small, conservative and super anxious family. everytime i am gonna take this car, am sure my mom is gonna start praying to god for my safety. i too have this inherited anxiety and would probably be praying to god everytime i would travel alone.. the responsibility to keep myself safe, and the car safe, while not even knowing how to release clutch properly will be super scary
3. my friends are gonna love this but i want to become a trustful driver for them first. basically among 5 of us, only 1 had his father's car on which we have taken a lot of trips. that boy has my huge respect, and he is one of the best and most reliable safe driving person i know. he even enjoy the songs and pur conversations. i want to be like him, but currently my friends don't even trust sitting on the back of my scooty and feel scared.
4. our neighbours are probably gonna dug up their graves and roll in it. they are already very jelous and angry people, i hope they don't cause any damage to my new car.
5. i am super scared about this new car... how can i protect this precious baby... how to make sure that someone is not stealing parts off this..

One project deadline coming up, one presentation to be given next week, and 3 exams on consecutive days.
Scared as fuck. 😭
I hope I pass.

On my last deployment for the musician client I encountered a really nasty bug.
I configured all the settings in my Nginx. Theoretically everything should work, but it did not. Somehow I always ended up landing on my default Nginx page.
After hours of trying to find the typo, turning it off and on again and praying to all gods I ever heard of, I finally analysed my default Nginx config file. Somehow the server config I posted on the clients conf-file got posted beneath the default configs. WTF?
After deleting those everything worked. 🙄2 -
Praying to every deity, I begged to spare me, to never kill my inner child. To never make me grow up into materialistic mindset that punishes curiosity and denies miracles.
It seems like my wish was granted. Am I naive? Sure. Do I have kid ego? Sometimes.
But I never wanted to be someone else.3 -
I totally want to refactor my project's code, but I don't have any time for it and now it's a working piece of spaghetti-ish 😭
I'm just praying I'll get to do it once it's actually finished, so I don't have to work with it again in like a year and want to travel back in time and murder myself.13 -
Relatives Be Like:
Mother’s side relatives: "Beta, how’s the job search going?" (Translation: They just wanna gossip if I’m still unemployed.)
Father’s side relatives: "Don’t worry, we’re praying for you." (Translation: They’ve already sent my resume to the local tantrik.)
Me: "Bro, I need a referral" -
At this point I fucking hate my project. After 3 months I literally can not concentrate, I am just staring on a screen, smashing my hands on the keyboard and praying that it will fucking work without bugs. At this point it still works pretty well. I am so sorry for everyone that will have to work on this after I leave. According to the project leader it should not take more than 20 more hours. Hes a really cool guy, but if he's going to talk optimistically about this fucking project once more I am gonna rape his wife and his dog. Last fucking time he said that its just 2 already implemented features that just need to get connected together, I spent 30 hours rewriting half of the codebase because how inconsistent and shitty the code was. I am not fuckin suprised that we are going to rewrite whole shit from a scratch, because the code is already unmaintainable. Wish me luck, because I really need it to survive another week working on this trash.1

What do program codes and churches have in common? First we build them, then we start praying on them.🙏🏻

Tldr: no router, almost not work.
Ok I recently moved into a new house, and I signed a contract for an Internet line.
Problem is that the router has been sent at the ISP shop, where I was supposed to get it personally. But guess what? Covid emergency happened two days after, and the shop closed.
So, after spending two days calling customer service of both ISP and Postal office without being able to speak to anybody, I received a Sms saying that the pack was not delivered because the receiver was closed.
After some more unsuccessful calls to the same two entities I managed to find the actual shop's phone number, that was actually thw owner's house (he's working from home). I spoke to him, told the problem, and he changed the router destination to my house.
Today I checked the package status on the postal website and I saw that it seems that they tried every day, at 7:02 am, to deliver the bloody package again at the shop! I truly hope this was a bug on their tracking system. It's weird that the hours were always 7:02am, because the package delivery office opens at 8:30 am, so again I'm praying any existent and non-existent god that that's just a bug. I'm kinda tired of being stuck with my phone hotspot with limited GB and with ISP public routers with about 5Mbps.
I wish I had @netikras skills with router building.4 -
So, I'm about to be up shit's Creek. I need a new source of income, ideally either a new job or becoming a freelancer. I have been making intranet sites with ASP.NET for a while now, and I can tell two things:
1. It's too corporate minded, so I'll need a fucking degree
2. It's too corporate minded, so I'll be stuck with people like my boss, who still use tables to align content despite the project having bootstrap.
I need to do something more fulfilling, but I probably will have to leave my job by December anyway due to some major fuck ups in my life, do I need to get something lined up. I have been brushing up on my HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills, but when it comes down to it, I suck at design so my "portfolio" is blatant clones to learn CSS and shitty Spartan things.
Basically, I'm anxious, terrified, and unable to figure out what comes next. Do I keep sending job applications and praying to whatever deity will listen, it do I start figuring out this freelance thing? If freelance, then how do I get into it? I'm terrified and desperate.1 -
What the fuck is this trend of pricing cloud services by the minute? I mean It's fucking great and all that I buy 2 minutes with a sql db but who the fuck actually does that?
After another night working on a server I (strongly) suggest we move our shit to a cloud service. It's cool providing I promise the costs don't rape us blind folded. Seems easy enough, right? Nope it's not.
6 hours later, halfway to becoming a fucking network engineer and I'm more lost than ever.
Seriously can't the fuck AWS and google cloud show a monthly price - even an estimate for generic shit like $x for the average crappy wp blog!
If anyone has some helpful info / experience on the true cost of hosting generic web apps - the retardedly simple app I'm trying to price is:
1 php web application with 150 domains, 3gb mysql db and 30gb ssd.
I gets has 45000 sessions with 250000 page views.
Your help would be greatly appreciated. Currently I'm leaning towards deploying a clone sending 250 000 random requests and praying my $300 cloud platform credit will cover the bill.4 -
When you get to the stage of just praying that your code will magically fix itself .........
Yeah hmmmmm -
Week starts with awful events:
#reached office late
#my desktop crashed. Had to force boot. (Most probably lost some unsaved codes. Still unaware though)
#realised after sometime that I left my phone in the Cab (had to run in the early morning. got it back. Was an office cab and I knew the cab no.)
Praying for no further events... -

