It had been too long that I had a nightmare that I wished I never had. I had one this early morning.

I was in a foreign metropolitan city with public transport trains, skyscrapers and everything. I had no phone, no cash, no card. I could have asked help from the people I see on the street but in the dream I missed that notion. I was fine for first few hours (dream time) walking along just by myself and gradually the panic mood sunk in. I was alone with no help right in the middle of broad day light among people at a busy city.

Now that I have written it down, it doesn't sound that scary at all. There was no ghost nor paranormal activity involved, no accident, no scary height, no fire, no drowning, nothing really scary at all.

You know how you wake up from a bad dream?

I just woke up in the middle of the night, without any memory on any dream, but rather two people talking to each other on discord.

All I can remember was:

Both started to laugh.

I fully woke up, got a glass of water and went back to sleep. I’ve never, ever used that shortcut in any program.

One of the constants in my live is that I cannot type in dreams, no touchpad or keyboard will ever output more than three coherent logically keys before it turns into gibberish. Other interaction works, but no input for computers or phones.

After about a month and a half of lots of interviews with 2 different companys, BOTH of them offered me a job last night.

One is a big digital agency in my country (~2000 employees) the other one is a smaller development firm (~200 employees).

It feels sad to have to deny the smaller one but the bigger one is a dream job for me due to the fact that thet focus a lot more on new tech compared to the smaller one.

My dream is, that I could make a living from developing my opensource libraries. And some Companies pay me to develop some features for them.

As soon as I'm starting a project in my spare time again, I'm starting to dream in code again..
Came up with a solution in my sleep though.

Heard about the Linux from scratch project. I dream of building a district from the ground up .

I think I should give it a try.
