I challenged my girlfriend (and myself) for the FizzBuzz thingy. I did it in js (because I suck at js) and she in Java. I never saw such a way to write FizzBuzz. Turns out she forgot there is a thing called modulo operator.
I know there are more elegant ways to solve it! Feel free to post your favorites.

How would you handle this:
You generate an id
You chech the db if it is not taken
If it is taken you generate a new one and check again.
You then save the new item with the generated id.

How has your experience been with Udemy courses?
I've taken three courses among which a low quality one and I'm not impressed at all:
- not in-depth enough
- no quality control on courses
I think that I learn much more from official documentation (MDN, books,..) than from such courses in general.
I've taken Lynda.com courses and they are of the highest quality and learning value. Lynda.com was amazing and professional. Pluralsight, same thing.
I have to learn how to filter courses better.

perhaps i've taken it all for granted thinking that the default toString implementation of an exception would've included that5 -
Fixing some terrible rushed code from a group assignment last minute. what could've taken hours to compute, finished in under a second afterwards.

I kinda hate that I don't get any use out regex at work (I work with integrations). Gotta love that feeling when something that would have taken 10+ lines to solve without regex can be solved on 1 line with.3

Really taken aback after seeing my semester attendance is 93.43%. There was a time it uses to be 40%, online classes doing wonders.

So Google WiFi works great for the first week, now its taken a dump and barely getting any internet speed at all (if at all). I know its not my ISP considering that my desktop is getting 10 down1

Can't really complain about hackathons, they've been great to me. Worked with new technology every time, so I've always taken massive positives every time.

so. design change comes in. not alot of detail. by quick scan it looks easy. then reading in detail it becomes a pain of the ass hurt as people did not think things clearly by asking to take away things that shouldnt be taken away !!!!