I was about to have a screenshare presentation of a month-long work over Skype...
Hours before the presentation I got bored and upgraded from Xorg to Wayland for some reason the universe doesn't want to disclose...
Tried to call a friend to check if everything is working and the screenshare feature was missing! 😑 I thought Skype fucked up, tried Hangouts, still not working, tried praying to saint Ubuntu to somehow please let it work one time. It did fucking not.
My gosh, 30 minutes before the presentation and I was preparing the whole environment on Windows. I had never felt so stressed in my life! 😰
Investigating after the presentation informed me that screensharing only works on XOrg, not on Wayland.

!tech i don't understand how people makes any place a home?
I have an experience of living with my parents and that is a place where i feel belonging and safe, but i wonder why? like , in your home, you could be awake till 4 am and still sleep like a log. you won't have thoughts of strangers trying to murder you or rob you when you hear the slightest noise. (atleast not occasionally)
but this is not the case when you try to live alone. for eg , i would often call/text someone before sleep when i am staying in a hotel room. and if the hotel isn't a superior one (imagine those close, small rooms w in a broken up 2 star hotel in a quiet and unpopulated area), i would be sleeping with my eyes open, praying the night to get over
So an early conclusion can be this : a person would feel safe and carefree wherever they are with known people. in my home i got my parents. although its weird since they are neither physically nor financially powerful to deal with any stranger situation. But still, a home feels home. and a home feels safe.
maybe it's because of the the people around the home? so most people have neighbours, shops, parks, efc around their homes. some even have forests, police stations or other places in vicinity. so does that make an area safe to breathe ?
For our family, i don't know if that thing applies. our neighbours are crappy dummies who would rather have someone's home burning than coming for rescue, but fight to death if someone parks in their spot or ask them to fix something. If their is a robbery in our area, i would rather suspect one of those assheads to be the culprits than someone from outside.
however, knowing the fact that they know us makes me think that this is a considerable factor that add to the sense of safeness in an environment . i guess that's why even the verbal quarrels among neighbours are done in such a noisy manner.
So if someone is shifting to another location, say in a different city or even a different state, they should spend first few days befriending every neighborhood person? that would be a weird approach. i have seen a few shiftings in my area and the new people rarely try to come into attention. even the people who get shifter on temporary basis (i.e the rent based pg/tenents etc), are always silent.
so how exactly does anyone make a new house, their comfortable and safe 'home' ?13 -
I've been freelancing lately with an agency to develop an android app for their client and at the same time another person is developing the website .
The story begins when I first contacted the web dev to give me access to the database (because he started before me ).It turns out that this guy purchased an almost ready cms template with a shitty data structure that has no relations between object .This database has no primary keys , no foreign keys , no indexes ... no nothing . Adding to that the web dev refused that I rewrite a new data structure claiming that he has done a good progress on the website .
Forward couple of weeks , I managed to create the api and develop an alpha for the app and sent it to the agency manager .
This bastard told me that the website and design have changed and the app shouldn't be like that .He told me to contact the other bastard the web dev to seen what the changes are . I'm waiting for the response about the new updates and I'm praying that they'll be just minor colors updates or something not a whole concept update .
My problem here is I'm stuck with this fucking agency cuz they paid half of the payment when I started .
Damn I must learn to say no to people .1 -
Title:- When the Code Runs, But You Don’t Know Why 😵💫
I wrote a piece of code last night at 2 AM. Eyes half-shut, brain running on caffeine and regret. Woke up today, ran the code… and it worked. Flawlessly.
The only problem?
I HAVE NO IDEA WHY.
No memory of what I was trying to do.
Variables named like x1, x2, and idk.
It’s elegant. It’s efficient. It's... suspicious.
Now I'm afraid to touch anything because clearly, 2 AM Me unlocked some higher dimensional dev mode.
So here I am, documenting the "miracle" like it’s ancient alien tech.
Praying future me never has to debug this.
Send help. Or more coffee.
(Preferably both.)

ughh i don't know what the fuck is going on with my karmas right now. I just want to know if i was a satan all my life to deserve what i am getting for this year... well let me count what the sins that i might have done till 26 , which might be considered bad karma by me or anyone else
1. not being as punctual enough in praying (as expected by my parents and religion)
2. eating forbidden stuff occasionally ( we are forbidden onion and garlic, alcohol, etc, but i sometimes have these)
3. watching hours of porn 5-7 times a week and masturbating
4. not being always honest.
as far as i remember these things don't hurt anybody and I don't recall killing someone or being a fraud.
but then why i am being treated like a broken piece of crap that should no longer exist?
At the start of this year, i had a plate inserted in my arm via surgery because i broke it in an arm wrestling. i am currently recovering from it and am not in the most active shape.
But now i have one of my testicles swell to the size of a mango and from what the google says its going to be another surgery (hydrocelectomy).
i currently have only 9 leaves left and i was told just yesterday that i am being considered for senior role next year
I am devastated... why do i need to go through this shit? why me?29 -
That awesome moment someone accidentally deleted all the Jenkins configs and you're just praying no critical bugs come up...1

