Just saw a rant about date formats between the US and every other country and saw this a few years ago. Seems appropriate26

The One thing every Dev should know about:
Never Push to production on Friday.
Coworker pushed to production yesterday.
Customer saw it and likes the new features.
Customer also saw a shitpile of Bugs.
Customer is angry and my weekend is runined -
Despite beeing one of the strangest ads I ever saw, this one is a beautiful and scary example of advertising tracking. Although I used a vpn and incognito mode I saw this ad on a page really not tech related at all.6

"… people in the newspaper industry saw the web as a newspaper. People in TV saw the web as TV, and people in book publishing saw it as a weird kind of potential book. But the web is not just some kind of magic all-absorbing meta-medium. It’s its own thing." - Paul Ford

Installing a GPU is easy - except if it doesn't fit in the case. I had to saw off 3cm of the upper, 5.25" bay. Just removing the bay cage entirely was not an option because I still need that for my DVD drive.
My bow saw wouldn't have enough space, and the cage is riveted. So despite terrible ergonomics, I used the metal saw of a fucking Swiss Army knife for 24cm of cut length through 1mm steel. Then I filed off the cuts so that I won't injure myself later.
However, I was too lazy to take out the mobo and shit, so I protected it professionally against potential metal dust - with a towel.21 -

I was working on computer project with a friend. He saw my devRant stressball was sideways so he turned it upright. I saw it was upright so I turned it sideways. We both have aspergers so we keep doing this for two hours before either one of us says anything about the OCD battle we were having.
You would think acknowledging the situation would allow us to laugh it off and get on with our work....
Half an hour later Devy McRant Face has to go in a drawer so we can move on. -
Dad's office when I was 7 years old. Saw his employees use MS Office. Saw an unused computer.
Monkey see, monkey do. -
I just watched a video where a guy used a homemade band saw made of wood to make another homemade band saw made of wood. This is the very definition of recursion, amirite?3

I saw through times when having a computer at home was considered luxury.
I saw the days when there was no cellphones and only landline phones; One per house.
I saw the days when the internet was a thing that was only used to check emails; In browsing centres and offices.
Wait. All these in less than 2 decades!!
I feel ancient :(1 -
I just saw an ad for a "firefly" drone controlled with hand gestures and it looks really cool. I saw a video here about someone working on gesture controlled drones under an animal codename. Which one of you was it?4
