I'm a week into my new job right now. What do I love the most about it?
Learning things all day long and getting paid for it!
I'm learning about hosting things, DNS, cyber security, configurations, Linux (although my current skill set with Linux has been enough for now) and so on!
Hell, easy day today (not that many tickets) so decided to start learning Ansible! Next to that I've gotta learn vim (it just autocorrected that to cum.... O.o), work with hosting panels, mail stuffs (dns, debugging etc etc) and so fucking on.
The boss hasn't been at location yet which will happen tomorrow but he seemed like a very chill guy.

I am currently reading this awesome book and wow!! This book is amazing. Though I don't understand everything in the book (just started my career), I have learned some very important concepts. For one thing, this has increased my love for Computer Science and Software Engineering. Please tell me some Software Engineering books which you love or has changed the way you look at things.

@dfox just noticed a bug (or is it a feature?)
If you happen to double tap a rant slow enough that it doesn't +1 it. But fast enough that the rant view isn't opening yet it seems to register two single tap events and opens two views, needing to go back twice do return to the feed.
Not sure if that's important enough to report as a bug. :)
Ps: I'm on a LG G4, android 6.05 -

So there I am on the devRant website, busy clicking through options I haven't checked before; I click on "Settings", then the options "Logout" and "Delete Account" appear.
It just so happens that when the options came up, the mouse is hovering over the "Delete Account" button, at the thought of such my mind was like - Ahh! Nooo!3 -

I hate so very much about so very many things, I forget some of the things I love.
And what I love is small lines of code that reveal something about their developer. This? This I love to see.
Some guy here studied C at university, decided he liked it so much he would port it over to JS. Absolutely pointless effort, but he decided he would do it nonetheless. The code is clean, documented, just with this little quirk and I'm honestly smiling. You rock, buddy, whoever you are.