Earth is hell. Let me explain.
What is this floating rock in the middle of nothingness that we're on? It can truthfully be described as
"It is a place where few enjoy living while majority suffer"
Do you know what else can be described like this?
Hell.
Let me go even deeper.
I am a christian. On tiktok lots of atheist And christian videos pop up for me. I like seeing them both because i like forming my own rational conclusions. The more i saw those videos the more i realized:
"Hold on... If satan and his demons are supposed to be busy burning in hell and suffering in eternal torment, then how are they here? How is satan ruling this floating rock in the middle of nothingness and spreading so much evil around? Shouldn't he be busy being in hell?"
Some christians replied to me saying "well satan is a very powerful angel and he can be in multiple places at once"
I am not going into how this logic is flawed.
The other christians replied "satan isnt in hell right now but he will be thrown there once the 2nd coming of Lord Jesus Christ comes, the rapture and judgement day"
Wait a second. You're telling me satan and demons are not in hell right now? Where are they? Chilling in heaven? And since we're being threatened to going to hell, we the people go to hell Right Now but satan does not? God rewards the MOST evil entity by not throwing them in hell but throws in hell some person for doing infinitely less evil than satan? Ok
This has lead me to conclusion that the Earth is Hell:
1) satan is not in the hell that we imagined - he's here, which makes this place the true hell
2) satan rules this world
3) everyone suffers, but the more evil, immoral, corrupt, satan worshipper you are, the better life you're gonna live
4) what kind of life you're gonna live by being good and praying to God? You're gonna live a poor live, you'll remain broke and helpless
5) this world is a place where God doesn't help you but Satan does if you worship him - what other place can be described like this? That's right Hell
We are all in Hell and that makes perfect sense considering how everything is fucked, immoral, corrupt unfair and everyone is full of bullshit.
To repeat:
- I am not optimistic. I believe by being an optimist you're lying to yourself about shit being better than it is which in future will make your life even worse
- I am not pessimistic. I believe by being a pessimist you're just dumping more depression into your life and making it harder than it already is
- I am realistic. I will say shit how it truly is without giving a fuck whose feelings gonna get hurt or what someone thinks. This is the only single source of truth.
We are in Hell right now.11 -
I believed the only thing that could humble me was leg day. Guess clicking a shady update link can humble you quicker than a botched deadlift. I had developed my app from the ground up, and that Bitcoin reserve was meant to fuel our international expansion. One minute I was meal-prepping protein pancakes; the next, my wallet was thinner than my fridge on cheat day.
My pulse raced as though I was half-burpee. Panic. Sweating. Guilt. I refreshed the page like cardio, praying the money would somehow reappear. Spoiler: It didn't.
After a long night Googling “how to undo catastrophic life mistakes,” I landed on a cybersecurity webinar. The host casually dropped the name Mighty Hacker Recovery like it was common knowledge. To me, they sounded like the Gandalf of Bitcoin, so I figured they could probably handle my little meltdown.
I reached out to them in a panic, the equivalent of a person who's just discovered they double-booked leg day and pizza night. They responded quicker than my personal best sprint time. They were cool, they were professional, and, most importantly, they didn't laugh when I described how I basically bench-pressed my life savings directly into nothingness.
They got to work immediately. Their team of tech wizards (I’m convinced they actually wear robes) dissected the malware and traced the funds like a GPS tracker on my dignity. Every day, they updated me with progress reports that somehow balanced technical jargon and emotional support, the digital equivalent of a personal trainer shouting, “You got this!” while you struggle under a barbell.
Nine days later, I got the call. Funds recovered. I nearly did a victory lap around my living room but pulled a hamstring from pure excitement. Typical. Due to Mighty Hacker Recovery, I didn't simply get my money back; I got a crash course in cybersecurity that rivals my toughest boot camp. My new digital security routine now rivals my meal plan. I have more passwords than protein shake recipes and back-ups on top of other back-ups.
If you value your gains, both financial and physical, trust me, you want Mighty Hacker Recovery in your corner. They spot you when it matters most. What$app Numb3r + 1 4 0 4 2 4 5 6 4 1 5 email support (at) mightyhackerrecovery (dot) com2 -
Been working long hours and 6-day weeks for not much gain these days. At this rate, I think I will likely end up poor after working myself toward an early grave. My retirement fund actually looks kinda nice when combined with family wealth inherited or that may be inherited sometime in the next 20 years. But the high taxation that’s coming, inflation, and public debt problems that will feed inflation spirals will way more than halve my net worth by the time I am old enough to retire. At that point, I won’t be suicidal but I will be praying to die before I run out of money. From what I see of the local homeless population we try to help, being dead is preferable to sleeping on the street.1

BOTNET CRYPTO RECOVERY, SPECIALIZE IN RECOVERING LOST BITCOIN AND CRYPTOCURRENCY
The entire ordeal began rather innocently when I found myself drawn into the enticing world of online investing by an FX trader I encountered on Instagram. At first, this trader struck me as exceptionally professional and self-assured. They shared an array of impressive testimonials, recounting tales of astonishing returns that others had purportedly made from their investments. It was as if they had opened the vault of wealth and were inviting me in. The promises were bold and alluring: invest a relatively modest sum, and I could potentially multiply my investment fivefold in a mere seven days. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I couldn't shake the feeling that this was my chance to significantly grow my financial assets.
Initially, all of this seemed perfectly above board. The trader presented what appeared to be concrete proof of their successes, displaying glowing reviews and testimonials from previous clients who had seemingly struck it rich using their methods. Trust began to blossom, and I convinced myself that diving into this venture was not just a good idea but a savvy financial move. With a momentum of excitement and optimism, I made my first investment, gradually increasing my stake over the following weeks until I had funneled a total of $73,000 into this trader's enterprise.
However, as the days turned into weeks, a shadow began to loom over my optimism. Each time I attempted to withdraw my funds or the supposed profits I had amassed, I found myself met with a series of increasingly elaborate excuses. The trader's team concocted a new story each time I inquired about my cash — claims of additional fees, unforeseen taxes, or necessary "security deposits" that had to be paid before I could ever see my hard-earned money again. The first few times, I hesitated. I wanted to believe that these requests were genuine, that there were indeed legitimate hurdles to navigate. Yet, rather than easing my worries, these excuses only deepened my confusion and frustration.
With each additional demand, the trader's team positioned it as though compliance was my only option if I ever wanted to reclaim my money. It felt like a relentless cycle of hope and disappointment. I vividly remember the helplessness that enveloped me; every time I raised my concerns or expressed my doubts, they reassured me—a mix of confidence and false warmth—promising that my funds were just around the corner, pending these final hurdles.
Eventually, as reality settled over me like a cold blanket, I came to a heart-wrenching realization: I had fallen victim to a scam. The vexation and despair left me reeling, and although I felt utterly desperate, I was at a loss as to how to take action and recover my funds. Then, by sheer chance, I stumbled upon a social media post from someone who had gone through a harrowing experience similar to mine. They mentioned a company called BOTNET CRYPTO RECOVERY, a team of crypto recovery experts dedicated to assisting individuals in retrieving lost funds from fraudulent investment schemes.
My initial inclination was to be doubtful. After all, I had already experienced a deception that left me wary of placing my trust in another entity. Nevertheless, after much contemplation, I resolved to take a leap of faith and reached out to BOTNET CRYPTO RECOVERY. I provided them with a comprehensive account of my transaction history and the unfortunate details of my case, praying that they could provide a glimmer of hope amidst my frustration. To my astonishment, just seven hours later, they requested my wallet address, indicating they were ready to take action.
What transpired next was nothing short of miraculous: I found $73,000 reappearing in my wallet. The relief and gratitude I felt were beyond words. BOTNET CRYPTO RECOVERY proved to be nothing like the trader who had initially lured me into this mess. They were consistently professional, impressively prompt, and thoroughly diligent in their work. Their expertise and dedication truly facilitated the recovery of a significant portion of my lost funds.
In light of my experience, I cannot stress enough how crucial it is to look to recovery specialists like BOTNET CRYPTO RECOVERY if you ever find yourself ensnared in a similar predicament. Their intervention made a profound difference in my case, and I will forever be grateful for their support during such a tumultuous time. If you find yourself in such a challenging situation, I highly recommend seeking help from professionals who understand the complexities of these fraudulent schemes; they can make all the difference in the world. HACKER TO ASSIST ME RECOVER MY LOST CRYPTO HIRE SLAYER COIN RECOVERY
Life’s unpredictability struck me hard on a sweltering afternoon, as I juggled the relentless demands of taxi driving with dreams of a secure future for my family. Every fare I accepted, every mile I logged, was a step toward stability until a single lapse in judgment threatened to erase it all. Exhausted after a long shift, I stopped at a dimly lit café to check my Bitcoin wallet, clinging to the hope that my investments might one day lift us out of financial uncertainty. The public Wi-Fi was convenient, but in my haste, I didn’t consider the risks. take a leap of faith. I filled out their consultation form, heart racing with a mixture of hope and apprehension. It felt like throwing a message in a bottle into the vast cyber ocean, praying someone would find it and help me navigate back to shore. Within hours, I received an email from Marcus, one of their lead recovery specialists. His tone was reassuring and professional, filled with an empathic understanding of my plight. He reiterated my fears about scams, explaining that skepticism was a natural response given the ruthless nature of the crypto world. However, he shared a few success stories involving recovered funds, detailing painstaking journeys that resonated with my own. There was something about his honest approach that removed a chunk of doubt from my mind. I scheduled a call with Marcus, where he meticulously walked me through their process. They respected my urgency, treating my case with the seriousness it deserved. Their strategies involved utilizing advanced blockchain forensic techniques that would track down stolen assets through the labyrinth of online chaos. A team of experts patiently monitored developments, pored over transactions, and leveraged networks outside the ordinary realm of recovery protocols. As he spoke, I couldn't help but feel a flicker of hope ignite within me. My next step was to gather every piece of information I had about the transaction—a blurry screenshot, a few emails, and my increasingly frazzled mental state. I sent it all over with a deep breath, a cloud of anxiety hanging overhead. Days turned into nights, and I could hardly maintain my usual routine, my focus drifting toward notifications as if my phone would magically chirp with the triumphant news I yearned for. Just when I felt the flame of hope waning, I got an unexpected call from Marcus. “We have a lead,” he said. My heart pounded louder than anything I'd ever felt—a racing pulse combining both exhilarating hope and crippling anxiety. Over the span of several tension-filled weeks, I remained in close contact with the Salvage Asset Recovery team. They operated transparently, sending me updates regularly, and assuring me that not a moment was wasted in the relentless pursuit of my funds. As days slowly merged into weeks, I learned how meticulous investigation might occasionally feel excruciatingly slow, but they refused to give up. and then it happened. One sunny afternoon, a ping echoed from my phone, a gleaming notification flashing wildly: "Funds Recovered." Stunned disbelief washed over me. The figure before my eyes was not just a number—it was a lifeline, a redemptive shift back to stability. I nearly yelled in excitement. With renewed gratitude, I approached the very same keyboard that earlier had felt more like an anchor than a tool for liberation. I crafted a heartfelt thank-you email to Marcus and the team. I Thought I’d Lost Everything, My Crops, My Savings, My Future! I'm a third-generation farmer, and like most of my family, I have weathered storms, both the literal and economic varieties. Nothing, though, could have prepared me for the flood that swept through my farm and nearly drowned my future. Over the past five years, I had amassed a $120,000 Bitcoin buffer in silence as a hedge against unstable crop prices. It was my shield against poor harvests and market crashes.
And then the flood came. It wasn't rain, it was the wrath of nature. Water flooded into my office, turning documents into pulp and sending my computers floating around like lumber. My hardware wallet, the sole bulwark between me and that $120,000, was submerged in muddy water. When the skies finally cleared, I held the waterlogged device in my hand, praying fervently that it would still work. It didn't.
Panic ensued. The soybeans were ruined, the barn needed to be repaired, and now my electronic savings, the one thing I thought was sacrosanct was gone. I couldn't tell my wife; she had already been up to her knees helping shovel sludge out of our home.
Desperate, I had put it on an agriculture technology site. I had cried and written, praying that someone somewhere would know what to do. A user responded with a username that turned out to be my savior, Salvage Asset Recovery.
I called them the next day, preparing for robot voice or a bait-and-switch sales pitch. But to my surprise, I spoke with human compassion, patience, and understanding. I unloaded my story, and they listened like neighbors calling after a tornado. They worked immediately, using fancy data reconstruction tools I couldn't even understand.
Every day, they updated me in simple terms. I was anxious, but their professionalism calmed me down. On the ninth day, I got the call. They had recovered my wallet. All the Bitcoins were intact. I was so relieved that I nearly kissed my filthy boots.
When they heard about the flooding damage, they even discounted part of their fee. That touched me more than the rain. Salvage Asset Recovery didn't just restore my savings, they restored my trust in people. They are heroes in my book, and thanks to them, my family's future is once again set on stable ground.

HOW TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT HELPED ME TAKE LEGAL ACTION & RECOVER MY FUNDS
It's a fact: Reddit has always been, is, and will be my source for crypto discussions, security tips, and market trends. Little did I know it would be the same site that helped save me from financial ruin. Some months ago, an AMA thread about Trust Geeks Hack Expert showed up. People asked them anything: from lost wallet recoveries to phishing scams; their answers sounded really detailed, transparent, and full of insight. At the time, I didn't know that their help was near. It all started with what I thought was a routine software update. I had received an e-mail from what looked like a trusted exchange, telling me to install an important patch. The email looked *legit—*matching the branding, formatting, and even the usual tone of messages I had received before. Without a second thought, I downloaded the update and installed it. Biggest mistake of my life. It froze within minutes, and then it automatically restarted. My crypto wallet was empty when I regained access. $200,000-gone. At first, I thought it was some kind of glitch, but as I dug deeper, the cold reality hit me hard: I had been hacked. The "update" was a form of malware designed to drain wallets by injecting malicious code. Panic set in, but rather than spiral, I remembered the Trust Geeks Hack Expert AMA. Their confidence in handling cases like mine had stood out to me. I rushed back to the thread, found their contact details Website h tt p s :// trust geeks hack expert. c o m / -- E m a il : trust geeks hack expert {@} fast service {.} c o m, and reached out immediately. Their response was prompt and very reassuring. They asked for every little detail I could remember-from the time of the installation of the fake update to the exact nature of the transactions I had done prior to this. They got to work, tracing the movement of my stolen funds using some advanced blockchain forensics.
Days went by, and I had my doubts, but they kept me updated. Then came a message that I was praying for; they had recovered my $200,000. It sounded like a dream come true. All stress, regret, and anger vanished at that moment. Trust Geeks Hack Expert saved not only my funds but also taught me a lesson which will never be forgotten: never trust email links. Now, I double-check every update; use cold storage for large amounts; don't click on anything that's remotely suspicious. If not for that Reddit AMA, I would have never found the only team skilled enough to turn my disaster into a comeback story.1 -

HOW TO RECOVER MONEY LOST TO A FAKE INVESTMENT PLATFORM INTERNET HIRE FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY.
It is so easy to make mistakes while traveling: you are excited, distracted, and sometimes a bit too casual with your security. That's precisely what happened when I accessed my Bitcoin wallet on a public Wi-Fi network during a trip. I sat in a café, sipping my coffee, thinking, "What could go wrong?" Spoiler alert: everything.
I logged in to my wallet, just checking balances and making a few small transfers. But the moment I got on the public network, a hacker struck. I had stupidly left the door wide open, and someone dove in. By the time I tried to log out and lock everything down, it was too late-I was shut out of my $250,000 Bitcoin wallet.
The panic set in faster than I could react. How had I been so careless? Public Wi-Fi is notorious for being unsecured, and yet I took that risk. I had always heard the horror stories of people losing their crypto to hackers, but I never thought it would happen to me. I felt like a complete idiot.
But thankfully, this is where the story turns around. I knew I needed help, and I needed it fast. That's when I called FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY. They got back to me in no time, and to my relief, their team didn't judge me; they just got down to work. I told them my situation-a mixture of embarrassment and frustration. Yet, the calm and professional composure of the people made me feel everything would be alright. They told me then that they had dealt with worse and would recover my money.
In the days that followed, a call came from FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY -it was the news I had been praying for. My wallet had been recovered, and my $250,000, which I'd thought I lost, was safe and sound. I cannot even explain it. Suddenly, a load was lifted off my shoulders.
But that was not all. FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY not only recovered my funds but also took the time to explain how I could protect my wallet while on the road. Now, I always use a VPN when connecting to public Wi-Fi, and I am so much more careful with my security practices.
It’s amazing how a single moment of carelessness can lead to disaster, but I’m grateful for FOLKWIN EXPERT RECOVERY’s expertise in saving me from my own mistake. I’m smarter now, and my Bitcoin wallet is safer than ever. Contact Details below:

How to Recover Lost Cryptocurrency or Access Your Wallet; VISIT CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES
Imagine this: A control room plastered with SpaceX posters, astronaut ice cream packets half-eaten, and me a self-proclaimed "Elon Lite", screaming at a frozen computer screen. My $680,000 Bitcoin stash, intended to be spent launching a satellite named Project Star bite, had just been left in the void of a glitched multi-sig wallet. Because of a firmware update so buggy, Windows 98 would seem solid by comparison. Tech support's solution? "Have you tried turning it off and on again? " Sir, I'm building hardware that is resistant to radiation belts. Your advice is a cosmic joke.
The irony was galactic. My satellite could weather solar flares, but my crypto couldn't weather a run-of-the-mill update. The multi-sig setup of a fortress requiring three digital signatures had locked me out like an airlock seal. My co-founders panicked, flipping through code books like they were grimoires. Our mission control? A Slack channel with ???? emojis and increasingly more unhinged gifs.
Then, a beacon: A coding board lurker who had survived a similar meltdown posted, "DM CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES. They'll hack the Matrix." I slid into their inbox, praying for a bot. What I got was a reply sharper than the tip of a rocket: "Send us the debug logs of the wallet. And maybe a screenshot of the error before you rage-quit."
Their engineers handled my case like a NASA anomaly investigation. They spent 17 days reverse-engineering the buggy code in the firmware, reconstituting lost signatures like repainting a shattered black box. I imagined them holed up in a command bunker, whiteboards filled with hex equations, complaining about "consensus algorithms" and "transaction malleability" between swigs of Red Bull. They danced around the bug by finding a loophole in the time-lock function of the wallet basically, beating time. Ha. Einstein didn't see that coming. When the email arrived in my inbox "Funds recovered. Proceed with launch." I nearly headbutted the ceiling. My Bitcoin reappeared on the screen, shining like a distant star long mapped home. The satellite team erupted. Someone popped champagne, soaking a $10,000 antenna prototype. Worth it.
CERTIFIED RECOVERY SERVICES didn't just fix a bug; they re-wrote the code of catastrophe. Their blend of cryptographic genius and unflappable cool turned my facepalm-inducing defeat into a victory lap. Now, Project Star bite is on track again, and my wallet's firmware is secure like the nuclear codes.
If your crypto ever gets lost in the stratosphere of tech failure, call the Wizards. They'll debug the abyss. Just possibly unplug the router before you update anything. And for the love of Mars, back up your keys.

A few weeks prior to my worst crypto mistake, a friend casually mentioned in a Snapchat story something called TECH CYBER FORCE RECOVERY. He shared a post about someone who recovered lost funds, and at that time, I hadn't paid much attention. Little did I know I would be in desperate need soon.
I had always thought that I was one of those few careful traders, but even the most seasoned investors get scammed. It all began when, quite innocently, I was invited into some "exclusive" trading opportunity in a private group chat. The returns sounded plausible, the platform seemed okay, and I even saw what I then thought were real user testimonials. Well, I'd done my due diligence-or so I thought-and transferred $120,000 worth of Bitcoin to the platform.
Everything seemed to be going well for a couple of days: my balance was increasing, and the system was paying out. Then, overnight, the platform just disappeared. My account was not available anymore, the website went down, and the Telegram support group was gone. The obvious thing then hit me like a truck-I had been scammed.
Panic set in. I tried to reach out to the so-called "admins," but no one replied. I searched through forums, hoping there was a way to track my funds, but all I found were horror stories of similar scams. Then I remembered that post my friend had put on Snapchat. I immediately reached out, asking if TECH CYBER FORCE RECOVERY had helped a friend of his, and he said yes. With nothing to lose, I contacted them.
Their response was prompt, professional, and reassuring. Unlike all the other services I had come across, TECH CYBER FORCE RECOVERY was very transparent in explaining their process to me, providing realistic expectations, and updating me every step of the way. Advanced blockchain analysis and forensic tracing had been employed by their team to trace the movement of my funds and identify those key points that they could intervene in.
After what seemed like forever but was only a few days, they came back to me with the news I was praying for: my $120,000 had finally been recovered. I couldn't believe it. The relief that overwhelmed me, frustration felt, turned to pure gratitude.
Thanks to TECH CYBER FORCE RECOVERY, I got my money back and a hard lesson in crypto security. If there is anything I've learned, it is that while scammers get smarter, the ones fighting them also do. I am only glad I got to find the right team in due time.

BEST CRYPTOCURRENCY RECOVERY SERVICE HIRE ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST
The three ingredients of love, trust, and partnership are supposed to go into the building of a marriage. I thought my husband and I had all three: We had carved out a life together, supported each other's dreams, and even ventured into cryptocurrency investments side by side. I thought we were a team. What I didn't realize was that he was playing for the other side. WhatsApp info:+12723 328 343
It was all because of some silly accusation. From nowhere, he got this conviction that I was having an affair. Without evidence, without rhyme or reason-just pure paranoia. I kept reassuring him, thinking that he would eventually come to his senses. Instead, he let the suspicion fester until it turned into something far uglier.
One day, I walked into an empty house. His clothes, his belongings—gone. And so was my Bitcoin wallet holding $450,000. My hands shook as I checked my accounts, praying it was a mistake. But the transaction history lied not. He had drained every last cent. The man I had trusted with my heart and my life had decided that revenge—for something I never even did—was worth more than our marriage.
I sat in stunned silence, trying to process the betrayal. My heartbreak was immediate, but as reality set in, so did the rage. I refused to let him get away with it. That's when I found ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST. Their team listened to my story with the kind of seriousness I desperately needed. They wasted no time tracking down the stolen funds, unraveling his clumsy attempts to launder them.
Days later, it came-the call that changed everything. The money was returned to me, every last penny of it. And as for my husband, he could have that little victory. It sure as hell wasn't going to last. I left him a message that simply said: Enjoy explaining this to the lawyers.
Losing the person I thought I'd spend forever with was gut-wrenching. But priceless was watching him face the consequences of his actions.1 -
HIRE A SKILLED CRYPTO RECOVERY HACKER – FAST & RELIABLE/ TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT
I Couldn't Believe It! I was sipping coffee and scrolling through cat videos one minute, and life was good. The next, my laptop screen flickered, turned black, and flashed back on, this time blood-red, with a message that sent my heart plummeting into my gut. "Your files have been encrypted. Pay $50,000 in Bitcoin, or say goodbye to your data forever." Hackers had hijacked my system, and I was locked out of my $450,000 Bitcoin wallet. I stared at the screen in horror, my coffee abandoned and my cat videos a distant memory. I rattled my fingers as I tried every password to which I believed I could gain access, but it was for nothing. The hackers had me in their sights. Tears accumulated in my head as a nasty thought ran through my mind, would I be forced to end up on my mother's couch again? I mean, I love her, but waking up under my childhood Justin Bieber posters at 35 wasn't what I envisioned for myself. On frantic hours of Googling, reading through forums filled with terms that I couldn't even start to make sense of, I stumbled upon TRUST GEEKS HACK EXPERT at w e b w w w :// trust geeks hack expert .c o m / . It was something from a fantasy novel, but desperate times call for desperate measures, and I needed Gandalf at this point. I called them, praying for deafness or a scam, but their response was speedy and professional. They did not just talk tech, they listened to my desperation. They assured me that they had handled ransomware cases before, and their words were a lifeline in my sea of despair. The next nine days took nine years off my life, but our staff kept us up to date at every stage. I could envision them hacking around in their shades, like a scene from an action movie. When they called and informed me that they got back my wallet, I hit the floor on my knees and prayed to whatever higher power my mind could conceive. Every Satoshi was accounted for. My $450,000 was safe. Bonus? Mom can now go ahead and convert my childhood bedroom into the guest suite she's dreamed of—without me as a permanent houseguest. HOW TO HIRE A GENUINE CRYPTO RECOVERY SERVICE CONTACT SPARTAN TECH GROUP RETRIEVAL
All the time, I had believed in networking, but I never knew that a local crypto meetup would save me from financial disaster. Discussion at the event ranged from trading strategies to security tips, but one name cropped up repeatedly that sounded impressive: SPARTAN TECH GROUP RETRIEVAL. Many spoke about how that service had rescued them from lost wallets, forgotten passwords, and even cyber-attacks. I filed that away mentally but never thought I'd find myself in that position. That changed just weeks later. One morning, I went into my Bitcoin wallet and saw suspicious activity. My heart sank as I realized that $180,000 in crypto was on the line. Someone had access, and if I didn't act fast, I'd lose everything. Panic set in, and I scrambled to figure out how it happened: had I clicked a phishing link, was my private key compromised? No matter the cause, I needed help. And fast. That's when I remembered the crypto meetup. I scrolled through my notes and found SPARTAN TECH GROUP RETRIEVAL's name. With no time to waste, I sent a reply-my anxious and desperate words spilling into one frenetic sentence. They responded very fast and professionally. They immediately initiated an investigation into my wallet's transaction history and security logs. They were able to trace the breach and lock it, trying not to be late in recovering the stolen money. Then they worked around the clock for several days, coordinating tracking on the blockchain, forensic data recovery, and reinforcements of security. I barely slept, but at each and every stage, they kept reassuring me. Then came that call I was praying for: They had recovered my funds. Speechless. Relieved. Grateful. But SPARTAN TECH GROUP RETRIEVAL didn't just stop with the recovery, teaching me means of security practices, helped fortify the defense around my wallet, and making sure this does not happen again. I consider it one of the best I have done so far-attending that crypto meet-up. I might never have heard of SPARTAN TECH GROUP RETRIEVAL if it had not been that night, or the outcome worse. Now I do my best to spread the word. For a reason is their reputation preceding them, and personally I can vouch for their expertise, efficiency, and reliability.

CRYPTO SCAM RECOVERY; HELP TO RECOVER SCAMMED CRYPTOCURRENCY EMAIL CYBER CONSTABLE INTELLIGENCE
I had been using a mobile wallet to store around $200,000 worth of Bitcoin, and everything was going smoothly until my phone was stolen. At first, I wasn’t too worried. I thought I had written down the backup phrase somewhere safe, so I figured I could easily recover my funds. But after tearing my home apart, checking every drawer, notebook, and folder I could think of, I came to a horrible realization—I hadn’t been as careful as I thought. The backup phrase was nowhere to be found. Panic started to set in. Losing access to that much Bitcoin was like watching years of hard work and financial progress vanish right before my eyes. It wasn’t just about the money; it felt like my future had been snatched away in an instant. I couldn’t believe I had been so careless. It was a nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Desperate to find a solution, I started searching online for recovery options. That’s when I came across Cyber Constable Intelligence, recommended by someone in a cryptocurrency forum. At first, I was hesitant—there are so many scams in the crypto space, and the last thing I wanted was to get ripped off while trying to recover my funds. But the positive reviews gave me a glimmer of hope, so I decided to reach out.
From the moment I contacted Cyber Constable Intelligence on Email at support (AT) cybe rconstable intelligence com, they made me feel understood and reassured. The next few days were tense, but then I received the news I had been praying for: Cyber Constable Intelligence had managed to recover my Bitcoin. I honestly didn’t believe it until I logged in and saw my balance restored. It was like a second chance at life. The relief was overwhelming. A few months ago, I made what felt like the worst mistake of my life, I lost access to my Bitcoin wallet containing a staggering $500,000 worth of BTC. Yes, you heard that right: half a million dollars! This wasn’t just an amount of money; it was my life savings, my retirement fund, and my secret stash for that dream vacation to a tropical island, goodbye, piña coladas! The stress was unbearable, and my sleep schedule? Well, let’s just say I was starting to resemble a zombie auditioning for a horror movie. I was too ashamed to tell my family. I mean, who wants to explain to their parents that their golden goose turned into a rusty old chicken? Instead, I confided in a close friend, who immediately recommended ADRIAN LAMO HACKER. He’d heard about them through a colleague who had experienced a similar disaster. At first, I was skeptical—after all, I had the same faith in my old flip phone’s battery life during a three-hour movie marathon. But desperate times call for desperate measures, so I decided to give them a shot. When I reached out to ADRIAN LAMO HACKER Via email: Adrianlamo@ consultant. com/ WhatsApp: +1 (909) 739‑0269/ Telegram username: @ADRIANLAMOHACKERTECH, I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. They didn’t promise me the moon or that I’d be sipping cocktails in the Bahamas by sunset. Instead, they assured me they would do their best, which, let’s be honest, was way more reassuring than my uncle’s “It’ll all work out” mantra during family gatherings. Their calm approach gave me hope, even when I was pretty sure my Bitcoin had taken an extended vacation without me. Throughout the recovery process, they kept me updated at every turn. I felt like I was in a reality show, except the only drama was my anxiety levels and my ever-growing collection of stress snacks. Finally, after a few nail-biting days that felt like years in a time loop, I got the message I had been praying for—they had recovered my wallet! When I logged in and saw my balance fully restored, I broke down in tears—happy tears, mind you, not the kind you shed when you accidentally step on Lego. ADRIAN LAMO HACKER didn’t just recover my funds; they saved my sanity, my future, and my tropical vacation plans. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, trust me: these folks know what they’re doing. They’ll have you back in control faster than you can say, “Where’s my Bitcoin?!”

The irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions became painfully real when I accidentally sent funds from Binance to a wrong BEP20 wallet address. My stomach dropped as I stared at the transaction confirmation every crypto user’s worst fear realized. With no undo button, I felt powerless, knowing my assets might vanish forever in the blockchain’s vast, decentralized maze. Adrenaline kicked in. I spent hours combing through blockchain explorers, praying the address was inactive or tied to an exchange. But BEP20’s lack of intermediaries meant no customer service could “freeze” the transfer. Days passed with no progress, my anxiety mounting. Online communities became my last hope, and multiple threads pointed me to Digital Tech Guard Recovery, a service praised for salvaging lost crypto. Hesitant but desperate, I reached out, bracing for disappointment. To my surprise, their team responded within hours. They calmly explained that not all hope was lost: even immutable transactions could sometimes be traced or negotiated if the recipient wallet was linked to a cooperative platform. Using forensic tools, they dissected my transaction hash, identifying patterns in the destination wallet’s history. Their transparency was refreshing they detailed their fees, process, and potential pitfalls upfront, avoiding the vague assurances I’d feared. The breakthrough came swiftly. Within three days, Digital Tech Guard Recovery traced the funds to a dormant exchange account. By collaborating with the exchange’s security team, they verified the error and facilitated the return of my assets. The moment I saw the crypto reappear in my wallet, I nearly cried with relief. This reshaped my approach to crypto. I now triple-check addresses and use test transactions, but I also recognize the critical role of specialized recovery services in this unregulated space. Digital Tech Guard Recovery didn’t just recover my funds they restored my faith in the ecosystem’s ability to correct human error. Their expertise and ethical standards turned a catastrophic mistake into a lesson in resilience. For anyone navigating the same panic, remember: not all lost crypto is truly lost. With the right tools and partnerships, even blockchain’s rigidity can bend toward resolution. Thanks to Digital Tech Guard Recovery, I emerged wiser, my trust in technology’s safeguards renewed.2 -

How Professionals Helped Me Recover My Blockchain Assets/Hack Savvy Tech
It all started with one of those simple, too-easily-imagined mistakes: a spilled cup of coffee. It was one of those mornings when nothing seemed quite right; I was running late, juggling a dozen tasks, and trying to multitask on my laptop. In retrospect, I really should have known better than to have my coffee perched precariously next to my keyboard. But at that moment, I thought, "What's the worst that could happen? Apparently, the worst was catastrophic. It spilled over and poured a wave of coffee right across my desk and directly into my laptop. The screen flickered, made this sad little noise, and then went dark. My heart sank because my laptop wasn't running some random program; it was logged into my Bitcoin wallet, holding $300,000 in savings. From frenetic drying to praying to the gods of technology, I did everything possible, but to no avail. My laptop was toast, and with that, my wallet, too. As the full impact set in, I went into panic mode. The thought that such a careless accident with a coffee spill had just cost me such a sum of money almost couldn't be believed-but here I was, living it. Enter HACK SAVVY TECH: I found them after reading forums and reviews, hoping for a lifeline. From the very first call, they treated my case with empathy and professionalism. I finally felt some hope as they calmly explained the process of recovery. I’ve since set up a spill-proof desk setup, invested in external backups, and implemented better security measures. While I’ll never forget the sheer panic of that morning, I’m eternally grateful to HACK SAVVY TECH for turning my nightmare into a cautionary tale with a happy ending.

At work I have to multitask on way too many projects and to make it worse there is a lot of red tape and I have to waste a lot of time surfing buggy documentation websites, switching VPNs and praying for CI/CD to work rather than writing code in the fucking editor and for me repetitive tasks and context switching are productivity killers since they prevent me to enter in a state of flow and I keep daydreaming or distracting myself.

HIRE A CRYPTO RECOVERY SERVICE — BEST BITCOIN RECOVERY SERVICE - GO TO DIGITAL TECH GUARD RECOVERY
That's when I found Digital Tech Guard Recovery.

So we jumped on the DevSecOps train because, well, buzzwords, right? One minute you're deploying in seconds, and the next minute, a security team drops a PDF full of CVEs like it's 2005.
And now, everyone's looking at me like I'm supposed to magically fix it. Bro, I just asked a DevOps services company to help us scale, not summon compliance demons.
We even tried reaching out to some top DevOps consulting companies for help, thinking they'd save us. Turns out, half of them give you templated pipelines and wish you luck. I need devops consulting services, not a Google Docs checklist titled “Best Practices.”
Funny thing is, the one devops solutions company that did help us was the one that actually listened instead of throwing Docker buzzwords at us.
Moral of the story: DevSecOps is great in theory, but unless you’ve got real devops consulting companies who understand your stack and your chaos, you’re just duct-taping Jenkins and praying for uptime.1
